I needed balloons last minute a week ago and they were so quick to help me and so kind! I wish I would have got the mans name who answered the phone. But I was very impressed!

Drove almost 2 hours just to come to this store only to be disappointed they didnt have a great selection of costumes for kids the employees was rude I asked one of them if they had costumes for toddlers and all he did was look at his phone...if I could give it zero stars I would...will not be coming back

Unfriendly StaffI had one item and three workers were at the ballon counter, it took atleast two to three minutes for them to acknowledge me (Black Woman) workers were all white. Poor business for a great company that sells all types of party accessories

Horrible customer service from the manager on duty. The manager on duty (Tonya - pink hair) has no personal skills and doesn’t know how to deal with issues or customers. When I checked out, I sat there waiting for her to finish talking to another employee before I could finish entering my card info. Then when I had an issue, she didn’t listen and if I hadn’t asked more questions, I would have left without a refund. They say they have notices all around the balloon area to notify you of balloon air time but how hard is it for an employee to go a little further to double check that the customer knows. Their notices have stains all over the paper and are ripped almost to shreds (or at least the area I was at was). It wasn’t that I didn’t see the notices that bothered me but the way the pink haired girl handled it. She was somewhat rude and didn’t listen. If I hadn’t of paid beforehand, they wouldn’t have gotten a dollar out of me. The regular employees the last few times I have gone in there have been very polite and seemhappy to be at work. Very good customer service from them.

I really like PC, and they did not fall below my expectations today. I was genuinely greeted when I walked into the store and they not only asked me if I needed assistance, one sales rep noticed that I had a particular item and then directed me to a WOW bargain (BOGO). Very kind and professional employees.

It was horrible service. I was never told after October 24 you couldnt return. I bought the costume on the 25th. And went into the hospital so I was unable to use it. Tried to return it. Still in the bag. Still had tags. Had the receipt. And nope. Sorry maam. We can only do an exchange. I was livid.

Put in an order of ballons for a specific date and time. However the order was not completed in the specified timeframe. They inflated the ballons a day early so when I went to pick them up they were half deflated. No one owned up to the mistake the store did so I was stuck with over $50 dollars of terrible looking deflated ballons right before a big birthday party. I have used this store in the past and have had issues before but this time the situation was unacceptable. Will never go back there again.

LIVID. First and last time using Party City for halloween stuff. They keep the costumes in the back and get them for you, unlike the other Halloween stores Ive used. I paid $20 for my sons batman costume. Thinking people were actually doing their jobs, I checked out and left. The next day, as Im hurrying to pick up my son and make it to our Halloween Party and then out for trick or treating, he goes to change into his costume. In the bag, there was nothing but a cheap, flimsy, black jumpsuit. No cape. No mask. No belt. I called the store I got it from, and was informed (after she casually said, oh, yeah theres an accessory pack that goes with that) that I would have to make the half hour plus drive back to the store right then to get the rest of my costume. I asked if, since I lived out of town, I could come in the next business day and return my 1/4 of a costume that I paid FULL price for. I was cut off and told that no refunds or returns would happen, that the only thing they were willing to do was have me drive back up there and get the rest of my stuff. RIGHT THEN. I again explained that this was not my mistake, that I paid for a product that I didnt receive, and again she snapped that I wouldnt be getting compensated for anything. I dont know what to tell you, then. I will be in contact with corporate, as this is EXTREMELY bad business. This is inexcusable.

Ive NEVER had a bad experience with this store; I normally get all my daughters birthday and Valentines balloons here, as well as Halloween costumes. However, the staff last night were lackluster to say the least. The two young women working were rude, disinterested in us as customers or in our need of them, and slow as damn molasses....in winter...trying to roll UP a dang hill! Ill most definitely think twice before coming back or referring anyone to this location.

I would recommend this place for all your party needs from small to large school to home. They have everything and if its not in the store you can order it online at their web page awesome I go there for all my party needs.

The assistant manager “Christin or christy “I called asking pricing of blowing up balloons and she said 7.99 per balloon and then proceeded to tell me Walmart was out and other places were out basically telling me they were my only choice . I called Walmart and they said they have everything I need and only charge 1.00 per balloonI called her back to inform her that they weren’t out and that she shouldn’t tell customers that unless she knows for a fact . I let her know I would be making a review and she said that me calling her was enough and I shouldn’t write a review but I believe that everyone needs to know where the better deals are and not go somewhere they will be taken advantage of. Called this Party City this morning to see if they could air up a few balloons for our sons 3rd birthday party on the 4th of July. They said they could. When we arrived, they then said they could not air them up for us because they had an order of 140 balloons that was placed before ours. We needed ours for a morning birthday, they refused after much pleading and stated they would not do it for us until the 140 balloon order was completed?!?: Will not be going back there nor will I tell any friends or family to conduct business there.

If you cant find your party supplies here, you may just want to cancel. 😉 A great selection and nice employees waiting to help.

Nice place to get decoration for all the season birthday

I usually get my party supplies from this store. But will not shop their again. The manager, Clint, is the rudest store manager I have seen. Argued with me right in front of other customers and was just plain rude. Wont have to worry.about me going there ever again!

They were out of EVERYTHING. Horrible. I will travel longer to go to the other store.

Great store with even greater customer service across the board. Staff and management really care about helping their customers. If you have any problems regarding an item maybe just don’t buy it instead of demanding it for free because you didn’t read the labels. Shopping is a personal responsibility. It’s not the employees job to spell out everything to you and if you need such advice maybe you shouldn’t be shopping in the first place. These are kids working here and they do their best. Recently I saw a grown man throw a tantrum over a $5 transaction and he raised his voice and became confrontational with the staff. When those kinds of people say they’re never shopping here again I sigh in relief for myself, other customers, and the staff. Thanks, - Maureen

Service was great, esp the girl doing the balloons, but I was a little disappointed that the cashier told me they no longer have a military discount.

The staff were helpful and attentive, and my kids had a great time wandering the rows planning their moms birthday party. The store was very clean and well organized.

I normally do most of my party shopping online but the last few parties Ive been apart of Ive gone here for most of the supplies. They had some really good sales lately and we love shopping the clearance section.

Customer service is horrible and has been for the 3 years that Ive been using the store. Sadly, Im unaware of other places in the area to get balloons blown up and party supplies. Sales associates are rude, they are quick to hang up on you when you are calling about an order, and they have limited skills at working the cash register. They always seem to be inconvenienced by customers.
