Love love love this place! So knowledgeable and helpful Elena made me feel so comfortable and kept encouraging me got my first Brazilian wax and literally love it!

She is amazing. This was my second time getting a Brazilian wax after having a terrible experience somewhere else 3 years early. She was fantastic...she makes you feel extremely comfortable..provides you with great entertainment to help take your mind off the wax itself and she was quick before I could even fully gasp she was done. Definitely have already recommended her to friends and family and can’t wait for my next wax.

Elena is amazing! After a traumatic Brazilian seven months ago, I got brave enough to do it again. I read great reviews on Elena and decided to make an appointment, and Im very happy I did!!! She is very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I didnt feel rushed and she genuinely listened to my concerns. She was very gentle! She knows exactly what shes doing. Although the wax isnt painless, she eased the pain by distracting me with conversation and taking it off in smaller sections. I highly recommend her!

Elena is above all friendly and personable, she is also fast, thorough and good at what she does! Ive just started getting waxed and was anxious about of course the discomfort of the procedure, but also of feeling embarrassed with the process and the technician - but Elena immediately put me at ease and it felt like wed known each other for ages. Elena does a a wonderful job. She is professional and always makes you feel comfortable. I have never felt awkward or embarrassed, its a judgement free zone.
