I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want something that isn’t incredibly basic. They can’t even do simple nail art.

My nail tech is the best! This is my first time at here but hands down it is my new go to spot. Her level of detail and friendliness is such a treat. Counting down the days until I can come back!

The people were rude and very unprofessional. I got my nails done today the woman who did them left a gash in my finger and tried to blame it on me moving my hand when she did it when her finger nail. They aspect a big tip after doing a poor job. I don’t recommend nobody to go get their nails or feet done.

I got dip powder nails with tips and they turned out perfect. they have stayed in tact and strong for 5+ weeks; slightly started turning yellow with salt water and chlorine, as do all dip nails, but i love this place :)

Ive been going to Crystal Nails since shortly after they opened. I have very thin nails, Kevin and Tina always make sure to take special care with my dip. Theyre professional, courteous and always keep up with the latest trends. I even convinced my husband to go for pedis. Hes a regular now too.

Way too many people, the lady messed up on my toes. She couldnt shape them up they are all uneven and I will never go back.

I usually absolutely love coming here but the last two times the same lady did my set and she is very rude and rough. Burned my nail bed multiple times, checked her phone 12 times during my appointment.Then it’s not even the next day and one of my gels peeled off, and they let me come back and fixed it. But it’s been 3 days and 2 acrylics and another gel has broken and fallen off.I pay too much money on my nails to have this kind of experience. I will not be going back!

This place is my absolute favorite nail salon! my manicurist is wonderful, funny, kind and excellent at her craft! Most other places I feel rushed to decide my color. She uses very natural, high quality products and takes the time to make my nails perfect! I get her gel manicures and they easily last two to three weeks. Her other two manicurists are also very good, kind and thorough. The atmosphere is calm and quiet while also being warm and friendly. The perfect spot!

Ive tried this place a few times. Granted I usually just go for a basic pedicure and Im not getting fancy things on my nails. But for a basic pedicure this place is great.They do a really good job on my nails. I usually do an awful job so theyve fixed my toe nail massacres and now my nails look great. Ive decided to get regular pedicures now to keep the look going and as long as Im in this neighborhood, Ill keep going to this salon!

Ive been going to this nail salon for over a year to get the dipping powder. Everyone there is super nice and they do a fantastic job. If you didnt like the way your nail came out you can tell them and theyll fix it! So many reviews on here saying they hated their nails. SAY SOMETHING. Kevin is my favorite person to do my nails. He does an amazing job every time and he remembers his customers and the conversations they had the time before. I love this place and I will never go to another nail salon again. Crystal Nails is my go-to place. ♥️

This was my first time ever getting a manicure/acrylics done in my LIFE and I am so grateful that the woman was the one to do it for me. I literally bombarded her with so many questions and she was kind enough to listen to all of my requests, reply very quickly, and also give me suggestions. My nails are now poppin and the Crystal Nails did such a killer job! Ill come back soon

I took a chance on this nail salon after reading some of the reviews and I was so pleased! Everyone was friendly! They worked very hard and very efficiently to service everyone! And most importantly (to me) my manicure and pedicure look great!

Lady in the third seat on the right side does not listen to what you want . She shapes your nails how she wants. I got a full set on February 15th, 2020 . Today my nails look bad as if I need a fill. I went back to show them and their exact words were “your nails grow that isn’t my problem” I will NEVER come back here !!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very busy! I was looking to see if the autoclave for sanitizing tools was visible. It was not. And I did not see the lady take clippers and etc out of a package.

I had my nails dipped 2 weeks ago in white. They turned yellow, possibly due to lotion, sunscreen or being at the lake (who knows). I asked to have them filled if still possible. So they did and at the end they were 2 completely different colors.. They were going to leave them that way without saying a word. I asked if they could just dip my entire nail to even out the colors...they said no, but offered to put Gel on top of the already dipped nails for $20 more. If they would have just told me they would have to be completely redone - I would have been fine with that. Nails look awful - bad experience.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! My girlfriend and I went to get a pedicure and manicure done. We waited for over an hour. So the lady that did our nails gave us a discount for waiting so long. We asked her if it was okay and we were willing to pay what we should’ve paid for. She said no numerous times. I checked my account two days later and they had taken $120 out of my account. I only signed for $45. I called them and Kent starts screaming at me and this and that. Unfortunately for them it’s called fraud and I received my money back. Check your accounts ladies!

I literally live 3 blocks away and wanted to find a nail salon that can be my go to spot. This is it!!! I got a gel manicure from Crystal Nails and they were sooo kind, caring and amazing. I am really hard on my hands and usually always chip or crack one of them, but this is the first time my nail polish stayed intact! I instantly fell in love and come back today to get my nails redone. Today, they helped me and they were just as great. The attention to detail and cleaning up my nails and cuticles was great to watch. I am truly satisfied with this place and itll be a ritual to come back here alll the time.

I love getting my pedicures and nails there, friendly atmosphere and I love the Dip Nails they offer its beautiful and lasts wonderfully. I love that they take there time and you walk out feeling great. Simon is one of my favorites for pedicures. When I can Kevin does my Dip nails or Don and Tina also do a great job. :)

Terrible. We asked for a mani pedi. I got a pedi with no spa and messy nail job. My friend got her nails done but because she didn’t understand what they was saying and became very frustrated. We both were upset. Will not return. Even got nail polish stuck to my skin from the purple UV light. Felt rushed.

I have been here twice now and had mani and pedi. Flawless is all I have to say. Very good job and very fast. Nice and pleasant. Very clean place that disinfects their tools. I have moved from the area but will drive back to get my nails done here because I know they will do a good job.

Im a few days late for my review, Right before coming I read someone elses review saying theyre unhygenic because they dont actually clean their pedicure bowls all they do is squirt some scrubbing bubbles and take the next client and I thought maybe shes being dramatic. She was right! I watched a technician do exactly that. Aside from that my pedicure came out very nice and it still hasnt chipped at all

I was discriminated against because my appearance did not satisfy them. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. I have been going there for a couple years and over the past 3 months the experience and customer service has not been the same.

Really good acrylic set ! Kevin is great, good convo . The wait wasnt long and he gave me a discount for prom. The only thing was my pinky nails werent the same size. But set lasted for 3 weeks !

This message for Erin Carr, sorry that I have to refuse the service to you, there was only one time that you visit our shop, you have a little baby in one hand and other hand you on the phone and never let go of it . It very difficult for the technician to work on you also we felt bad when for the kid have to sit there and sniff all the dust came from acrylic. That is effec to the baby health which you didnt care about. I did try to deliver the best service to you but I couldnt.Ps . This is the first time that you visit our shop and we only work on your hands . So where is that fungus came from? Why you are doing this to us ? That so ...Cheap though...
