I wouldn’t encourage anyone to work for this company. The owner will make claims to invest in you and the team you will form. He won’t. He will hire you for a commission only position. You won’t get paid for any extra meetings you are required to attend. He will claim to go to the field (door to door) to show you how to be successful but he won’t. I spent nearly two years at the job pursuing a dream that he pitches but quite honestly the owner can’t keep up with the promises he makes.Do not work for this company unless you plan on doing door to door sales for AT&T or other clients. This is not a management training position. It’s a job where the owner will reap the benefits of work he doesn’t pay you for, i.e. training, back of house operations, recruitment, etc. You will only ever be paid for sales and nothing but that.

This company is amazing to work for, I really like the team environment and the atmosphere. Everybody is super excited, there is loud music friendly people, way to be positive !
