Said they could fix a small valve bank for my bucket truck. I asked them to call me as soon as they fixed it or decided they couldnt. 2 weeks later nothing. I called and they said they couldnt do anything with it. Drove 1.5 hours back to pick it up. He finally said I just dont want to mess with it. It has had my business shut down for two weeks waiting on these clowns. I made one phone call and got a seal kit on the way. 15 minutes to take it apart. Not a complicated job. Anyone who aspires to be a lawn mower mechanic could fix this. Im covered up at work and just dont have the time to do it. Now two weeks later, a $75 seal kit from the manufacturer and less than an hour of my time and Im back in business. Should have done it myself to begin with. Not sure how these people claim to work on cranes and bucket trucks if this little valve bank stumped them. Im just an old tree climber that doesnt always have the time to work on everything and run a business too. Sometimes its better for me to hire some mechanic work done and continue with my business. Definitely wont use or recommend them anymore.

As a retired Commercial banker and Small Business consultant, I find that Powers Truck owners knowwhat they are doing, with 20 years of being in business and taking care of EVERYTHING Truck. Chad Powers, owner has 30+ years experience in servicing and repairing trucks from the headlight to the tail light and all things in between( as their slogan says). Their team has years of experience and practical knowledge.They also have a high level of integrity, workmanship and excellent business practices.I dont see many small businesses run as well as Powers Truck, in North Little Rock, AR.From a business perspective with excellent service, I recommend this business!!!

I have known Chad Powers for years and he has been working on trucks and equipment since he was a boy. Now he has hired a great team of mechanics and they know their stuff. I highly recommend them.

I took very old equipment that needed custom work and repair, these guys custom made the parts i needed and got me up and running fast, highly recommend them !!!

Rip off !!! If I wasnt in a bind I wouldnt use this company for anything. They took off MY power steering box, handed it to another mechanic to rebuild, handed it back to first mechanic to put back on. Whole thing, in and out, was less than 3 hours. I was charged for 7 hours labor, thats over $800 in labor for less than 3 hours. I will never be in enough of a bind to EVER use these people again.

Kelly powers is who you should ask for he is very helpful and stayed a little late just to help us out. I highly recommend this company.
