John, my sales rep was knowledgeable and had a lot of patience. He explained gutter gauges and materials to me. He also waited on me to received another quote to compare and make my decision.

The follow up on my job was done well and the issues were completely resolved. The technician was helpful and very friendly. He gave me great confidence that Leaf Filter will stand by their work and that they really care about my satisfaction with their product and effectiveness.

I will NEVER recommend LEAF FILTER after the way things have gone since the installation. The sales guy was fantastic but after that nothing has been good. LEAF FILTER installed NEW gutters, but the problem we have are leaks and the whole reason to have gutters is to NOT have leaks. Ive contacted the office, the salesman, the service/warranty people but as of today nothing. I wish I had read the reviews before I agreed to the install. Ive spoken to the attorney general, Leslie Rutledge, here in Arkansas and she is looking into the company. BEWARE OF LEAF FILTER they are not what they say they are.

We liked the sales pitch and agreed to pay about 3 times more than just a normal leaf guard but then the company never called to install, I called the 1800 number on the contract to be put on hold again and again and was given an option for a call back but nobody ever called me back. Again I called many many times. I called my sales person and emailed my sales person who said he would try and find out but he too eventually went silent. This goes on for six weeks and I email again requesting to cancel my contract and what do you know they responded with Okay, not I’m sorry we will make it right. Astonishingly poor service. After researching further this product isn’t really all that great in Arkansas rain anyway.

These guys are the true best of the best!! From Michael Collier introducing, pricing, and answering questions about the product. Then the hand off and scheduling of the install by Robert Weaver, which went amazingly great. I now will not fear the dreaded gutters any more. Thanks for peace at mind with a great product, company, and team, cant ask for anything better than that.

Original installer did poor job. I have been promised a crew will be put next week to fix documented problems. I will edit my review at that time, hopefully for the better

They gave us the whole spill and we bought them. However, they didnt do any power washing, like they said they would. They never replaced any of our gutters he just bent them back together and put their screen on top. We have many that leak especially in the back yard. Thousands of dollars paid for a screen on our rusty old ones. 😡

Do not purchase LeafFilter! They will quote you very high initially and then lower it by more than half. The selling at my home took 2 hours with my small children hungry and they wouldn’t leave. I said no. Then I get a text a few weeks ago about how they have people needing to work during these hard times (COVID-19) and I felt bad and they gave an even lower price and I said yes. First, they done truly clean the gutters. They say they clean them but there is very little effort done and they leave the flower beds and anywhere they took stuff off my previous filter screens a mess. The outside of the gutters look terrible. I notified management and essentially was told there was nothing they would do to fix it. They killed a baby birds nest and cut bushes that should have not even been touched. To pay almost $1800 and have this terrible service is so frustrating. No one will call me back. I would tell everyone I know to say no and stick to that answer. I wish I had.

Be careful about this product, while it may keep leaves from getting in your gutters, it still allows the water to run over the edge of your gutter defeating the purpose of your gutters.We had them install new gutters and their Leaffliter product. You will still need diverters to redirect a fast water flow. These diverters catch leaves, pollen and grit from your roof. Once they get stopped up, the rain water gushes over the edge splashing to the ground and all over the side of your house.We need an umbrella to walk out on our front porch and there is nothing to protect you from the splashing up on your shoes and pants leg.Some of our diverters are 26 feet off the ground, so in order to keep my 70 yo husband safe, we still need someone to brush off the leaf filter and clean out behind the diverters. After your 365 day contract, they want to charge me $95 to come and do that.

The salesman was very friendly and easy to work with. The installers were OK but left a lot of tree and shrub trimmings in the yard to be gathered. Im very happy with the product.

VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS. STRAIGHT LIED TO ME ABOUT NEEDING PEOPLE TO WORK. COMPANY REQUIRED ME TO PURCHASE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE - I WENT OUT AND GOT EVERYTHING REQUIRED OF ME BY COMPANY. DID ONE TRAINING DAY AND WAS NEVER CALLED BACK TO WORK. I KEPT CALLING TO NO AVAIL AND WHEN I FINALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE, HE GAVE ME SOME BULL REASON WHY I WASNT CALLED BACK TO WORK, BUT THEN I WAS SEEING ADS ON CRAIGSLIST POSTED BY THEM SAYING THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY. I DONT KNOW IF I AM THE ONLY ONE HURT BY THIS COMPANY, BUT THEY NEED TO BE SUED AND SHUT DOWN FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE.

If you need new gutters, hire an outside company first. Then hire LeafFilter to install the tops over existing guttering. Their guttering system is way overpriced and sales, main office, and installers dont communicate with each other. WATCH YOUR CONTRACT. I had to convince the installer about what the salesman told us, that they would extend downspouts, make improvements to old guttering, etc. Installer was given minimal instruction, and said we may be charged extra for additional work! (which we were not, thank goodness!) Make sure you get EVERY LITTLE DETAIL in the contract. Dont believe the salesman! If he tells you he will try and get a rain barrel thrown in the deal and it is not in the contract, DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. Main office didnt have a clue as to what I was talking about. Also, sales said this is a closed system, but IT IS NOT. There are gaps. They are sending an inspector, but this was a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL situation overall. Let the buyer beware! I am so upset, this is the first review Ive ever written. Now all thats left is to wait for the next rain and hope the filter system and guttering works as promised.
