We took our food out the refrigerator at 2:00 p.m. because you all said you would deliver the refrigerator too it is now 7:30 when you get to the house you turn around you did not lock on the door but you leave without knocking on the door and you leave. We received a refrigerator for the with handles not attached. Unclean. And missing shelves on the inside. Really I dont even thank you even deserve a star because our food has went bad. No they did not knock on the doorthe door we heard the beeping when you back and turn around and just left door we heard the truck beeping and you just left

Awful customer service. Rude, pushy, lying staff. We were on the phone with the store while a member was at our house at the same time and continued to lie to my face saying we never contacted the store....while we were literally on the phone with Trina. When we first ordered same day delivery items, they tried to get out of delivering our washer and dryer and would not answer the store phone during business hours when we called. The delivery driver was high and smelled like weed when he finally showed up and he used our clean laundry (a work uniform) to clean grease off his dolly.We were one day late on payment and they threatened to call the cops after we told them we were making the payment that day. District manager did absolutely nothing to help us after the guys from this store damaged our property. Minutes after they left my house someone threw an object at my window almost breaking it. While I didn’t see who threw it, it’s fair to assume it was the delivery driver. I wish I was making this up, these people are awful. I’ve never had such a stressful, threatening, terrifying experience like this.

They advertise brand new product but it’s refurbished and they overcharge. A lot of under the table deals happening here too. Be aware .
