ID required now to ship a package? I dont agree with that whatever the reason.I noticed to purchase shipping from them in store is three times the price I pay on Ebay (-66% discount shipping FedEx also). Both shipped FedEx ground. FedEx instore - $121.56FedEx Ebay - $41.33I could deliver the thing myself for less than that flying domestic

Today marks the 2nd time in the past 2 weeks I have gone to this store and been treated poorly for not wearing a mask. I have a medical exemption and its raining and humid outside today and I struggle to breathe as it is. The last time I was in there, and i told the guy I had a medical exemption, he laughed at me. Today I went in there and the guy who waited on me today asked if i had a mask and I said no, Im medically exempt (and i even have a letter from my doctor). I kid you not, the guy jumped back about 4 feet from the cash register and then told me to stand on the blue footprint circle which was about 4 feet from the counter, so we had to have been a good 12 feet apart. I dont like being treated this way. Im not sick and Im not required to wear a mask I cannot breathe in. Meanwhile, he doesnt have on gloves. Please train your employees that people with medical conditions recognized by the ADA that cannot breathe in a mask are exempt according to the mask mandate, which is a recommendation, not a law.

I don’t know about the past but these guys are jam up now.. they’ve helped me numerous times.

Bob is amazing!! I came in to get a 16 x 20 poster printed and he did it same day in an hour with no hesitation! I’m so thankful for his hard work and willingness to help me out so short notice! Thank you!

Ryan was awesome helping me figure out the most economical way to ship my cookies, plus he took his time to ensure my box was packed really well to keep my cookies from bouncing around in the box then he made sure to put fragile stickers all over the box. Super duper helpful. Definitely my favorite fedex store in central arkansas!!!

Great place! I stop by frequently for the “print and go” set up but overall the staff is knowledgeable and the store manager (bob) will always take care of ya!

I came in already at a level 10 bridezilla moment to print the programs for my wedding. But the General Manager, Bob, and his staff, came to my aid and rescue! Thank you all so much for your superior customer service and for bringing me back down to earth! I will be coming back to have one of our wedding portraits printed FOR SURE!

This location has always helped with any situation I have had when it comes to shipping. The staff is friendly and very eager to help.

I deal with FedEx stores weekly in several different states and I absolutely cant explain how wonderful Wendi was at this location. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and just wonderful. Thank you!

I tried to send some packages for work today. After waiting for 30 minutes at the counter for the employees to try to figure out why they were unable to process my shipment I was told they were unable to make a shipment. The entire time the employees were attempting to figure out the problem the store manager cleaned windows and joked about how bad Mondays are. UPS had no trouble making my shipment for me. I wish I had gone there first and not wasted my time.

Google Maps plots the address incorrectly, under the overpass of McCain and US 67/167! I explored via google earth till I found the right building. Ill find out in the morning if Im correct; it appears to be in the same building as SuccessVision. I know its not in Hooters or La Quinta! Ill revise my review once I find it. Just be aware that Google doesnt know where Fedex Office (4120 McCain Blvd) is located.

Choose FedEx if you don’t really care when or if your packages arrive. If online retailers would give me the option I would never use FedEx. They always mess up delivery’s.

The owner is one of the rudest people that I have ever spoken with. The prices are extremely higher than other FedEx locations. Such a rip off!

Representative was VERY RUDE!! Did not answer any of my questions and cut off all of my sentences!

Staff is always nice.

Apparently they lack the capability to scan a document and email it to you. Employee was very rude. Skip this place and go straight to UPS or Office Depot.
