Update: Got my smile fixed and it looks Amazing! Really took the time to make sure I understood and felt comfortable. Work performed was excellent and well explained. Truthfully you couldnt ask for a better dentist office!

I have to give Dr. Brett 10 stars!! He was absolutely awesome, he took the time to work me in today. In todays time thats unheard of especially since Im a new patient, yes thats right Dr. Brett went out of his way to make sure that I left there with my problem solved. Staff was very friendly as well. If you looking for a great dentist look no further. Thanks again for treating me as if I was a patient youve known forever.

I needed to establish a new dentist in Arkansas since I just moved back after 24 years and I must say Dr Brett was very pleasant as well as his staff. He took his time with me and went over everything in detail. I really think I have found my forever dentist .

I first want to say how awesome the Doctor is, today I was getting a couple of fillings done, and I overheard the Doctor stomach growl!! To me that’s amazing to know that your doctor will neglect himself for your treatment. This place will forever get a five stars out of me! This setting is quiet, soothing an smells good! There are FLAT SCREENS TV’s on the ceiling!! I don’t think it gets better than that. Dr. DeCoursey does great work at an affordable price, and he cares about people. The staff is attentive and friendly to put it simply. They are probably the best staff Ive dealt with in the medical field here in Little Rock. They are knowledgeable about dental insurances and will help you get the maximum benefit. I couldnt see myself going anywhere else.

North Shore Dental and Dr. Brett are truly great!!! I first took my 4 yo granddaughter for her first dental visit. They were terrific and my granddaughter felt totally at ease and it was such a positive experience.I decided to use Dr. Brett DeCoursey and his team as well. I may not of been the most polite of people calling that day especially in regards to everyday stuff and paperwork but holding an arrogant tone then hanging up on me without another word is equally and more so insulting and not something saying you give a rats rear about customers. This was my first time visiting North Shore Family Dental Care. Although, in the beginning there was a minor set back in communication, things were soon resolved. My dental hygienist was polite, professional and attentive. I very much appreciate Dr. Brett acknowledging there had been an issue and therefore would return as a patient and recommend their dental services. As I understand things will happen from time to time, it is the outcome that matters most.

This place was awesome! It had been 10 years since I had a cleaning. Alison was very thorough. Turns out I’ve got some issues that I need to take care of but Dr. DeCoursey sat there and explained every little procedure that I needed. I got overwhelmed but he quickly reminded me not to worry and just take this one step at a time. He was very reassuring and made me feel right at ease. He has a treatment plan later out for me and any questions I had he answered as thoroughly as he could. Megan who works at the front desk is also a joy. Me and my husband will both be going there from now on! My husband had two teeth pulled at this office. He was quoted $1400 from another dentist! Needless to say Dr. D did it for less than half the price. If you don’t have insurance they have a membership program as well that gets you 15% off too! I’m just all over impressed I’ll never go to another dentist.

Everyone was fantastic! It was the first dentist visit for my twin girls and they were made to feel comfortable right away. This was my first visit to North Shore Family Dental Care. They were relaxed, engaging, and helped me feel at ease. There were plenty of available distractions with TVs and music, without being overwhelming. They had many safety protocols and comfort measures in place. They even gave me some sunglasses to wear while under the spotlight in the dentist’s chair. They used advanced technology including electronic imaging and everything was quick and painless. My hygienist was personable and friendly. I’m going to spell her name wrong, I’m sure, but I think it was Falencia. Dr. Brett was down to earth and knowledgable, and I felt safe and well taken care of. Thank you for providing a great dental experience.

I have been to many dentists in my short lifetime, but NONE compare to Dr B. I have been there for over a year and I won’t go to any one else unless he sends me there for any reason. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. Dr Brett is so very kind and caring and he takes the time to explain things in simple understandable ways. And I like how they make the effort to remember you by name❤️ All the girls in the office always have a beautiful smile and greet you with kindness. As for the hygienist Allison, I love her to death! My son was complaining about an abscess on his gum. Dr. Brett was able to see him, determine the cause of it and remove his tooth all within an hour after the initial call. The staff and hygienists are amazing! Highly recommended.

The best experience I have ever had at a dentist!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I broke a wisdom tooth and was told from a different dentist I would need the tooth removed. Dr DeCorsey simple filled the tooth and smoothed it down, it was completely painless and feels better than it ever has. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my dental needs! The worst experience of my life ! Discriminates against medicaid clients!I called recently to make an appointment for an adjustment to my partials, to tell them Im in pain and that I need to speak to Dr. Decoursey before I came in. She gave me an appointment for a week out and that he would call me the next day. He did not or at all. I canceled the appointment the night before as a result of bad treatment.I wanted to tell him of my experience from the last visit. The Nurse was adjusting my partials and 15 minutes in, told me she was done, that to take them home and if Im still experiencing pain to come back. I told her that I was in pain now. She said well we dont want to lose the integrity of the partials forget about my integrity!I was leaving, the receptionist told me that I owed 59$ for the visit, I asked why wasnt my insurance paying for it? ( reasonable question) she said hold on Maam, let me see Then she said Maam, it looks like your maxed out on your insurance for the year I said that I wished someone had told me this was about to happen( reasonable ) and handed her my credit card . Then she said and Maam, weve already written off quite a bit for you ( i had a trade with the dentist, his idea ) i said nothing though.Then she said hang on Maam let me talk to the doctor I said please dont do that, she said just let me talk to him Maam please dont do that .She said oh i need to talk to him anyway went up to him, whispered in his ear, came back and said its taken care of Maam I said Id like to pay my bill. She said its not necessary Maam I pleaded again . She dismissed me . I left feeling patronized (Maam) humiliated ( weve written off quite a bit for you ) and disrespected ( my pleas to not ask the doctor and to pay my bill)In fact every time I have left there I have felt bad.This, with my partials, has been going on for ten months, I have pain, a new gap in my teeth, and wrinkles in my face where teeth should be .One visit to get them adjusted was resulted in me being in a room for a cleaning, when Dr. Decoursey came in he was visibly upset and told me to come back in a week . He has promised me a mouth guard for 10 months .Dr. Decoursey got everything he wanted from me, my insurance and a trade and then he was done. Finshed with me in the middle of treatment for my partials. Absolutely horrible behavior, unempathetic and unprofessional on so many levels

Great place! The whole staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable from the first phone call! Brett answered his phone at 8am on a Saturday got me in&an appointment with the oral surgeon in the middle of the pandemic all within the week! My daughter( 8)seen him for the first time yesterday &can not wait to go back now! The nurse came out with her, smiling ear to ear and she now loves the dentist. Thank yall so much for everything!

I am so glad that a friend of mine told me to check North Shore Dental out! Had the best experience I could have for have a tooth extraction done in the middle of a pandemic. They made me feel comfortable and safe and I will be going back as soon as dental services can open back up. I will also be moving my daughter over to this clinic.

Dr. Brett introduced himself and invited him to make an appointment with him and had nothing but great things to say which led me to do the same and I’m so glad I did! For a while now Ive put off getting the care I needed for myself dental wise, either not having insurance or just too busy. I finally broke a bridge in the front of my mouth and had to call an emergency dental place, well just so happened that I got lucky and called north shore family dental, which happened to be about a mile or less from my door. I called frantically and explained and was given an appointment right away. After getting in, I had no idea these young people were so caring and kind and informative and thorough. I might add, a good looking bunch as well. Theyre courteous and fun, down to earth and organized!!!! I absolutely loved my visit!!! I got my smile back!!! Bret got those decaying teeth out and fixed my gap mouth...lol and best of all the doctor called me to check on me to make sure I am OK!!! You cant ask for any better care than that!!!! Dr. Brett and staff got me in for a very quick appointment when I developed an infection in a wisdom tooth. He is very kind and tells you every detail about what is going on and what the best course of action is. If you’re on a budget like me, they will let you know upfront what future procedural costs will be so that you can make the best decisions for yourself and your finances. Text reminders of appointments are great. I’ve had several dentists over the years, and the type of care I’ve received here is exceptional. Definitely give them a chance, and if you do.. tell them I sent you. Credit for referrals! ;)
