With over 30 years and 3 million miles I’ve been into shops all over the country numerous times. As you guys know, many have the “you need us more than we need you” culture. Central Arkansas Truck and Trailer is NOT one of those repair shops. . They understand the significance of downtime to a driver and completed my repairs in a timely manner. A family owned, professional and friendly business that has competitive and reasonable pricing combined with a very knowledgeable staff. (Volvo drivers). Yes, they had the software for your SCR/DPF needs. Very highly recommended.

Called and asked for a free quote on easy to see body damage. Was told to make the trip out and theyd take a look. Was quoted in person 1st quote $1500 for a new door, then $700 to $1200 on additional trailor damage...then so so youre looking at not over $3000..I said that the $700 to $1200, he meant $1500, right? He said no $700 to $1200 as said..I then asked for the quote in writing...was told it would take an hour and 1/2 to give a written quote which would cost $100..I smiled and said, for the free quote? No reply..I left...

I brought my F250 in to get the AC repaired. They fixed the AC promptly and didnt do any unnecessary repairs. The staff was friendly and their work was affordable. Very please!

I have used this shop a few times lately and have been pleased overall. They are prompt and fair with their service, if you ever have an issue with service give them a chance, they will go above and beyond to make it right. They want your business. I will continue to use this shop as they are very fair and honest in their work and pricing. Thanks Guys, for your honesty and integrity.
