My review-So, we paid Kathy Primm, with Sue Smith, $30k for our trip to Italy/France, this did not include food, tips etc, just hotels, driver, tours. I didn’t question the prices as I trusted her like I trusted her on our Turks n Caicos trip which was $13/14k, $13/14 thousand dollars for the week! End of day, we were never told how she makes her money...being she takes up the prices for her commissions! Very shady!!!!!! I’m not happy at ALL with the outcome of my email with them!!!! It’s like, they see someone with money and they go for the gold! If she had a few, like a good specialist, she should of been upfront but obviously when it’s commissions, she does what she wants to get the most money without telling you! Our hotels even told us what she does and we checked everything!!! They were right on how she got paid! Had they not been honest with us, we’d never of known how awful we’d been taken advantage of!

I called their office today at 12:49 PM cst and spoke with Karen who was very rude and didnt give me the chance nor opportunity to explain how we could be of service to them and their clients via motor coach and rudely hung up the phone. When asked a simple question she stuttered/paused and then rudely hung up the phone. If there customer service is like this this, I would really watch them, before I do any business with them. I may have save myself and our company from a headache. Just thought I would share this after my call with this company.

Totally turned off by this place. I arrived for an appointment which I had booked in order to plan a family cruise for about 20+ people. It was summer & the AC was out. When I sat with my agent I felt like she had 0 interest in what I was saying & asking. Ive cruised several times before & had somewhat of an idea which direction I wanted to go. It didnt matter. She told me what she wanted to book for us & that was all she could hear. She seemed completely out by my presence & was almost condescending. After only a few minutes had passed out my appointment...a woman entered the waiting area, which is visible from the office Im in, & said oh I see you have someone. My agent only focused on her for the next 5 mins. So I started I could see she was busy & could schedule another appointment if the walk-in was more important. Her response was thank you! She didnt even try to sugar coat it. So I left....with several thousand dollars in deposit money & never returned.
