Let me preface this review by saying my car was very dirty on the inside and outside. When the car wash employees were finished with my car- it looked like it was brand new! I got an oil change, new wiper blades, new air filters, a car wash on the outside, and a detail on the inside. The customer service was great. The facility is impeccable. While waiting for your services to be taken care of- you can sit comfortably inside. The employees were kind, the results were even better, and all of this was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be back!

Needed a good wash, especially for the front of the vehicle. Have been driving a lot of miles and the front had plenty of little hard to get bugs in the grille and fog light areas. Mentioned that to the nice lady at the entrance. She made sure that this was done. Everyone that touched my vehicle was attentive and did a great job. Thank you!

Numerous times my car wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction. I’ve had to ask the workers to go back and retouch up things that they didn’t touch or didn’t do a good job on. Too expensive for it not to be cleaned well.

Full synthetic oil change, check and top off all other fluids (including bringing bad or low fluid to you on the stick), the top-end full “works” car wash, and an impressive interior detail and towel dry. That’s over $100 worth of services, if bought separately from each other. The Ultimate package is $70+/- a month!! So that’s a best wash and interior detail, ANY time I want… oil change every 3K!!!! 1st time visit. Purchased an unlimited plan with an oil change. I drove through the car wash and then asked for the wipe down and inside detail. There were a few water spots left, a few dusty areas still from the rinse and wash, and a few spots on my back seat that was not wiped clean.However, with my unlimited purchase, I habe the pleasure of going back tomorrow or next week to get Beautiii cleaned up AGAIN. Car gets very clean every time. Car tires shine bright. Professional staff that are neatly dressed. We do the monthly wash. The one on JFK in North Little Rock is the one we use. I hope they are all this good.

I’ve been a customer for the last two years with Splash Carwash. The team they have is always great, however very happy with the customer service I received from Connor Porter the Manager. He went above and beyond to inform me of their unlimited and get me set up. Also they did a great job cleaning my truck.

Unfortunately, the experience was most definitely not what I had expected. However, Brooks took care of the cost. I will try them again later.

For 75 bucks I get 30 days of unlimited car washes, interior cleaned, and an oil change. I can dig it. Right now during spring and pollen is every where. So I figure I spend 25 a week on car washes and detailing any way. So this way I can tell myself I end up with a free wash. Or I can actually get my car washed more often. Well if they do a good enough job this month, I might just have to sign up for another.

My car had not been washed since before the pandemic because I really dont go anywhere. My son had my car, then I had surgery, and then the pandemic. My only outings have been to the doctor or grocery store. Yesterday I just could not the dust dirt and pollen anymore so I went to Splash. I was so satisfied with the outcome. I will be back.

Splash Car wash has went up on price and down on service. A few years ago I would go to splash ones a week, they would first vacuum then put fragrance smelling good, then wash the same, then towel dry, Armerall inside, no more. The car was clean.

Why pay for the unlimited wash when Splash is open when they want? After some light rain this morning that stopped around 10:00 a.m. I tried to go thru the wash around 4:30 p.m.  They had signs up saying they were closed because of the weather. Three guys standing around. Never spoke or waved. Never attempted to come toward my vehicle. Its 78 degrees, sunny. Wash is closed. I called the number and got Blane who told me they couldnt pay the staff for the wash, but could the oil change. No cars there. NONE. The wash is automatic... crazy that you can pay 3 guys to stand around and BS but nobody can work the wash gate. Looks like Splash should work on their structure. Guess they get your money upfront and dont honor their hours. Not the first time this has happened. Also, still waiting on a call back- that Blane said would happen shortly.....

Great car wash. Go in dirty, come out clean. I know it’s just a car wash, but I can’t tell you the number of car washes I’ve used and the car was still not clean. Splash is a great wash and complete.

Car wasnt cleaned to my satisfaction. Paid for interior cleaning, vacuuming was horrible and windows had streaks.

For $45 interior cleaning, I was expecting a little more. It’s ok if you don’t want to clean the milkshake spilled (took less than 5 minutes scrubbing) but everything else should be spotless and it was not.

Very busy after snow storm. They were quick, well staffed, very curtious, and did a great job. My car looks great. Also a really great price for a fully detailed cleaning.

I needed an oil change. My car said it had 0% oil life left every time I started it and 0 sounds like less than my car needs to do whatever it does. Im trying to be an adult, I dont know what Im doing. I dont know about cars, I decided early on that I was just gonna leave those to yall professionals and assume youll take care of me before it explodes(I exploded my last car, check the Log Cabin Democrats Archives)I apologize for the amount of times I drove around your business, got in the wrong lane, reversed, drove back around and stared at you in confusion. Someone yelled a series of anxious sounds in my direction and undulated their arms in a way that let me know that I was no longer in control of what was happening. Angry cars in front of me, angry cars behind me, I chose to obey the delightfully masqued employee yelling and waving at me so I submitted to him for rescue. My car was then snatched by an automated tire trap, dragged into your terrifying thunderstorm dungeon and purified against its will. I am a simple man with little money and I had planned to get a very basic oil change. I also wanted to make amends to my car and the things I have done to it with a sometimes shockingly cruel disregard. I saw some of you with hoses and vacuums, thought I could at least have the interior purged of all the cigarette ashes, soda foam and taco detritus Ive sprayed it with, while, for example, blasting Talking Heads at 4am & trying to do that arm chopping thing before dropping into a pothole so hard I got a charlie horse in my taint.While I Willy Wonkad my way through the sudden fear blast showers and soapy slappy whips, I googled a coupon on my phone to offset my accidental splurge on this service. There in the dark maelstrom, I could barely click all the bicycles the captcha demanded I find, but in the end I passed their trial and was rewarded with a 15% off Oil Change Coupon.I also apologize for exiting the scare wash, trying to enter your garage bay through the exit, circling around and finally just leaving my vehicle to go smoke a cigarette by the dumpster. I trust that you put some good oil into my cars oil bladder because when you tried to explain the difference in quality and politely educate me,  I simply said Whatever option works with this and proudly presented you with my phone & the coupon JiffyLube emailed me for finding all those bikes. I had it ready to go because I am an adult and I prepare for things, I wanted to make it easy for you to apply my savings. Your brow wrinkled and I was like, great, now hes gonna hassle me about my online phone coupon but you simply said Sir, this is not a JiffyLubeNo, sir, it was not a JiffyLube. It was Splash! The greatest adventure you can have during the pandemic for only $50! Thank you Aaron, I had a magical afternoon.

Brand new remodeled location. My personal experience with them has always been wonderful. Typically I get the same fella who does the exterior and interior of my car and he remembers me each time and always dries my tires off after putting on that wet solution. Im thankful that he remembers and that he takes care of my car. All the employees that I have encountered have been very nice very courteous

I paid $23.00 dollars for the Best wash but when I got up there the carwash was broken and they had to repair it, but when I went back up there the girl told me I had to come back that day and they didnt honor my receipt I had. So I paid 23 dollars but never got my truck wash.

These guys were awesome. The service was friendly, kind, and efficient. They cleaned it better than when I originally brought it home from the dealership!

Oil Change. Technician did not tighten cap which led to oil leak and smoking engine on the highway. Had to return for refill and “clean up” (wiped with rag). Smoking continued on the way home. I had to have the engine professionally steam cleaned the following day by another company. Splash should stick to washing cars and leave engine work to professionals.

New machines, a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They do it right and right.

Great experience with oil change! I showed up after 1pm a few days ago and expected to have to wait at least an hour for an oil change, as this has been my experience with other businesses. Splash changed my oil and rotated my tires in LESS THAN 30 minutes! Reasonable pricing, too.

I don’t usually blast businesses online, but this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Don’t sign up for a monthly membership. They make you appeal to the Supreme Court to cancel it. Absolutely terrible service.

They do a good however, I experienced twice unsatisfactory w interior cleaning and the second time with top of my Highlander. They didnt hesitated to correct the issues right away and they are very pleasant. I recommend Splash to everybody.

I love splash car wash. I often Call it my happy place. I’m not kidding, this is for real. They have the nicest, cleanest, most professional, happiest, sweetest, kindest employees of anywhere I’ve been to in Arkansas. In a state with terrible customer service this place goes above and beyond. When my car was in the shop for two weeks, they let me bring another car to be washed, to honor the unlimited carwashes. This won me over as a lifetime customer.

Was once my preferred wash of choice. However the last 3-4 times that my wife and I have come in. We have paid for the “best wash” ($23), and whoever has been working there wasn’t paying attention enough to switch the programs. As we come here regularly, we know what it is supposed to be. I won’t be patronizing this establishment anymore.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly and want to make sure they do everything they can so the customers are taken care off. I went during a school night w my kids and I wanted to get the inside of the car clean. It is always crazy when the kids have to wait and they get bored. The person that was going to clean the inside of my car helped me with my kids-he walked them in the waiting area while I was trying to get the stuff out my car! That right there will have me come back! You have no idea how much that meant to me. Once I made to the waiting area they had my kids in the kids area playing and coloring, they were SO happy! I was/am happy because it was the greatest experience, I was actually able to sit and not have to deal w the whining and crying. They also helped me get my kids back in the car and were so nice to them. I am very grateful and truly appreciate the hard work and great customer service.

I have a 2020 honda accord with 500 miles on it went thru their wash bay and my rim was damage I was told they wasnt responsible for it and I must have hit a curb 75% of my rim is scratched up i doubt a curb can do that. I asked the worker for the name and number of his boss and was hung up on do not come to this business

My hood, truck top has pine resin on it. My mirrors has it on them. My interior is not cleaned to satisfaction.

I will never rate this place cause this is place cause they tried to screw my new truck up and they never put my brush gard buck up tight and it fell off and I ran over it I am not happy about it

I dont ever like giving a company a bad review but it was a lot of money for poor service. My husband had to finish cleaning and drying it himself when they were done. The worst part was they scratched the paint on my truck!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR OIL CHANGE. My husband got an oil change on his lunch break going on 3 weeks ago. That same evening the truck started acting weird. The next morning en route to work, maybe 1 mile from home, he was on side of the road calling a tow because it felt like the transmission was slipping. Towed the truck to a shop and they found motor oil in the transmission. Splash took 2 weeks to send their mechanic to look at it who said he sees the damage, but Splash still says they watched their camera and everything was done properly. Our truck was fine prior to the visit to splash for an oil change. So we need transmission work right after they were the last to touch the truck. We have tow cost, and rental car costs adding up from the delays. They explain by saying a manager did the oil change like a manager cant make a mistake. They have delayed and avoided dealing with us enough. We are honest, hard working people who have no time to try to pull one over on anyone. We just want damages undone and to move on.

They are fast and very good cleaning the car, they even helped me get the wheelchair in the car.

The manager personally cleaned up vomit, and he didn’t even charge a fee for dealing with biohazard waste-I’ve been there several times previously, however my vehicle hasn’t been so well-cleaned, as that day. The entire staff is amazing- if I could afford to, I’d visit weekly just 4 the great feeling I have as I leave!!TY Splash!I’ll be back as soon as possible 👍👍👍
