My kitchen was transformed in one day. I LOVE it!! The customer service that was provided is top notch and they truly care that you love your new kitchen/bathroom, whatever room they work in. The installers came out and installed my new counters and backsplash in one day and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was happy with their work before they left and had me inspect it very closely. They were polite and professional at all times. I highly recommend Granite Transformation! When it’s time to do my guest bathroom, I will call them again.

They installed granite countertops yesterday for my mom. From day 1 on the phone with them, to the gentleman who did the template, to the installers...they were all super nice, attentive and care that you are pleased. The installers did a fantastic job and were very thorough with their clean up and explanation of everything. I highly recommend!

We had a very small job, only a short bathroom counter top, to replace. But you would have thought we were buying miles of materials for a huge purchase because we were treated like royalty. The product is high quality, very well made, and very durable. The estimate was less than we expected! The designer came in and gave great advice before making a custom template of exactly what was needed (no problems with measuring or waste) and helped fit our new faucet properly for the bowl. The installer came and did the job quickly, cleaned up everything, asked if we had any questions, and made sure the whole thing was complete BEFORE he left. Then the designer called the next week to see how we liked it and if there was any detail that needed tweaking, no matter how small. She wanted us to be 100% satisfied! And ARE WE! We love the material we chose and the finished look is perfect. We are impressed with this company. They are local, their product is made in the USA, AND they care about their customers and all the details. We definitely recommend them! Are they a bit more expensive than others? NOT for comparable quality and the service they provide. Weve had our new counter top for a few months, and it is just as beautiful at the day it was installed. We easily give Granite Transformations FIVE STARS!

Beautiful Countertops! No demo! Great Value! Very Quick Process!

When I purchased my house in 2016 the kitchen was in dire need of updating, the cabinets and countertops were all the same oak color with gold pearl handled pulls for drawers and cabinets. I updated the hardware to brushed nickel which helped but it still needed updating. The countertops and backsplash that was installed have helped lighten the room and give it a new look. Valentin and Mason did a great job with the install and cleanup.

Paul helped me pick out the appropriate color/design to match my walls and the perfect sink for my space. They were in and out in less than 4 hours and it looks fantastic! Everyone, from Pam in the office, Deen in sales, and the guys doing the installation were friendly and polite. They were there when they said they would be and cleaned up after themselves. I love that there was no demolition and my kitchen was out-of-service for less than a day. The finished product - countertop, backsplash, new sink and faucet look gorgeous! Buyers beware!!! My mother had her counters & backsplash redone in her kitchen & paid $11,720. For that exorbitant price I couldn’t wait to see her beautiful new kitchen. Instead what she has is a very meh looking kitchen. The backsplash is basic subway tile which she paid a whopping $59.95 per sq ft. for. Ridiculous! The counters are quartz that is installed over her existing counters. It looks & feels like cheap plastic. An estimate from a popular home improvement retailer for Silestone, which are top of the line quartz counters, & the same basic subway tile would have cost her $8,797. That would’ve included removal of the existing counters & installation of the new Silestone counters. Not only did she overpay for what she got, it’s not nearly as beautiful as what she could have had for less money. Now she knows what she could have had & regrets her decision in using Granite Transformations to redo her kitchen. My mother is elderly & recently widowed. My family & I cannot help but believe she was taken advantage of & way overcharged. My husband’s brother in law in Colorado, who does home remodeling for a living, could not believe how much she paid. He said unfortunately there are places out there that can & will charge you ridiculous prices especially if you don’t know any better. He recommends you get at least three estimates before you choose a company to do any remodeling in your home. A very costly lesson for my mom!

This company is as close to perfect as you get, they install a great product price is affordable and the owner to the lowest paid worker are golden people with the most professional staff and a (Ive known you for years) feeling. If I owned my home mine would be done.

My wife and I were impressed with the design staff and showroom. However, it wasnt until the crew came out that we really understood how wonderful Granite Transformations is. Our entire kitchen makeover took place in less than 8 hours and included countertops, custom tile backsplash, undermount sink, and a new faucet! It looks wonderful and the staff even cleaned up before they left.We have been through a full kitchen remodel in another home we owned and if we ever do this again it will be Granite Transformations!

My wife and I live in Little Rock in the west end of Chenal. My brother, who is a Master Corian Installer, had installed new countertops in our kitchen. He did a great job, but the tile area up to the cabinets above the four inch Corian backsplash was ok but did not really fit with what we had done.Paul of Granite Transformations came over and looked at our situation. He came up with several ideas. He returned and presented options to me and my wife. After we all discussed and looked we picked out what we thought was the best solution. Paul was instrumental in the discussion. We decided to cover the tile above the Corian Backsplash up to the bottom of the cabinets on three walls.While I am a registered Professional Engineer and a descent craftsman, the measuring system was unique in my experience. The measuring and layout system was very clean, accurate and repeatable.Granite Transformations made the tile surfaces in their shop with cutouts for the electrical receptacles, light switches, other openings and the odd dimensions around windows and the like.They coordinated with us very well. We set a date and they confirmed that appointment several times before the marked day and again the day they were coming to the house.The work was scheduled for a Thursday afternoon, four days before Christmas. That could have either been very good or a disaster. It turned out great.The installers were very professional and knew how to get the job done. There are always “work arounds” in cut and patch work. These guys were great. Because of their prior shop work and preparation, they installed the tile on three walls in only a half day.The construction mess was totally cleaned up. The only remnants were some white dust on the grass on the outside. The first rain removed that.The fit and finish was top drawer. Edges were good. Grouting was very professional, even and clean. The look of the tile installed was perfect. It looked like it was designed that way from the beginning. It is like a miracle happened in my kitchen. Even with the old painted cabinets and tile flooring, the new counter tops, back splashes, sink and faucet make it all look brand new.
