This was my first time getting my hair done at Wal-Mart but this will not be my last time. My stylist did a great job considering I went in right before closing. One picture is the day of the other is the day after. I love it.

My grandson came to see Emmerle Davidson on August 14 to get his hair cut. I don’t no what that was she was doing but she don’t need to cut no more hair she need her License took and she need to go back to school and start all the way over.I will make sure I would not sent none of my peoples to go see her for a hair cut because she can’t cut hair.

On Christmas Eve I went in for a Wash and my hair to be straightened and they overcharged me. Before I sat in the chair I asked about a price before and after she checked me out it was a completely different price. I went and got the same thing done at Jacksonville location and it was much cheaper. I’m not sure why they overcharged me. Very disappointed.

Emme gave me a high and tight and if you’re military/law enforcement she’s the one to go to!

The girl was very rude to a mentally challenged boy.

One of my favorite places to go for a haircut. Elizabeth always does a fantastic job on my hair, even when Im not too sure what I want. Her and her crew are always such amazingly kind people. I can always count on positive experiences here.

I went in to have my hair highlighted and the girl that done was not professional her name is Autumn I showed her a picture in my hair turned out nothing whatsoever like what I had showed her Im highly disappointed and I would like my money back so I can go elsewhere to have it fixed she had also had her boyfriend or fiance whichever come in and sit and wait on her and were all over each other that is so not professional

Hair stylist was DRUNK And or HIGH LATE 40’s to early 50s male named MATT. I almost had an anxiety attack sitting in the chair after he’d already started cutting and I noticed he could barely handle himself. And I get to explain to my job why my 30 minute lunch break took over an hour and a half to get my hair cut down the road. I’m extremely dissatisfied.

Carolyn always goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy with my hair. Answers all my questions & is knowledgeable about color. Friendly & fun to visit with. I would not got to anyone else. Great experience every time.

I had a haircut by Elizabeth. She fixed a booboo haircut someone else did. She was able to give me the edgy, Mohawk cut I wanted and not all stylists can do the newer, edgier styles. Phenomenal job, I was in and out.

I normally do not post like this, but I feel it is warranted. My mom and me got a haircut on the same day. One haircut was by Lindsey and the other by Angel. Everyone was very nice and it was busy. My moms cut ended up having a chunk cut out on one side and it was shorter in the front than the back. My hair was all one length when I came in and I had some bangs. I asked for long layers and to blend my bangs. I got home and noticed after straightening my hair there is a line cut straight across the bottom of my hair. It is like I have two layers, but they arent blended . It looks bad. My option is to cut it and my moms is to grow it out. I feel like a haircut should include them checking their work during and after the process. I good hair cut requires brushing it out and checking lengths. I also had some long chunks mixed in with whatever the ugly shorter section was.

My stylist is awesome!! I’ve been coming here for three years and I wouldn’t trade her (Elizabeth Hancock) and her customer service for anything! Thanks for always being punctual and servicing me with those blessed hands!

I went in ready to cut all my hair off. Elizabeth gave me a cut, only an inch off, and color and I walked out absolutely loving my hair again! That girl knows her stuff!😊

I got a perm, and it looks so bad. we paid $100 for it. my hair has burnt off from her leaving the chemical in too long. Lindsey was her name. She also out the chemical in two times, when it should only be one time. ive had 4 perms, and this is the last perm i will ever have because i am missing hair all of over my head. she ruined my hair, and does not deserve to have this job

My husband asked for a high and tight but recieved a sloppy cut. The hairdresser tore out a few hairs, grumbled under her breath while working and was completely rude. If she did not have time to cut his hair she shouldve said no instead of taking it out on her customer.

All I did was call to inquire about their best person to cut hair. Whoever it was at the other end of the line was very rude. She answered with an attitude, and kept it until I hung up.

Terrible service and left me with hair that is hard to fix

Disappointed cant even explain it! Id give no stars if I can! Waste of money! The lady messed my hair up big time! First I noticed the other customers didnt have to sign a paper saying they still had to pay even if they are unsatified only the lady who did my hair had me sign it and the other lady she worked on didnt have to sign it just me. (Which should of been a warning sign) I asked to Brighten up my blonde (I was platinum) and she turned me 2 different shades of a brassy and a copper looking color. then left me sitting in the hair dryer for an hour while she did God knows what. When she washed my hair and I told her Im yellow and dont like it she said I had to pay more to fix it. I asked to get my hair cut in layers and she gave me some reason why she couldnt because of my facial structure. I asked not to touch my length and she cut it all off! To my shoulders and its uneven as heck!! Then she put so much hairspray and leave in conditioner (which was unnecessary and random) my hair was so knotted! I will never go back and will tell everyone I know to never go here! Ive complained and got no where. Definitely frustrating!

I came in for hair cut and got just what I wanted! Bre was friendly and even helped me find good products for my natural hair. I will definately go back again.

I got my eyebrows waxed today by some nasty looking smelly black woman. They are very uneven and look like a 2nd grader did it. She literally acted like she had no clue what she was doing. Will NEVER go back there.

This experience for my nephew was the the worst experience.. 1st issue if you look at the pictures below my nephew walked in with a head full of hair The Stylist E.D stated that he was going balled and needed to cut his hair off. 2nd thing my nephew showed her a style he requested if you look at the pictures you can see. She failed the assignment. 3 when his grandmother my mother called her about the complaint. She started interrupting the conversation telling my mother she was not to get loud with her.. and hung up when we asked for a refund and apology and got louder and try to out talk her... this is the Smart Style in North Little Rock Walmart this will not be the only time you see thisThey never follow up on the situation 😒 very poor management..
