I want to say thank you to this company. Lee Renninger was very knowable and very quick. I had never met him before, however I felt like I could trust him from the first phone call. He came over the same day that I called, and could have told me that I needed anything no matter the price and I would have no choice but to believe him. I had no idea what was wrong, I just afraid it would cost me more than the refrigerator was worth. It was very affordable. I am extremely satisficed. I will be recommending this company from now on.

They give a 30 day warranty quashed I purchased from them broke down twice within the 30 day period. Then again onday 35 was told can not help me my warranty has expired.

I made the mistake of calling Mr. Appliance first. It started out with a $150 nonrefundable fee just to diagnose the problem with my washing machine and my ice makerThen Mr. Appliance wanted $300 to install a new ice maker. The tech was kind enough to tell me I could get an ice maker on Amazon for around $70, and install it myself within about 30 sec.Then the tech diagnosed my washing machine as having a broken capacitor, and motor after having just laid on the floor and looked under it with his flashlight, and listened to it try to run, and quoted me $600 to fix it. I paid the diagnosis fee and sent him on his way.Before shopping for a new washing machine, I called several appliance companies to get the price of repairs for the above quoted work. Many refused to do that over the phone, instead insisting that they had to send a tech out and charge a fee.I called A 1 Affordable Appliances and not only did Lee quote me a price on the phone, but he correctly determined that the Mr. Appliance tech was wrong about his diagnosis, and he was disgusted with their $600 quote. Lee actually looked behind and under my washer and took the top off to inspect it. The capacitor was indeed broken (overheated and melted) but the motor was fine. The motor controller needed to be replaced (which is what he told me on the phone.)Lee came out the same day, swapped the parts out in about 30 minutes, and only charged me $194! Now Im able to wash my clothes again!!! Ill definitely be using A 1 for all my future appliance needs with service and prices like that!
