I called because my 21 year old unit was not cooling and Bryan came out as scheduled for the repair. Unfortunately he had to wait for me to get home to tell me the bad news. The unit had to be replaced. Truly this was kind of expected and he had already prepared a quote for replacement. I also had purchased the maintenance agreement for the year. I had them install as soon as possible since my wife is home. Casey and Raymond came as scheduled and did the removal and install on time. They were very aware of keeping the house clean as well as the yard. Very nice and very efficient with their time. I really do appreciate the time each of the staff took to make sure my house stayed as cool as possible and completed the install.
I’ve had my split system installed now for about 3 years with mostly no issues. I had a random issue a little over a month ago that prompted them to replace my thermostat. Ever since my thermostat has been replaced, I have had nothing but issues. It’s either the system reading from the wrong sensor so my house either drastically overshoots, or drastically under what we set the thermostat at. Now the system is in a place where it continually errors out, and the heat just simply will not run. I’ve reported this to them several times, even called their emergency support and have received no call back or urgency on their part.TO BE FAIR: The technicians they have sent on site have tried their hardest to fix my system. Every time they visit, they inch the system closer to running like it should. They are very professional and nice, and I appreciate what they have done for me. That being said, my heat still isn’t on, and my house is 61.If they ever do manage to fix my system, I will update this review back to 5 stars because they have been, for the most part, a great company to work with. However, since my heat hasn’t worked an entire weekend for over a month now, and I do not feel any sort of urgency from them at this point, my frustration is starting to build.$12,000 and 3 years later after having my entire system replaced, it’s hard to say whether I would recommend or use their service again.
I have been a satisfied Airmasters client for years. Never a complaint. All technicians over the years have been very good at what they do. Bryan, the technician who came today is absolutely the best of the best. While it had been years since his last service here, he remembered the particulars of the unit. I have called the company to request he be sent to us for every future visit.

I called them to repair & service my Generac generator. They would’ve come the next day but it was storming so they came the following morning. He was here when he said he would be & got the job done! I was very pleased with the service & would definitely use them again. Only downside was I live an hour away & they charged me from the time they left their office & back.

Regular servicing on whole house generator. In an area where commercial power seems to go out at least once a month, a backup generator seemed like a good idea. Routine maintenance needs to be done, and they are very professional about getting it done. First rate!

This business is great. Theyre local and respond immediately. They have on call for off hours. Theyre usually early for appointments. Theyre in constant contact to allow me to get to the house. Theyve all been professional. Ive never had a negative experience with this team. And they showed up in the middle of a holiday weekend to install a new HVAC system on one of the hottest days ever. It may not have been the hottest day ever, but when your ac goes out in AR.... its the hottest day ever. They never once complained or made any remarks. They helped me stay calm. They helped finance the entire thing and it was all super easy. Since then, they call me to remind me about inspections and take all the pressure off me. I love this team. Never had any issue with any of the people that come out.

My furnace would not come on so I call at 2pm and that same day at 4pm a technician was at my door. By 5pm the job was done. My furnace was back up and running. They are good. Thank you for your services.
Thermostat quit working. Heat would not come on. Checked batteries. They were good. Replaced. Heat still would not work. Had batteries installed incorrectly. Hand to face!
The technician was both friendly and professional. He asked me if we have been having any issues with our system and then performed the winter service on the furnace and also replaced the filter. He wore a mask and kept his distance the entire time. He also managed to keep from disturbing our dogs - no small miracle, trust me - during the appointment which was very helpful because my wife was on a conference call. We are very satisfied using Airmasters for our heating and air conditioning needs and recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE: The Service Manager from Airmasters responded very quickly after my ⭐️ review. He came to my house to review the technician’s recommendation as stated below. He found no issue with either the ductwork or heat exchanger that needed repaired or replaced. He took pictures to go over the issue with the technician. No action of repair was needed.I give them ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on their quick response to review the situation and the service manager’s detail to the unit.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have used Airmasters for many years (15+) for maintenance on my three heating and air units. On their heating maintenance service this week, I was told by the technician that the heat exchanger was rusting out and could leak out carbon monoxide plus my ductwork was collapsing. He reminded me that the unit was 26 years old (which I already knew and we had replaced the heat exchanger once already several years ago). I asked him how dangerous was the situation, and he said he wouldn’t wait for the repairs. At that point, I told him I had a home warranty and would have to contact them for the repairs. Also, in the past many years I always received paperwork of the maintenance done and suggestions made for repair. I never receive the work order in hand or by email. I called the home warranty company and requested a service call on my heating unit to verify and repair the heat exchanger and ductwork. Their technician promptly came out to replace and repair the unit and ductwork. At the end of his inspection he said there was nothing wrong with the ductwork. He showed me pictures, and there was nothing collapsed or even about to. He also said there was one tiny rust mark on the heat exchanger but not anywhere near dangerous or in need of replacing. This is why I gave a one star rating.

Our heat was not working with temps around 0f. AirMasters came out - in 6-8” of snow (HIGHLY unusual in central Arkansas ) - and diagnosed and, at least temporarily, a repair so my live-in Mother-in-law and we could rest comfortably.
They were able to get to us a day earlier than we thought. We had already waited a few days for another company to get back to us on what we needed. It is summer and I have 2 young children, my husband works outside all day and my grandmother lives with us. We needed the air conditioner fixed quickly. They came out, checked things other people hadnt and even gave recommendations for things that may help this super old air conditioner work even better. Very impressed and grateful for them!

When the technician ran late, I received a call ahead of time telling me that this was happening. The technician wore a mask, checked batteries in thermostat and discussed any concerns I had about the system. Then he checked the generator to be sure it would function effectively if we lost power.
They always let me know that its time for my service. They keep me informed about what they found or didnt find. The technician is very pleasant and polite.
This is the second time I’ve had an unpleasant experience with this company in the last year. I assumed the first time was just due to happenstance and so I decided I would give them the benefit of a doubt and use their services again. Both times I got my AC unit serviced around the same time (last July and this August). I wasn’t having any issues, just wanted to get a routine service done. During my first experience, I had the sales guy try to haggle me to buy a new unit when nothing is wrong with my existing unit. That was a RED FLAG!From my second and most recent experience, the service technician failed to inform me that the contactor on my unit needed to be replaced. The report he provided showed that this was one of the things that he checked during the inspection. So the following day, my unit stopped cooling and the fan stopped running outside. I contacted the company again to have someone come out to take another look at it. The technician which was someone different than the one they previously sent out couldn’t seem to detect any issues and he was able to get the fan back to running. But I asked what if I run into this same problem again and he said, the only thing we can do is wait and see what it does.Although the unit started to cool again, the next day, the fan stopped running and it got back up to 85 degrees in my home. At that point I decided to get a second opinion from another company. Word of advice, if you’re someone with an older unit in your home and are not looking to upgrade to a new unit, this is not the right company for you. Not a satisfied customer.
Very helpful from even my first call where it was suggested a couple tips that could fix my issue which it did! I could have easily cancelled my appointment but felt it was important for someone professional to come look at and clean/inspect our unit. Maintenance contract is a great deal too and provided some peace of mind.
So happy I signed up for an annual service contract, these guys are the best! Able to get you on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time, which we all know it is so important when the air-conditioning is not working in the summer! Friendly and helpful service when you call the office, and our recent technician Marlon was awesome- Super prompt, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond!

We recently had a new heat pump installed by Airmasters after having a horrible experience with another company. Kevin and Jason installed our new unit in a very timely and professional manner. During the installation process Richard, the installation boss came out to see how things were progressing and explained what the installers were doing. My wife was particularly impressed when one of the installers asked to wash his hands before installing the thermostat! Once the installation was done the installers explained how to use the thermostat. I cannot say enough good things about Airmasters and our experience with them. The new heat pump works great. We just recently had our first below freezing night and the heat pump worked as it should. Also after installation we received a statement in the mail showing what we had purchased and paid for the heat pump along with a very nice letter from the owner. We are so happy with the whole process and highly recommend using Airmasters for your heating and air conditioning needs. I look forward to a long and happy working relationship with Airmasters.

Bryan! The technical who service all three units at my home is very knowledgeable and updated in the functions of each equipment I have. I asked about my generator capabilities of working with WiFi, (cellar phones). He explained, there’s an item Which connected to the generator to notify me what’s happening/program the unit. He couldn’t give me a price. Can y’all provide more information on this subject?

During maintenance, received a call from someone I presumed was another tech, he had to retrieve something from work vehicle for employee. Seemed like routine maintenance that had been performed in 30 minutes prior took an hour and a half.

Every time Ive needed them for repair or other services they have responded as they said would. Always keeping their appointment and doing excellent work. Their technicians are easy to talk with and always answer any questions asked. They always seem to know what they are doing and finish the job in a timely manner. Also they always leave the area as clean as they found it. I also like that they follow-up with a phone call after the Tech has done the work and left the site. GREAT COMPANY!
