Extremely unprofessional they do not do refunds either they took my money and never hooked up the car!!!!!! Absolutely unpleasant experience save your money and time do not use them !!!!!!!!!!! I have to go through my bank to get my money back thankfully I paid with a card absolutely ridiculous

Terrible experience with them, they took more than 2 hours to arrive (2:23 to be exactly). The driver was completely lost as I saw by the GPS tracking, they updated the GPS tracking saying that they are already towing before even arriving. The driver was so disrespectful and not worry with the clients. They took so long to come that the destination closed and they simply drop us there in the middle of nowhere with a flat tire problem saying We did the job, now call another towing company if you want to proceed. They are completely limited in doing what is on their computer focused only in your money, in their own time, not in help you to solve your problem. Helpfully I contacted another towing company that the guy was so efficient that even with limited tools, help us to fix the flat tire and get us on the road again in a shorter time! Bestway keep distance of them.

If I could give this company zero stars if I could. The people who answer the phone, act as if they are paying you then treat you with disrespect and absolutely no integrity. The drivers are unprofessional and argumentative when dealing with their upset customers and dispatch locations. I pay Progressive entirely to much money to be handled this way and I will not stop until they pull the contract with this scumbag company. The nerve of you disgusting people to speak to speak to me crazy. I will also be posting a terrible review on BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

What a bunch of scammers. They towed my wifes car at 1:34am and she picked it up by 9:14am because they DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 9 and they charged a total of $148.65 which included a storage fee of $24.78. This company needs to be investigated for predatory towing practices. I plan to write a review on every possible website as well as file a complaint with the BBB.

The worst towing company ever!!!!Rude,takes them for ever and then when you think they will arrive they let you wait another 45 minutes and then they cancel the service!!!This company was send to me by Volkswagen and they was very rude to me ...imagine how they will tread you if you call them your self ...Please dont use this company and you will safe your self lots of stress!!!
