This company is wonderful!! For tech support I mainly deal with one person, Sean and he is amazing!! He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient (which when dealing with me is a plus, plus, plus!!). Honestly, he is a life saver!! In addition, Vinix and their team has always resolved whatever issue/problem we were having quickly and professionally. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

After having bad experiences with multiple providers, we decided to switch to Vinix. It was the best decision we couldve made. The transition went very smoothly with no issues at all, it didnt even take more than 30 minutes for the installation to finish. Its been almost a year and we still dont have any issues. We call/email them sometimes to make changes to the system and they respond promptly.

This was just the telecom answer & phone system we were looking for to handle our heavy call traffic (especially the scalability on major holidays). The drag and drop call flow feature makes it super simple to setup and change the auto-attendant settings and call flow as needed. Great staff, knowledgeable and kind.
