I came in for a valve stem repair it was done in 3 minutes Jason the manager was great I recommend anybody that needs service or tire repair came here. This place is the best tire repair experience I have ever had God bless you guys.

I TRUST my firestone location, they help me with my car the advice me what should i get done first and what can wait. Also they was they described my car in terms that i can understand (i am a girl). i am extremely thankful for the guys in the front moody and jason & the older gentleman & Alex & the i love love love the mechanic the spanish short guy with a mustache & the Tall Slim African American guy. I came for an old change on my 2011 honda accord and they were quick and efficient. They didnt try to tell me I needed anything else (although I was up front that I just wanted an oil change) and they had me in and out in about an hour. I cant complain!

Had a horrible experience today. My husband dropped off my car for an oil change from a little after 7am, by 4pm they hadnt call to say it was ready, when we finally picked it up there was a bunch of scratches on the side of the front bumper which was also squeezed to the point it was coming off, the front wheel rim cover/cap was also cracked and scratched up! Im so annoyed and their best response was that we should get it buffed and take them the receipt... nothing about the bent bumper nor cracked rim cover! I hate that people dont treat your vehicle well when youre not around, not sure if Im going back there... super annoyed!

I am extremely satisfied with this Firestone store! They treat me like family and not just another dollar coming through the door. They work fast and never leave you hanging or waiting too long. They are very informative about any other issues they see on the vehicle. Alex and Bob have very good customer service !!! Never have I had a bad experience here. Been coming here for several years and plan to for life!!!

I called yesterday and Spoke with Bob. I gave him my vehicle information and asked how much for a oil change. He stated it would be $30 for my particular vehicle. I confirmed the car with him and stated, I would be in the next day. I arrive at the shop today, 30 minutes away from my home to be told my oil change will be $54. He then tries to convince me to get standard oil on a vehicle that clearly states DEXOS in the manual. He was very rude and careless about my concerns. They completely wasted my time and showed no remorse whatsoever. I will never patronize this establishment again. Don’t waste your time or money here! Take your vehicle to the dealer!

Horrible service, I be a costumer for more than 20 years, the new people they have there. They don’t have no idea what is costumer service.I take two of my cars there for a new brakes, and come out worse, with a lots noise, I take back one and nothing changed. I ver disappointed with this place.Today I went there for a oil change, I was early 8:00 am.And the guy there tell me that I have to wait 3 hours for the oil change.That is ridiculous.

Well their an auto care store but Im still waiting for my tire to be patched, two hours and change. I was however told it would be about a 2 hour wait. Yet its over 2 by an half hour. So Im a little upset. But given today is Sunday, I guess its understood.

Thanks to Alex Cesar and Joe I was in and out in no time. Found a nail in my tire with a long drive home to Palm Beach. The guys made the repairs immediately. Very grateful for the great customer service. Thanks guys!!

I am a loyal firestone customer and this location holds to company standards and service

I needed an oil change fast. They did it and I was able to watch. The waiting area could use cleaning or straightening up. I was not happy to have to wait there, but I was happy to get my cars maintenance done after the dealer cancelled my appointment.

Had brakes done here due to lifetime warranty on pads. Was told rotors did not need to be replaced, they would just cut/machine them this time, however next time they would need to be replaced. Have had issues since then and have gone back twice in less than a month and each time their solution was to cut/machine the rotors again, and now, 4 days after the last time they worked on the brakes, the issue is back yet again.So much for lifetime warranty on pads and guaranteed service. Rotors have been cut three times after I was told they could only do it once, taking to another more reputable mechanic to have rotors replaced and possibly even pads replaced (just to be safe) even though my current ones are supposed to be new.Im done with Firestone, especially this particular location!

Nice guys, they dont finish the job right. I shouldnt have to use my knowledge to double check their work, and it happens too often, when they endanger your safety and your car makes it back to the shop theyll give you a refund. I would like a company that requires their employees to do their jobs above and beyond, since peoples lives are at stake. 2 stars for the good tires they sell. 0 stars for workmanship.

Staff is always friendly and never recommend more than what needs to be done. The downfall is it takes hours to do anything even a simple oil change. As long as you know that going in it’s fine.

Make sure you have a loooooooooooooot of time on your hands. And dont bother with an appointment. Time means nothing to these ppl. Glad I gave up on them & just walked out last time I was there.

They refused to fix a valve stem on my pickup. They said my tires were too big. Not from Florida. Traveling. Avoid going to them. Never in all my travels has this ever happened. Will definitely recommend to avoid.

I came for car inspection and they showed up issues that wasnt present in the car inspections I made the day after. I really suggest people to do the car inspection in several places and you will see that its really ridiculous. Generally if one problem show up in all of them then fix, otherwise you know what it is..

N Lauderdales Firestone store have a wonderful group of employees. Brought car in for a new battery as current one was dead (3 jumpstarts in 24 hours). Got me in right away, every thing went smoothly & was out in an hour. 😀

Good experience. The man behind the desk was very personable and helpful. It did take almost an hour to do a tire rotation when I was the first appointment of the day, so not a huge sense of urgency. Would probably go back.

Caesar Garcia is very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He resolved the issue of my vehicle cigaret lighter that was not working just in a few minutes!

I know nothing about cars and car care but thats where Bob and Moody come in. I really freaking love these guys, they are so funny and nice but mainly, they know a lot about cars (which again, I know nothing about!). Professional and courteous they have the quickest service and are super-duper reliable. Take it from me, you want these guys to work on your car!

I left my car to get the tire patched around 8:15 am. I was told that there was a bit of a wait. I had no problem waiting a couple hours, knowing that by the time I returned it would be complete. I returned at 11:15, 3 hours later, and my car had not even been touched. Im never one to complain, but 3 hours for a simple patch is ridiculous. Now Im sotting here waiting to get the tire fixed. Im so unhappy and frustrated with the situation. Its been 10 minutes and Im getting more and more upset as I wait. Extremely poor service.

Service is awful, guy told me the tech just went on break. They have 10 bays there but only one guy working on tires. I went there 3 times every time there is over an hour wait to put a plug in a tire from a nail. Thanks for the great road hazard service charge that I cant use!

They took me in to replace a bad tire on Sunday 15 minutes before closing. I appreciated that. Did a good job and I drove away in my wifes car with a new on it for her.

I have been a long time firestone customer and this was disgraceful. It took them over 5 hours to put on 4 new tires and during the process they didnt perform a correct balance service,.. I had to come back the following day, they lost several screws for my rims, scratched one and my car shakes when I drive it which is a new problem. When I went back to customer service the technician was trying to stop me from talking to management and he wouldnt even give me his name,... Im now struggling with a new problem and will be taking this to their corporate office as at a facility level Ive gotten nowhere.... I was treated with disrespect and paid top dollar for what has now caused me to have more headaches.... very disappointed and extremely frustrated

Put tires on a dump truck told me it holds weight so do not need balance or alignment. 1 Year later tires are garbage with same bump in tire and improper wearing, because I needed tires balanced and aligned.Today I come in giving benifit of doubt after they told me they can change a tire on my truck. I get here and they say they will not change the tire because they do not feel comfortable and that they only change tires on a box truck to be nice. Its not nice that they are sending me on my way with no tire and a handicapped truck.They are garbage

Brought my Kia Sedona minivan in for repair, and had my starter replaced. After returning home my car caught fire, and after the Fort Lauderale Fire Department investigation, their repair was found to be the cause. Beware of FIREstone.

The manager of this shop went out of his way to help me out when I came in with a flat tire. I had broken down along side the road and brought my tire into his shop. I was sick and feeling terrible. Even though none of the managers spoke Spanish, they called a mechanic Juan so that he could really translate an excellent attention from the mechanic Juan and they also do not sell you something that you do not need only the truth and what your car occupies and the time they tell you you will wait is accurate
