Im an out-of-towner who was simply looking for just a local place to get a quick shape up before a cruise. This quick pit stop actually turned out to be one of, if not the best haircuts Ive ever received.I first walked in and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and modern decor of the shop. Friendly & professional barbers who keep good conversation while waiting. After seeing the quality cut of the guy in the chair before me, I decided to get a full on cut, instead of shape up. I must say, this was the first time a barber made me feel like my head was a canvas and every inch of my hair was his art. Rather than a quick $15-20 in his pocket and the on to the next one. Chad took the time to wash my hair prior to the cut to ensure maximum quality of the end product, finished with a quick scalp massage, and a hot towel press after my shave.Im in town about once a month and not only do I highly recommend this shop, but I will most definitely be a returning a loyal patron of the shop on my returns.

Headz Up Hair Studio is the place to go if you want to leave looking fresh! I love the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the shop! My son has been getting his hair cut by Chad tha Barber since he began getting haircuts. He does a great job. All of the barbers are exceptional from what I have seen! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Terrible haircut. After waiting an over an hour for our turn (which is completely understandable considering we were walk-ins on a busy afternoon) my 4 year old needed to use the restroom, precisely around the time that it was his turn, but it turns out the bathroom was out of order. They called him up for his hair cut and he started to cry because he had to pee. The guy just looked at him didnt offer for a place to go, didnt seem to care, didnt look like hed wait so we proceeded with the hair cut he asked me what I wanted, my son had a fohawk hair cut already and I told him to just bring down the sides a little and leave the length on the top and back. My son was crying and the dude didnt really care. He was rough and over all rude. The finally hair cut was NOT what I wanted he didnt even edge him up in the front at all. This haircut is disgusting. I came here because Im new to the area and this place had good reviews but by the looks of it the reviews were all probably done by their family and friends. Im leaving my honest review as a walk-in who wasnt referred by someone or knows any of them. The barbers name I did not catch, he was tall and has long dreads. I will not be coming back here.

One of the barbers named Bobby gave my 2 year old son a lineup. I have to say that I was very impressed because he was very patient when my son was moving around and was able to give my son a very clean look. From now on, Bobby is my sons Barber.

I love the customer service at Headzup, I bring both of my boys there and we never have to wait long to get cut and even as kids they get the 5 star treatment that the adult customers get. Not to mention their haircuts are always fly. It has a great family atmosphere and always great vibes.
