2 stars because they are dishonest to the customer. The preliminary estimate was 5 days to repair but I show up 16 days to find my car stored in the back untouched. Every time I called for an update it was in a new repair stage per Karol and Joe response. I took my 2018 E300 and decided to go somewhere more trustworthy. Con was I cashed out money for rentals and other commuting for nonsense.P.S.The feedback is for North Lauderdale location. The reviews are almost 5 stars because of the Palm location. Only reason I tested them out. Good luck!

I brought in my Volkswagen Passat that needed a fix-up underneath and the man I worked with was very kind and showed that he really cared about his customers. I highly recommend this place any time you need your car fixed or repaired

I had amazing service at the Tamarac location for my last repair, but this time I tried North Lauderdale since it was the closest one to my home. Staff was friendly. I made my first visit to pick up a couple things and left some things because Joe advised itll be safe. But after a couple days of my car being in the back parking lot left unlocked (have the Audi app showing when vehicle is left unlocked), someone stole those items out of my vehicle (my rear view mirror camera, uninstalled the power cord, and of all things 21 of my 24 pack of air fresheners and they had the nerve to leave me 3). I contacted Joe and still no update. I then contacted Carol to forward my email onto the branch manager. She said she forwarded it to the Branch and Regional manager. I then received a call from Shane who apologized and was super friendly. He got the approval to order me those items. Due to how outdated the camera systems installation is and where the cameras were positioned, my vehicle was out of the cameras angle, so they arent sure if someone from the shop stole the items or someone jumped the fence in the back and stole the items after hours. Shane was very apologetic, friendly and helpful with getting me taken care of. I think the stress and all of this could have possibly been avoided if the lot was more secure and doors were locked. Like I said before the staff is friendly and thats the reason behind my 3 stars. My vehicle was considered a loss so I cant make a call as to how their repair time and work is.

I have now had three different vehicles repaired at this facility (south Florida drivers suck). This was a major repair as I was struck from behind. My lift gate, glass and rail lights needed replacing (and my sensors). My car looks and drives amazing. I am thrilled.

Fortunately I have only had experience with two “body shops”. The first was a few years ago when I got hit from behind in my Hyundai Elantra. They did a very good job and I was happy. But, this body shop, Palm Collision Center in Margate was exceptional. My car was there for two weeks because again I was hit in the back. Carol and Joe were a pleasure to work with. You could tell they really cared. Carol kept me in the loop to what stage is my car was in and I really appreciated it. I picked up my car yesterday. Came here for a. State Farm estimate. Huge sign on the road for Palm Collision and Center but.none for State Farm. Hard to find tiny State Farm sign. Paperwork only had Palm Collision Center. People could have been nicer too.

Unfortunately second time using this facility. Fortunately it is above and beyond the best auto collision repair facility in the tri-county area. From front office, adjuster, body and paint personnel they are genuinely friendly and helpful. You are e-mailed on a daily basis with the progress of your car and if expected completion date is going to be met or there is a hold up getting a specific part. Either way your not left in the dark. You will be e-mailed or called daily. A customer could not ask for more. This is prob ably the reason most creditable insurance companies (USAA, State Farm, Progressive) to name a few recommend Palm Collision. Joe, the adjuster, is extremely knowledgeable, fair and has your best interest at heart, checking daily on your cars repair progress. Really great, professional Collison repair shop. USAA recommended I use this facility. They called me every other day to update me on progress. I went with my wife one day to see for ourselves and status was exactly as I was told. They called when the car was completed. My wife and I inspected the car and they did a fantastic flawless job.
