From the moment I walked into the door the level of customer experience was amazing. I picked out a Stove for a great price. It was delivered on time and installed. They removed my old stove. It was an easy process. I would definitely recommend them.

This place is excellent for buying appliances!! Ive bought fridge, washer and dryer here. Washer broke down and they came right out, fixed it at no charge because they warranty all appliances six months. I highly recommend them!! Saved us loads of money and got quality appliances. Ive had my dryer and fridge for years and no problems at all. Washer broke down, called them and they fixed it right away.

Absolutely the most unreliable and unprofessional service experience I have had to date. I have been trying to get someone out here to fix a washing machine for over a week now, and every day Ive called and Tara, the woman answering the phones promises someone will be there tomorrow. I did manage to get one service time scheduled between 3-7pm and no one arrived. When I called this morning, she called the driver while I was on speakerphone and the driver said no one was home, and no one answered the phone. Tara says to me, well we cant fix your washer if no one is home. Im going to send you a picture. What picture? I asked. A picture of you not home. What? I was home?! And how is a picture going to get the washer fixed anyway? When I explained these things she turned into Karen and started yelling at me, and then hung up on me.Unfortunately my property manager is sick and cant deal with these people so she asked me to. After a week of their lies Im going to find another company.

So happy to have stopped into this small business, don’t judge a book by its cover was concerned upon entering the establishment but the customer service was extremely helpful. Recently purchased a whirlpool washing machine for a family member. My selection was a great purchase. I wanted to post the pictures, but unable to upload to this commentary.My delivery was on time and set up was done with new connection hoses.The old machine was removed without a service fee. Great service. 5+ stars customer service. Appliances you need that’s affordable. On time delivery! They’re there when they say they’ll be there. We have investment properties and we now exclusively use their services. Their customer service is so good that you could hang out there ( don’t hang out there because they’re busy).

The owner was very rude and has no customerservice skills she needs to getanother job.And the tech adas so rude when u ask a question no response and he was late to the appointment.And onone didnt even call to say he was going to be late.Just all around nasty company.

Ive waited a few months to post this to make sure the items were still working properly. They are! We purchased a stove and dishwasher from appliance n things several months ago. The customer service was great. The stove was fantastic from the start. We did have an issue with the first dishwasher, but it was promptly resolved and now we have a great machine for the price we paid. I will definitely be purchasing in the future. The appliances we purchased are older, but priced right and working very well.

What a wonderful company! From the office staff to the technicians, everyone was courteous and professional. Diagnostic fee was the lowest I’ve seen around and they quickly confirmed the problem and then applied the paid fee towards the repair I had done. It was so nice not to feel as though someone was trying to rip me off! I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I can tell you that Appliances N Things can do the job, they can do the job excellently. I had a squeaking dryer, they came out assessed the problem, cleaned and lubricated the parts in question, ordered the replacement parts, then set up to replace the parts that needed to be replaced, showed me the problem parts. Thank you Dylan much appreciated.This is new another problem the relay from the dryer door went bad. Dylan cam out assessed the problem. However, he did not have the right relay. Instead of saying he would have to come back with the correct relay, he had a relay that would work until he had the correct relay. He came back replaced the relay with the correct relay and not only did our dryer work when Dylan left the first time it is working now the right relay installed, thank Dylan.

I recently purchased a dryer from them and it is great! Tara was very helpful when I called. A dryer was delivered to my home by Adrian and Todd who installed it & hauled away the old one in about 10 minutes. Excellent service and very reasonable prices. I would reccomend them to anyone!

Aside from having to navigate our way through the overly packed warehouse, which looked like an appliance graveyard, we were very happy with our purchase. The price was unbeatable, everyone was very helpful, and the delivery/install was right on time. I highly recommend.

Its nice to see all the great reviews from other people. not sure if they were paid to write those reviews or what but I have never in my life ever experienced the worst customer service and the worst repair shop!!! I have had an on-going issue since December with my fridge. It has been replaced 3 times and repaired umpteen times!! Each time, the appliance lasts a few weeks and then my food starts to go bad again. I am so done with this place!!!! Their techs were just looking for quick fixes instead of doing a thorough job! I wonder who is going to give me back all the money I have lost on food???!!!!! Worst place ever!!! I couldnt post without clicking 1 star but they dont even deserve that!

They made the appointment the very next day even with a hurricane coming. They keep in constant contact to notify you of the appointment status and promptly follow up. Im very glad to have them here to address all the appliance malfunctions Im having with my Progress Residential rental house.

It has been nothing but a hassle working with this company. After missing multiple appointments that I never knew about they found out they had the wrong Phone number. (which I understand Mistakes happen). The women who answers the phone in the office is always to busy or distracted to answer my questions or even scheduling appointment takes two days because she always has to call me back ( which usually doesnt happen) It is all just really poor customer service on their behalf. But the real problem is I have had a leak in my fridge for 3 months they have came to my house 3 different times and its STILL leaking!

Todd was excellent, he explained everything.He made us very comfortable.We felt he was very honest.
