Arrived at 9pm to do a load of laundry on July 17th, 2021. The owner working at the time said they were closed. I pointed out the signs said 10:30, last wash 9:30. He threatened to call Metro. I told him to go ahead. The machine I tried didn’t work. Then I left, never to return.

We started going to this laundromat a few months ago because it was cleaner and larger than the 3 laundromats closer to our home. Today, we witnessed the owner screaming at customers because they werent wearing masks. Then he walked around the entire laundromat screaming, today is not the day! If youre not wearing a mask, get out! I understand that at this point, it is still his right to require customers wear masks, but this couldve been handled better. If you do not have customer service skills, you should not own a business that requires them. I will no longer be a customer of this establishment.

A new adventure took me to Lake Meade Laundry, the darkness on the outside may turn you(Vegas Heat) off but inside a clean decent laundry facilities, Nestle in between you cant go wrong. 7/11, Toms Burger (decent please pastrami sandwiches), Chicago Black Box (barbeque) Dominos pizza, a barber & beauty show plus more. Welcome to the neighborhood. HAD PROBLEMS TRYING TO DRY MY CLOTHES.

Very Rude Attendants. The Gentleman That Was Working Is Hard Of Hearing. Asked Questions About Information I saw On Another Website, He didnt know anything.

The guy that works in this establishment is rude, Loud, obnoxious, and too much all together. This was my first time in this establishment and it will be my last. I asked his name and he said Mike. Said I could call corporate on him but it will probably be him that answers. I have a washer and dryer at home but decided to come to this establishment to wash my couch covers. Worst experience of my life he was rude and it was uncalled for! Once I find out who owns this establishment I will most definitely be submitting a PERSONAL review of today’s experience!

Twice now Ive been told I cant do my laundry here! Honest truth its because Im white!! And guess what color is in charge in there!! Yep and it just so happens tonight his excuse is they are closing now but its only 9:50pmand theyre open til 11pm but as soon as white boy shows up hes locking doors and telling other black patrons about whitey and the segregation being enforced!! Lmao

Love this place but they suck putting out caution signs during mopping at night! I ended up falling! Theyre lucky Im very nice..

Good place to do your laundry but forget about been treated like a value customer. Theres this afternoon shift guy that seems to hate his job. Super rude!

If I could rate below this I would. Machine ate my money 2ce. And no employees to be found. Imagine that. Noones answers the # given on the website, so dont bother.

This laundromat is clean and well maintained. There is plenty of safe parking. The washing machines run well and are kept clean. There are plenty of laundry baskets. Its close to a 7 11 for snacks while you wait. The restrooms are very clean, customers only. You need to load your card to use these machines, no coins here. Bring cash to put on your card, theres a machine that will get you started.

I hadnt visited a Laundromat for over 30 years, but while waiting for the repair guy to fix my washer I made a quick trip here.I was pleasantly surprised by the Managers courtesy and timely humor, but most of all by the quality equipments.All in all a very pleasant experience.

It was a nice and clean place to do your laundry with a good number of washing machines and dryers.

We have brought laundry here for years but will never trust my laundry here again. My husband says he changed the temperature on 4 max loads that I purposely wanted him to run on hot just this time instead of the lowest warm which was not going to get it clean. Also opened and closed one of the machines and picked up one of our bags. Only 9 p.m. and he feels the need to clean around the machines we were using before my husband had even moved away. I have a right to choose the temperature if I pay for it. How can I trust a laundromat that has an employee like that.

Ive never had a issue w this establishment, a few weeks ago the water wouldnt fill in several washers, the time wasted was annoying, but not to bad.today a few of my items were stained after removing them fr washer #53, after advising the unconcerned male attendant I just decided to make a review, its nothing to him, but Im 42 & have been washing clothes for a lonnng time, it was blacc items looking bleached! He asked the most redundant questions, what kind you use? All. Did u have it on hot? No, cold like how all blacc clothes should be washed. A pair of shorts looked dirty, he grabbed a towel & wiped it off!! I cant wait until they come out of the dryer!

Lots of washing machines and lots of dryers and a system that could work a little better. You purchase a card to use in the machines, but sometimes you have to swipe the card 10 or 15 times before the machine will turn on, and that is annoying.

I never knew I needed someone breathing down my neck and blocking off half the washers and dryers . He made it to where all of us were stumbling over each other. The biggest washer is only a 2 loader. Dont go here . Its not good

Clean and quiet place to do laundry. Staff is very friendly, greets and thanks all of the guests. They even have free soap for those that forget to bring soap.

The place is always clean. Lots of washers and dryers that work really well. I really like that they use reloadable cards instead of quarters. Its one less thing to worry about. Sometimes the cards dont read on the first swipe, but they always manage to work.

First time at this laundromat, I needed assistance, and the woman in the office was super nice. She went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Definitely need more people in the world like her.

This place is awful because of one employee. I used to like going here until this employee was just plain rude. The business closes at 11 pm and last wash is suppose to be at 9:30 pm well the last time I was there I arrived at 8:00 pm and the place was quite busy with some customers using 4 to 5 machines alone. I wanted to use the biggest ones however one customer was using all of them on tje one side of the place so I looked at the other side of the place (which has another row of the same amount of washers and dryers as the other side) but it was blocked off by benches with signs saying that side was closed. So I had to use the smaller washers which was fine with me. When my 3 loads were done washing I went over to the dryers to find only 1 available, so my husband went to the office and knocked on the door to ask the attendant if we could possibly use the dryers on the other side but there was nobody in the office and a sign on the door that said he had gone to lunch for 30 minutes. With no choice we waited for more dryers to open up and used them. When the clothes were finished drying we walked over to the counters where you fold and there were 3 customers folding there which 1 of them was folding about 6 loads alone so again no room for me to fold. The attendant was still not in the building so I decided to walk to the other side to the other counter to just fold my laundry so it did not wrinkle. So midway through folding my 2nd load a woman walks over to us and says this side is closed and I explained I understood and told her the No room situation and she just walks away so I continue folding. Next the man that is the attendant walks over and gives me a dirty look so I tell him I am just folding over here since there is no room on the other side and thats when he starts the attitude telling me there is room and now he has to wipe down the counter again and needs to start mopping that side so he can get done and go home to his family. He says over and over how he does not get paid overtime so we tell him he doesnt even close until 11:00 and it is only 9:15 and I will be done in No more than 5 minutes. I guess that upset him more so he then gets louder telling us how rude the customers that come there are and just trash the place and leave messes for him to clean and how he has a family to go home to. So I tell my husband to go grab the 3rd load quick for me to quickly fold and we can leave. He does so and is pushing the basket back to me when the lady stops the cart with her foot and hands and tells my husband we need to not fold them on that side so the man can get to mopping and we need to just throw them in our bag since there is nowhere else to fold them at. My husband tells her we are not doing that so our clothes do not get wrinkled and we would only need like 3 minutes and we will be done. She tells him no we cannot fold them holding our cart so my husband manages to get past her and tells her that we have paid our money to do our laundry and thats what we are doing. So we finish up and leave. It was ridiculous he closed down a whole section before 8:00 leaving customers not being able to do laundry because he wanted to go home. So this place has at least one horrible employee that has now caused a customer to not return.

Great place to wash your clothes very clean laundromat recommend I recommend it to.

Be careful when you come to do laundry.They might have an whole section of dryers closed down for cleaning right in the middle of the busiest time of day. Instead of cleaning everything before they open for business. Which would be using common sense!!!

Attendant is rude and mentally unstable. Yelling that he knows how to dump a body in the river is a sign that he needs to not be dealing with the public. Also he complains about kids in general right in front of well behaved kids. Not a friendly place.

Got there at 9:25 doors were locked attendant refused to let us in saying they were closed. On the door a sign saying last wash at 9:30, and they close at 11. Lazy people should not be running things.
