I expected a proper professional trim of my Mothers two 60 foot silver maples when she showed me the estimate. I recognized the company name from when I worked for another tree service business a couple years earlier and have seen this companys trucks still throughout Sacramento. When I went back the following week I was shocked to see they had lion tailed both trees. I posted pictures online and countless others commented with the same issue when I asked what they saw in the posted pictures, their reply the trees were lion tailed. Very improper and unprofessional.

Since our move to Folsom in 2005, we have used Forrest Tree Services several times. In the past they have removed two Oak trees that were sick and with the city’s permission were removed. Another time they removed a huge Pine tree in the front yard, they removed 3 cherry/plum trees, they removed a huge Queen Palm that was bringing up my cement. Just recently we required their services again. We had the pleasure to meet Fernando and Isaac. We had three huge trees, and three palm trees trimmed. It was fascinating to watch them work. They were extremely cautious and did an excellent job. I always recommend Forrest Tree Services to my family, Friends and neighbors.Thanks Fernando and Isaac for a job well done!

Your guys did a great job in a confined area and were sure not to hit the houses. Quick efficient and leveled 7 trees in under 2 hours.

They have been cutting our trees once a year for that over 10 years. I have been trying to get my tree cutting scheduled for a week. Ive talked to them 3 or 4 times all my calls to them except for 1. I could not get a return phone call and when I finally got ahold of them again they said they couldnt cut my trees back for over 6 weeks. It would have been nice to have known this a week ago before all these leaves started falling. Time to find a new arborist. Sad.

My experience with Forrest Tree Service wasnt a good one. Right in the midst of these past winter storms a tree fell on the roof of my rental property piercing both the roof and bedroom ceiling. The forecast called for five more days of rain. The two tree services I had used in the past werent available, other companies werent even picking up their phones because they were too busy so I was thrilled to finally get through to Forrest Tree Service. Their quote was high but I accepted it as emergency rates. They showed up, removed the tree but also removed an $82.00 tarp the tenants had put up the night before. The tarp that was up there when I saw it was totally worn and shredded and when I asked the tenant about it was told that it wasnt the tarp that they had put up and she gave me the receipt from the night before. I called Forrest Tree Service and asked about the tarp and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. I called a week or so later and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. I sent an email with an explanation along with the receipt of the first tarp and the receipt of a second tarp I had to buy to cover the hole in the roof because the tarp up there was useless. No response. I mailed a letter. No response. So, here it is, nearly three months later and the company has never given me the courtesy of a call back. To me, thats no way to run a business. I wont use them again and I wont recommend them.

I wanted everyone out in goggleland to know Ryan does great bid pricing, then our crew Ill call them Forrests ABCs thats Adam, Brian & Casey were on time, polite,, friendly, professionals and after my 3 huge trees were cut back & cleaned up they helped put out Squirrel & Bird feeders back in the trees.Rating 5 stars☆☆☆☆☆!!! They came on October 16,2018!

Forrest Tree service is amazing they have now removed 2 very large trees from one from the back yard and now the front yard....they are fast and efficient...the workers are very careful..they take pride in their work..I highly Recommend this company.Pearl Ahlquist-Ruby

Their workers like to flip off and yell at women who stop at a red light, on a right turn, with oncoming traffic, and a cop sitting right next to them. Just from that interaction, I will use social media to inform people the type of personnel working for the company.
