Bethany was phenomenal at this location helping me with my taxes and showing me every tiny detail and ensuring I get the maximum refund possible and ended up getting a refund accepted same day! She was thorough, clear, and concise. Not every location with the organization gives a good experience, had a bad one at another H and T location, but this one was fantastic. The watt Avenue H and R block is truly the place to go. I will definitely be using this location again next year if I am still in the area.

I had an appointment at 12:30, I showed up 15 minutes early and they were able to accommodate me. I dropped off my documents to Mohammed and he completed my tax return by the end of the day. I am very satisfied. communication was easy, I emailed all the documents he needed that were missing. The fee was a little bit high, but it was still worth it in the end, getting it done without having to stress. Mohammed was able to get me a refund more than I was expecting. Thank you

There is an issue with a credit from 2013 i was never informed of and never did request the charges. ai was just informed of this is 2020 of a problem that occured in 2013 and it is being reported to credit bureau of something i never was aware

The ladies where very helpful

Service was quick, and despite the challenges of filing a multi-state, multiple W2 return, our preparer had everything wrapped up in 90 minutes. She took the time to explain everything, even the confusing parts. She demonstrated patience and understanding at every step.

We were seen last minute and helped by Jennifer c. Roberts at the North Highlands CA location. who decided to stay later to help us file our taxes. she was very patient and very helpful we will definitely be back to see her again next year .

Grish provided my husband and I excellent service for the second year in a row. However, the receptionist did not acknowledge us at first. We sat for about 7-10 minutes before we were spoke to. The reason we will be returning next year is due to the great service Grish provides.

I was not completely informed of the fees associated with the tax preparation. I took it upon myself to read the full description of the services H&R Block provided and found new fees associated with the basic tax filing. Staff was friendly and shared in my concerns and accommodated me as such to fit my needs
