Usually not the best experience but this time was terrible, the women I talked to today was kind of rude and felt it was necessary to comment on my breastfeeding trouble. Once someone says no to a lactation consultation you move on and keep your opinions to yourself. Your job is to ask the necessary questions and change the benefits if necessary not put your two cents in.

1st time shopping here. Never been to this location before. Since covid hit everyone has different rules regulations so forth. I pull up to the store with paper signs added to the window in clear seen it says the cap on how many people can be in witch is 3. Then the normal covid signs that everyone has and then a sign saying STOP WAIT HERE TO BE HELPED in bold letters so I wait outside for a good 5 minutes before a rude employee opens the door and says you can walk in I reply back with oh I seen the sign that said stop here to be helped. I never been here before Then as I walk into this new place Im looking confused trying to figure out what I am supposed to do next. After a few a employee came to the register. As they were helping me I can tell this person has been doing this for a long time. The employee that rushes through your order on auto go because I am number 92736 customer in their place of work. No kind of emotional connection between customer and employee. This was my 1st and last time ever going to this location. Hope you have a better experience than I did. Have a nice day.

Most employees are very rude specially the Manager store named María she told me to put my groceries on the floor and when I said, what? She changed her version because other employees listened then, she said there is baskets, most of the employees also unwelcoming never smiles at all and they’re never said welcome to the store or something like that however groceries are good. I hope they change they actitud soon because it si so sad that slowly people don’t comeback because their ugly actitud.

To be honest they’re kinda rude about stuff and the worker talking to me had a mixed attitude. At first she would crack a joke, then she would be extremely rude. At least I got my benefits though..
