I work for a small organization and our printer was acting up so we decided to have it looked at because we werent sure if it would be cost effective to fix. Laser Age was recommended to us by a local IT company we trust so I quickly gave them a call. The service Laser Age provided me was incredibly professional & friendly — I was even updated with what was happening to the printer. Most companies would have probably charged me quite a bit to look at the printer and figure out what was wrong with it, but that wasnt the case with Laser Age. I felt like the service was HONEST. Jeremy the service technician told me that the printer wouldnt be cost effective to fix after looking into the issues we were having, which made sense because the printer was older and had been giving people issues for ages. Ill definitely be utilizing Laser Age again in the future and would recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their printer. Thanks Jeremy!
