Great service. They are always able to see my vehicle right away. I always get results within just a few hours. And they are very reasonably priced. Their service is worth every dollar.

Absolutely do not take your car here, I brought my car here because its not starting asked for a diagnosis which was $100 ($99.99)they had my car a few hours and said there was nothing wrong with it I had to argue with the guy and say turn it on leave it on for 30 and try again then he said my main relay was bad after having attitude the whole time they also stole from my vehicle I wont say what but they did. I took my car to a different mechanic today only to be told my main relay is perfect and the faulty part was my temp sensor

I purchased tires for my Nissan 4 weeks ago which I had great service then. Yesterday which was Saturday early morning. I called to make an appointment to get my front breaks replaced and rotors. They explained Sunday at noon would be best. I called in at 2:30 to see if the inspection was done and know they close at 5. Nobody answered the phone. So I showed up and they haven’t touched my car yet. I explained everything I wrote here to the manager. He didn’t care and was happy to give me my keys back.As of now!! I’m never going back to Firestone, which there’s many more shops in my local area that would appreciate my business.I am a service worker and employees like him ruin business. I was there @ 5/23/21

Its a Firestone. One of the better ones, I think. I dont know what would make me give 5 stars to a Firestone? Im not taking a star off or anything. I wish more sites would switch from star ratings and towards a scale that allowed reviewers to set their own scales. 3 stars should be okay. Anything less is a problem. Anything more is surprisingly good and the best. In this case, I have more faith in their mechanical ability because they were able to complete a stupidly finicky service on my car in a reasonable amount of time. Another location spent twice the time with 2 techs, on a very much single person job.

I spoke with Danny, the store manager, and he was very kind and helpful. The work on my car was done well and at a reasonable price. Ill be coming here from now on.

They put the wrong tires on my car. We brought it back and they replaced with the correct ones.

Zero stars if I could. Went for a simple oil change which is supposed to include fluid top off. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, I asked “ what fluids did to u top off? “ and he responded by saying everything! When I got home, my husband checked and my coolant was damn near empty, and my trans fluid.if they couldn’t even top the fluids off, then what else are they cutting corners on. Something as simple like that is lost business from me.

Love the prices especially considered Im going to go to Goodyear and they want to charge me 140 dollars compared to Firestone who only charge me 10 dollars to do a complete inspection which includes a bumper to bumper to bumper which means they check from front to back everything underneath even the engine they check the filters they check the fluids they check the rotors they check the brakes its definitely something that operating back to my other cars for and referring other people too

My car gets the best care and reasonable prices at Firestone. The staff is great.

Went in early of October this year for a gas tank replacement. I had ran over some metal on the 80 and they were closest to me. they held it for one day and I got it back the day after that, noontime. not only did they fix the main issue, being the gas tank, but also did some routine maintence they notice I had lagged on. most would say overpaid or they got me but they did get my issue resolved in a timely manner.SO NOW, jumping to Monday, week of Thanksgiving, and my car leaks gas in the middle of my wifes workplace parking lot. got it fixed today according to my own on schedule on short notice with abosolutely ZERO hassle. During my lengthy wait time during today I noticed how busy they were, but both employees running the counter were straight forward with each customer, which I personally respect. Great efficient worker

Both my vehicles have been here a lot in the last two months, but prior to that I was selecting this location for simple oil changes etc . I’d consider them to be trustworthy, no complaints about any of the work ever completed on my vehicles from this location . A little rough around the edges with the communication but that’s okay . Can’t complain about wait times I always have it planned out to drop my vehicle off and wait for a “your vehicle is ready” call . The men at the front desk always appear to be in a pleasant mood . If anyone stood out it would be Ty he was great with servicing me when I had outstanding amounts of repairs to be completed on my vehicle . Thanks firestone .

Unlike the West Sacramento Firestone, this one keeps my wife and I coming back to Firestone. We live right next to the one in West Sacramento and drive the half hour just to avoid that one. Each time we go there, they are very honest. The gentlemen named Ty is extremely helpful at the front of house. I do not recall anyone in the back by name however, they always seem to get the job done. I would not recommend the one in West Sacramento. The one in North Highlands is great, even though its in a not so pretty neighborhood.

Ive brings my 2006 MB CLS 500 at the Firestone center of North Highlands for a diagnosis, following a engine check light on. My car stayed at this center for about two and a half hours. The response of the alleged diagnosis was that probably the problem was due to a pair of worn throttle body seals. For this diagnosis I paid $ 99.99 and I didnt even get a list of the codes that are normally highlighted during an engine diagnosis. Subsequently, the person I interacted with during the day, unfriendly and not very patient in my opinion, called the dealership to order this pair of seals, without my request among other things. The price for this two seals provided by this person was $ 90. Clearly I prevented from proceeding with an unsolicited order, I searched quickly on the internet and found the exact same original gaskets for $ 4.50 each. Plastic, not gold. I paid the cost of the diagnosis and I had a courtesy check stamped sheet, which normally refers to a free service, written in incomprehensible handwriting even for the writer. I also asked to check the brakes, but they forgot about it. The day before making an appointment at this center, I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Mr. Ty Joseph, an extremely kind person, who if he was been present that day, surely he would have done his professional duty to the full.

I thought my Control arms went bad and came in to have them replaced. Tommy the technician tested them and informed the Manager Hilton, I believe, that it was actually the lower ball joints on both sides that were smoked. They showed me what was wrong as well on the car. Very honest mechanics. Hilton told me I only need the lowers replaced which was definitely cheaper than the upper control arms. He even had someone bring the parts to this location so they were able to fix it and I was on my way. 5 star service! Ill be back to this location in the future and recommend it to my friends.

I had bad news with my car, but the staff and service was top notch. They actually seemed to care and give me personal service. Its hard to find mechanics that you can trust these days and seem to have your best interest while still being qualified. Mike is awesome. Lobby has phone chargers, wifi, TV, and comfy chairs.

I’m giving this place a two star. Because I had a really positive and good impression about this place when I first arrived for my first visit to get some work done on my AC of my vehicle. The technicians inspected my vehicle checked for leaks and the AC the usual. When they were all done they said oh there’s absolutely nothing with your AC It was just a little low on Freon that’s all it’s working fine. We filled up the Freon for you and that will be 118 bucks. So I love turned on mayor connection it was running cool but not as cold as I thought it would. So it’s time I start driving it worked fine all the way until the next day and then all of a sudden it stopped quit. The air-conditioner did not work it was blowing out hot air. I was kind of wondering man so I told themMy AC is not working they said no prom just bring it and will check it out. So I brought it in. They said we’re going to have to diagnose diagnostic again and I said didn’t you already do that. But he said now we have to check for leaks I said I thought you already did that. They said well looks like your compressor is going out. I said really they said just hang tight and will give you a quote on to get it fixed. I said how come you guys didn’t notice that before instead of telling me that my AC was just low on Freon The guy didn’t know what to say there’s a lost of words. So they checked it out and they said yeah it’s your compressor that’ll be $1100 please to fix it that includes the compressor labor cost and they said sign right here I was like no let me think about this for a little bit. I never felt so gouged in my life when it comes to money. I did a little shopping around One person gave me a quote for 900 bucks. I’m like no thanks. So you know what I did. I went and I bought the part that I need it real cheap. I found it at a automotive store for 245 out the door. The best part was the cashier told me if you can find it cheaper somewhere will match that price and guess what I found the part even cheaper. I found the part for $182 on Amazon. I’ve checked other places they wanted almost $400 for the part and I got it for I ended up getting it for 195 bucks. I talk to a few friends I found a guy that that works on AC compressors. My coworker told me about him and he goes through them all the time. The guy offered to put it in for 150 bucks I said heck yeah. So after taking the Freon out that was another 50 bucks I saved almost $700 just for shopping around . So next time you go into a shop think twice you might be getting gouged.

The car was towed at 12:30 but no call was made. Came in at 3pm and the car hadn’t been touched. I asked them to patch my tire and the guy says about 30 minutes your in line already. Two hours later and the car is still up and nobody is in the shop but me. Let me remind you that it was a nail in my tire and that was it.Save your time and go somewhere that has competent mechanics who can service your vehicle within a reasonable amount of time.When I asked for an update after waiting for two hours, the manager was very defensive about it. The whole situation should have been taken care of in 30 min.

I had a very positive experience at this location. I took the recommendation to get my alignment here and it went much better than an experience at my another location. They communicated really well. I had made an appointment and left my vehicle there all day and were accommodating

This is a return visit for a mistake made by one of their shop employees. completely unsatisfied with management and employees. this location is in severe need of severe cleaning and the employees and management could use a refresher course in customer service and training on if somebody makes an appointment, have all four tires that should have been ordered there and ready to go. so that the customer doesnt show up for his appointment at 2 pm, but doesnt get to leave until 5:20pm. then still have an issue with one of the wheel weights flying off and hitting my mirror and windshield. Having to get a room for the night because we couldnt drive on the freeway with my front tires unbalanced. I will say Firestone all ways has the lowest and best prices and brands they sell. unfortunately this was my first s*** experience with Firestone in fifteen years.

My Friend Mohammad Ali took his car to this Place for an inspection plus oil change. They never did the inspection because we showed them the places were leaking oil and damage hose. Worst than these they didnt put enough oil in to the engine after they told us the car is ready to go we saw the engine light was on and it was out of oil, we already had the paperworks done and paid off so we had to do it again.

I just wanted to share a quick experience I had with Hilton at the Firestone in North Highlands. The other day my radiator blew and I was stranded on the side of the road for hours, I have a serious heat sensitivity that makes me ill if I get overheated. I called Hiltons shop and explained my situation and how my car possibly just needs coolant and I would be up and running and though I was waiting for a tow service it was going to be hours and I wanted to see if I could get up and running sooner and avoid staying in the direct afternoon sun. (I ended up being out for almost 5hrs) I offered to pay a service charge to have someone from the shop bring me some coolant because I thought I was rather close. I was unfamiliar with the area and so I did not realize that Hiltons shop was a good 20-25 minutes away.He told me not to worry about it and that he would be there as soon as he could. He brought me coolant helped me try and get the car up and running unfortunately it was to no Avail and I ended up having to have it towed anyways. But I appreciate what Hilton did for me and I just wanted to tell everyone in that area if you are needing auto service or parts go check this guys place out. Im not sure if it is literally his place but he is a manager. What an awesome experience! Thank you again Hilton!

These guys tore the door off my car during a tires install but I forgave. Then they voided my warranty by misreporting my mileage at 151,000 when its actually 60,000. Complete disregard for the harm done by INCOMPETENCY or coming to work high. Took them to court and won.Update: December 2020 go to get a smog and find out my car has been tampered with and $312 to repair. There is only one shop that could have done this. Complete disregard for customer care. Fraud. Tampering. Passing harm to the customer. There is some bad energy at this shop.

I went to Firestone and they tried to upcharge me to a total of $1,884.00. I went to Pepboys and I am getting the same service for less than $600.00. Dont trust Singh. Period.

These people are hard-working. They spend that they really busy. BUT. because of that they miss to do little things that can make the difference. I GOT NEW TIRES AND ALL OF THEM WERE AROUND 25 LB PSI LESS THAN THE RECOMMENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER. My recommendation is to open early and close late and have two staff teams. Also, a shutter service could be really useful for the customers. And, please dont get upset when people do not want to buy your over-selling products or services.

I went here exactly three times. The first time, they ran almost two hours over their estimated time and caused me to miss an important event. They apologized and have me a free voucher; cool, I thought. Except my tire pressure sensor came on immediately after. I filled the tire, thinking nothing of it.The second time, service was timely, but again I had a tire pressure warning. Odd, I thought, as I had recently checked them myself. The third time, I ensured the pressure DIRECTLY before going. Lo and behold, my pressure light was not only came on, but my passenger-side tire was nearly 15 psi lower than it had been. I am sincerely disappointed by such shady practices, and write this as a cautionary tale to all who would venture here; dont, or you may end up needing a new tire shortly thereafter.

Educated, knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, Great customer service, and great demeanor. I went on two different occasions and both Justin and Matt were great. It was an amazing experience both times and I was ultimately impressed that I remembered their names as well as several of the customers coming in and out. Which proved to me that they are consistent as well. Very satisfied, good job guys!!!

Automotive technicians here have never done me wrong. They speak to me with respect and are understanding of my budget. Free wifi, just ask for password. Firestone offers credit cards if youre so inclined, and send out coupons often.

Nothing but a bunch of crooks. I have been to this business twice and will not be going back ever. $160 for front end aliment. The last time went in for another aliment and they said it couldnt be done, so I left and went to Les Swabb, while waring for them to service the truck I noticed that the Firestone mechanic did not put the bolt back and had just left it on the frame. Kind of dangerous as well as lazy. I would not recommend you take your vehicle to this place.

I had bad experience today. I live my car for oil change and they promised me will done before 10 am. next day! But they not do anything when I come to pickup at 10:15 am. and start work at 11:00 am! Oh No!Just want to recommend who bring the car to this shop you need to stay!! and waiting they don’t worry what they promise!!!

I dont know what I would have done without the superheros disguised as staff here! Last week my van died, and Mark, Julie, Steven, Phong (and others whos names escape me at the moment) went above and beyond to save me and my family. Legit, they all deserve capes!!! Having just moved to Sac from Chicago, I didnt have a mechanic to turn to in the area that I knew I could trust. But now? I will never turn to anyone else! They recommended an amazing tow truck driver, then worked diligently to diagnose the problem (which was well hidden) fixed it for LESS than quoted, and now my van drives better than ever AND gets almost double the gas mileage!!! I highly recommend The North Highlands Firestone on Watt, in front of the Walmart. Look for the black Wacky, Wavy, Inflatable, Arm Flailing Tube Man! ;-)

Ive been going to this firestone for a while now. I actually followed an employee Hilton S. From another store because I really trust him to be honest, fair and up front. As a young female I frequently run into mechanics who believe I have no knowledge of cars and try to recommend necessary repairs and services for outrageous prices. Ive never had that problem with Hilton or his team.They are fast, friendly and fair and take the time to fully check my car for any additional problems such as burnt bulbs or leaking/low fluid and make sure that its fixed correctly the first time every time.I would highly recommend this firestone location.

Thank god for this Firestone location!!! I had originally gone to the Madison location and will now be sticking with the Watt one. They are very professional, efficiently, as well as friendly. Theyve even managed to fix the screw ups from the other location! I like to take very good care of my cars as car maintencd is key to avoid major work later down the road. I will definitely be coming back in the future with any other issues.

Came for my appointment . and had to wait 30 min to get my car even pulled in . because i complained ..and all i ordered was a simple oil changed . and im still waiting its beeb almost a hour since i made a appointment. And its still not done I wouldnt never come back here they need to get tgey appointment times in order and i have work in 30 mins!!!!

This place is great, super friendly staff. They take the time to explain to you what the problem is and dont make you feel stupid. Last time I had a major repair done they took me around the counter to look at the computer and point out what the problem was and why it needed to be fixed. They have a nice little lobby with coffee, comfy chairs, tv, and air conditioning. Very accomodating for walk ins. I dropped my car off in the morning and walked to work and was able to drive home that night even though it was a major repair. I cant stress enough how happy I am with this place every time I come in.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to firestone complete autocare locations since 2005 for everything from tire replacement to warranty work. Five vehicles, three states, since 2005. I get consistent service regardless of location. They don’t BS you...they tell what needs to get done now and what can wait. On several occasions, theyve debunked what the dealership was telling me, saving me quite a bit of money ( e.g. dealer told me head gasket was leaking, firestone showed me it wasnt). Military discount is a plus. Prices are crazy cheap compared to elsewhere and the level of service won’t disappoint. Going on 14 yrs now and going to continue using Firestone for all my automotive needs. Did a fair amount of offroading in my jeep with destination A/Ts, mountain snowboarding trips in deep snow, AND a cross country trip. Solid brand of tires. Overall great experience. Also, if they can give you a discount on something, they will. Always customer-focused.
