I have been a faithful customer for years. And the past few months I have seen the mat go down hill, since there updated machines. I have noticed a lot of machines down every week and as well as the quarter machines. And no safety cations are not being used while mopping. Carrie needs to come back.

Tried this place, less people than the other laundromat I went to, that was the first sign, second the area isnt much to look at, most of the shops are closed, the liquor store of course its the busiest. Inside the laundromat they have a seating area, where you can eat and watch T.V, alot of different sized washers, but one or two out of order, and a row of older washers, all the ones I used were stained or had detergent powder all over, the floors were full of used dryer sheets and food, the washers say one price but when you push the buttons another price will pop up, another .25 added, price gouging if you want to start it😳 I dont recommend this place, I was better off at the other place, like they say grass isnt always greener👎.

This laundry mat is a dive the bathrooms are dirty there very ride to customers and the lack of customers service is evident when you walk in I suggest finding someplace else to do you laundry not to mention they do nothing to help anyone and they hire kids to work that have no respect even for themselves much less for there customers.one star if I could rate them lower I would

Everytime I go into Happy Coin Laundry it is very clean and beautiful! The employees really make surenitnis a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. I love that they have giant machines that can wash 8-9 loads at once. Plus they have machines that you can pay for with a card instead of coins! Best laundromat I have EVER been to!!!!!

I love it here. Kari is always so nice and happy. She is always willing to help me with anything I need. The prices are great. Not to mention the bonus of all her gorgeous jewelry she does there too!

Happy Coin Laundry is very clean always up-to-date very inexpensive the associate there is very caring very friendly if theres a problem always comes to your rescue I love going there and wash very nice people that go there you dont get too much of crazy people because we do have crazy people in the surrounding area and its a very nice pleasant atmosphere they have a TV its nice and fresh I love it.. Its clean and there is plenty to do while you wait. Sufficient seating in the waiting area and multiple television sets. There are coin games as well as a pinball machine. Very polite and friendly staff. They sell snacks and jewelry, too!

Lalalove Happy Coin Laundry. To be completely honest, at first glance I was a little skeptical. However upon walking in and seeing the new washers and dryers and quantity of the different sizes I was happily surprised. The machines also offer a credit/debit card option so I didnt have to worry about quarters. (That option still stands though they have a coin machine.)Kari also makes some of the most beautiful jewelry. I am currently rocking a gorgeous bracelet made of sea shells, silver and rose gold beads. (She took the time to restring it for me after I broke it by putting it on) She is a very benevolent person and cares for her customers. The laundromat is very clean, relaxed, and inviting.Will definitely be going back. Found my laundromat!

I have been coming here for about 6 years. Once a week sometime twice a week. Now they have all new machines. It the best place to do my wash. The person (Kari)that work there she is very friendly and nice with all her customers. No matter what they look like.

I came in today, for the first time to do laundry here. Kari was very welcoming. It was clean and the prices were very fair. There are many new machines of different sizes from small to very very large. Kari made it a point to smile chat with people as she cleaned up. You can tell she really appreciates your business.

Friendly, helpful staff. Multiple change machines, supplies and laundry carts. Machines accept coins and some take coin and credit card.

Great customer service and clean store. The washers and dryers work amazingly and the remodel is beautiful. The prices are great and there are necessities like soap and laundry bags on site always on site.il definitely my go to wash house.

Kari and Ryan have really made this a great place to do my laundry. Kari makes it a point to visit with her clients and they do Jeanne amazing new washers and dryers and an incredible assortment of laundry supplies. There is a big screen tv and snack vending machines. Laundry seemed like our used to take forever, but now i find the time passing incredibly quickly! I frequent this laundromat every week! My husband and I live on a bus, and we have to do laundry every week, so I found this delightful place! Its clean, friendly, priced fairly and they have great machines! They are not afraid to shoo the unwanted away either, which is what I especially like! I am a freelancer, so I put my laundry in and sit comfortably and do my work! Im telling you, its a great place!

The review below from Heather Bailey is a complete lie. She didnt mention how rude she was to the attendant that was working there at the time and the 10 bags of laundry that she brought with her.. Nor did she mention the mess she left behind her. This business closes at 9:00pm which is why the last load is 7:45pm. If her clothes were not done at 9:00pm thats on her. Also her phone being stolen is nobodys fault but her own. This person has been to this laundry mat before and she knows there are people coming in and out of there all the time. She should have been more careful. I have been to this place before and while yes, it is not the best or the cleanest they do have the best prices, customer service, and brand new washers and driers. I recommend this place.

Yes I was there and that customer really came in with attitude and she left a big mess and continuily kept up with her foul attitude. For the service there I give them 5 stars. I recently moved in the neighborhood and was looking for a safe, clean, no nonsense place to wash clothes. My clothes come out nice and fresh and I continue to come back. Ive been coming to this laundry mat service for quite some time, 9months to be extract. The establishment is large, clean and over all very happy. If there is one place in Sac. North Highlands, C.Heights Orangevale or any where else where things arent up to your standards Mr. Russ then go for it. These are fine good people sir, and Ill will take them any day.

I travel a lot for work. I needed to wash my travel clothes. I came across this laundry mat near my hotel. I stopped in and was immediately greeted by the attendee Cari. She was very friendly and pleasent. The establishment was very clean and tidy as well. I would highly recommend this place for your launder needs.

I came in recently to do laundry. My 3 year old daughter was holding herself trying not to go and the lady refused to open bathroom until I started washer. She sat there and literally watched my child potty on herself. They have lost my business.

The machines work good .they get your clothes clean .There is a person working all the time there, so if you have problems, they are happy to help you .

The place is old and needs new machines, the owner is rude and racist against anyone homeless doing their laundry. The place has roaches and the neighborhood is unsafe. I had to give at least one star to write this review. If I could have chosen no stars, thats what I would have done. It would be better to wash your clothes in the nearest puddle. The clothes would be cleaner, the service would be friendlier....plus there would be no roaches!

This place is a great place to do your laundry it has nice big air conditioner fans that i love for the summer very peaceful kid friendly. Nice big cable tv. Snack machine. Arcade games. After my dogs took shelter in our blankets while playing the rain and mud I arrive to handle the mess at 7:19 with door stating last wash 7:45. when the attendant business partner tells me they close at 7:45.Not according to your door, I am doing my wash....i proceed and then i am informed I have to be out by 9pm....over and over and over again she traverses the floor 5 times to reiterate and then tells me I dont need to be so rude...all I am tryin to do is the wash...my phone goes missing...winds up at the apt across the way. cost $40 and left with 50% of the laundry still significantly damp and needing a new phone min of $65. $105 the cost for my doing my business with a business that doesnt care about their consumer or making $$. i LEARNED MY LESSON, I WONT BE BACK....

If i could give a minus star I would, cuz they dont deserve any stars! Been coming here almost a year, so disappointed with their attendant...I accidentally knocked over my fabric softener bottle onto the side of the machine and on the floor next to one of the washers and then proceeded to clean it up, as I didnt want anyone to get it on their clothing, anyways after cleaning up the mess I made, I did go to the attendant sitting in the booth, mind u she hadnt moved from the booth since b4 I walked in well over 30 mins before, well I did tell her that I made the mess and that I had already cleaned it up the best I could, she proceeded to point to the mop and said theres the mop so u can clean it up! I was shocked, all I was doing was letting her I had already cleaned my mess up and she tells me to clean it up, wait I dont F**KEN work here, thats ur job, oh wait thats right, ur too busy sitting on ur a** to do ur job, every time I come in, I always see one of their employees cleaning and helping customers, but every time I come in and shes here (chubby long hair girl with glasses) she is just sitting there doing nothing.. Seriously, worst customer service ever!! I dont live close but I really this place hence why i drove the extra miles to get here, but after today, I will no longer come here! Obviously the attendant is too lazy to do her job! Was there for almost 3hrs and still hadnt moved her a**!

Went with my husband to wash n dry clothes spent over $20 n ask to use restroom the said out of order but wen turn around 30minutes later they key to another person npt customer ..wow i was really shock why let someone not washing clothes use it but not your paying customers who should i call about this???
