Ill be honest, the reviews may have scared me, but I needed to get fingerprinted before my next job (I work as a mobile detailer, so I could NOT be late). To my surprise, she welcomed me in and scanned my fingers in literally less than 5 minutes! I dont even know how she does it, but she is so fast and efficient, especially compared to other live-scans Ive done (took FOREVER). I appreciate the service and will come back for all my other needs!Also encouraged social distancing, which made me more comfortable.

How the heck are you still in business if you raise your voice at customers? Lady at a counter acts as if she does you a favor rather than meet, greet, and ask if she can help. Rude, unprofessional behavior. Will never go back again, even if its the only drop off open in the area!

Went in for a live scan lady was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. Will never go back. Ill prefer to drive across town if needed then go back to this place.

The lady at the counter is always super nice and its so convenient to take care of shipping packages for my ebay store. Theres never a line and you can purchase your postage online and print them in the store to save a little money.

On day four that my package has been at this post office. I track it online. They must have just found it again because they rescanned it into their system. Thanks for making my package come so late after its scheduled arrival date (that i paid s + h for). I doubt Ill get it anytime soon.

Very unpleasant experiences here trying to drop off packages. The woman that works here or owns this place, is not friendly and does not want you there dropping off packages. Even when you leave a tip, she wont smile, nor say thank you. This location needs new management!

Made me give them a dollar a box for a UPS Dropoff. That is in violation of their agreement. The woman would not give me a receipt for the transaction either. Terrible and rude. Do not go.
