Terrible Customer Service from the Office side. The actual Service people who come out to repair the elevator are fantastic, but if you have any questions with the office or your account representative.... GOOD LUCK!!! You will get the runaround. You cant leave a voicemail because its full and the alternate cell numbers they give are not in service. Terrible!!!

Just came to Kaiser clinic to get an elevator to go up. Two Ottis employees showed up behind. Without any explanation the guy just press the button down, jumped in front of me inside and when I asked another Ottis tech why he cut in front of me, he didn’t even said any apology. Wow
