Used to be a good supplier. Ive stocked their batteries for 7 years. Recently I had a customer who had a warranty issue and was afraid their car wouldnt start. I told them to wait as the delivery is usually around 40min. I normally have the battery on the shelf but had sold that battery earlier in the week. After waiting over an hour I called to find out where it was. They explained that because Im not a top customer theyve put me on a delivery schedule. I didnt get the battery for two hours and had the driver take all of the batteries I had in stock. I have other vendors who appreciate my business and have wanted to stock batteries. Never did get a call back from the manager or Mike Ryan my sales person. Thanks Factory!

I need 4 batteries but I don’t know how to register at their bad website i was at store they tell me they can’t sell me nothing all online and delivery
