WORST PLACE, THE ADDRESS ON GOOGLE MAP ISNT THE CORRECT ONE!!!! SO I DROVE THINKING ITS CORRECT AN NOPE!!CALL AN THEY SAID NOPE YOUR LATE TRY NEXT DAY, SO RUDE ON PHONE AS WELL... I HOPE THIS BUSINESS GOES OUT OR GETS A BETTER BUSINESS PARTNER

Refuse to have same day services, helped my friend get her vehicle account up to date and dealing with this company has been awful. Both individuals spoken to over the phone are rude and dont care about anyones ability to get what belongs to them back. I really hope they go out of business since they are only scam artists who believe they are better then the people they have as customers.

They’re judgmental, unprofessional, rude, at the same time they known this about themselves and don’t care. My vehicle was ransacked with my stuff everywhere, seat and storage unhinged. I felt so violated when I saw how they disrespect my vehicle. To add salt to that wound, they stole and damaged some of my belongings. I know this because everyone who knows me knows about these items and can testify to them being there. I’ve reported this to the company and they have done nothing about this or even responded to my complaint. Go figure.They took my legal size knife that was in a custom blonde sleeve. I’ve had it in my truck for years. The other was my phone holder which was a gift and the best one I’ve ever owned. Last they cut the strap to my back seat dog cover because they didn’t know how to push a button to release the strap.Not everyone gets there vehicle towed for the same reason. Some actually aren’t at fault believe it or not. The people that work there are so rude. They look down at you when they should be looking in the mirror at themselves. I guarantee you there’s more there to look down upon.I do expect my things. The value of what they stole can not be replaced or compensated for. I’m not done nor will be until things are rectified. Period!

Pray you never have to deal with them. North Highland address isnt accurate and apparently they cant be bothered to update it. Payment is cash only but they dont tell you that prior but know exactly where to find an ATM, so obviously its a common issue.Theres no signs to indicate where they are, only found out I was at the right place because I asked one of the tow truck drivers as he was leaving.Good luck calling them. Their number doesnt actually ring to anyone.

Customer friendly. Website and people on phone were helpful and lady at yard was very nice.

I got my car repossessed and when I went for my belongings after making an apoinmemt and when I showed up the lady in the sacramento office said they took the car to auction but she would get all my things back. I still havent heard from her this is just so wrong. Please someone get back to me on this issue.

These people are very rude. I had to wait on the other side of their fence, to come by and pick up my belongings out of my car, as one of the employees was retrieving my belongings out of my car he pulled a pair of homemade boxing gloves off of my rear view mirror torn in half and threw it in a garbage bag with my other belongings. They acted like we were bothering them. Thats wrong to treat peoples belongings like garbage.

Theyre no longer at this location and havent been for a long time. The people that work here are very rude and unprofessional. Theyre located behind the gate to the left of Auto Nation Collision Center. Address to the collision center is 5289 Auburn Blvd., Sacramento 95841.

Horrible criminal tactics like making you schedule a day in advance that gives them more Time with your car and more money and they have super high fees to pay up !!!! they take your ride out of town and then only take cash so you can’t have anybody help you with a credit card or nothing ! CRIMINALS !!!!!!!!!!!! They do all these things on purpose pure scum !!!!!!!

I called because my vehicle was repossessed and i had all my medical equipment inhaler medicine insulin etc inside my vehicle n they wouldnt let me come pick it up
