Nice staff, the front desk lady named Michael ( I specially came back to ask her name) is very professional her energy is unmatched. As always the wash quality is great. Would love to come back again.

Michelle at this location is the best. She is very friendly and always smiling, you can see the smile through her mask. There is a location closer to my home and office but I rather travel an extra 10 minutes because of her. A good attitude goes along way.

They have the Best employees at my car wash and thats part of why I keep going back! Great service! Love the Lights and colors for the kiddos! My only concern is the soap NEVER rinses fully off and I am disabled so cannot wipe-down myself. I wish they offered a wipe down for the old and disabled.

Theres an employee at that location, Michelle, she has brightest smile and if your having a bad day, have no worries cause she will change it for you. She is the sweetest and most energetic person I have met in a long time. She is the sole reason I still go to Quick Quack.

This is normally a really pleasant car wash I go there all the time yesterday I pulled in the customer service Woman name Sam that was checking the car then was sitting there having a long conversation with one car while car after car after car was pulling in car is actually started to pull out of the car wash because of how long she was taking she did not even turn around and acknowledge there were other cars waiting I’m really glad I wasn’t on my way to work I would’ve definitely been late. Then when the car in front of me is entering the car wash instead of her letting the next person who was supposed to be spraying the cars down spray it down with a bug remover she starts to spray the car down with a bug remover instead of checking my car in when clearly there’s another representative there that’s supposed to be doing that job her name was Michelle she was amazing she’s always amazing but Sam needs to be retrained in customer service and acknowledgment

I had an amazing experience at this car wash. When I usually come here, it’s just a quick in and out, but there is a new employee named Sammy and upon servicing me, she had such a bright and greeting smile. Sammy had great energy and she attended to my needs in such a professional manner. It felt as though I was actually welcomed and she appreciated every customer that comes. We engaged in small conversation as she complimented my car. I’m a talker, so I really appreciated her professionalism and not rushing me on. She was amazing and made my entire experience better. I always go to quick quack on watt ave in north highlands and love it here. I often see Tashelle and she is awesome. Always smiling and very helpful! Love getting my car washed especially when shes the one checking me in!

Excellent customer service from both DJ and Anthony on each of my visits. Love having the unlimited membership $29.99 a month for unlimited top notch car washes that include bug guard, 3-step paint sealant, shine, and wax. It gets no better.

This location has the best customer service. I was welcomed by Sammy and she was so cool and courteous . She helped assist me with purchasing the $19.99 service wash. She was able to answer all of my questions efficiently. Next time I’ll take up her offer and get a membership. My car deserves it! #DontDriveDirty

I Absolutely love the service I receive at this Quick Quack location. Anthony & DJ are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Anthony checked me in and made sure my membership was set up correctly and DJ helped resolve an issue with the vacuum right away with no hesitation. Quick Quack car wash is so far the absolute superior car wash of all time. I have been to the one on Antelope and also on Watt Ave. I get the $19.99 wash. Honestly I could not even do it by hand myself better than what I pay for. And I love my car and enjoy having it shine.

Going through the car wash is so relaxing and i don’t have to worry bout my car still being wet once in come out at this location unlike some of the others. Anthony is very helpful and does a great job guiding me in the tunnel. He is very vocal and I can hear all directions very clearly.

I have had my membership for a year here, with the second available option. I arrived here and the employee told me that there was trouble with my payment method and I had to pay again. This made no sense because I already got charged for the monthly bill just last week!I told her that isn’t right, but I didn’t want to hold up the line so I paid again. I told her to just update the payment method with the card I give her and she said she will.This should’ve kept my account on the second option plan, but she instead signed me up for the “BEST” highest option without my knowledge or permission!This charged my card more than the amount I was expecting, which lead to an overdraft and now I am stuck with a massive penalty and huge fines, all due to your worker’s negligence!! This is not right and I am not satisfied, and something will be done about this. This worker charged me more without my consent just to make more money off an unknowing customer! I have been loyal to this company and to be put in a situation like this due to an employee is disappointing. I loved this place, but now I am stuck with $400+ in fees from this stupid situation. I know losing one customer doesn’t hurt this business, but I hope people can learn from my mistake!Don’t go to this location.The person who sprayed the water on the windshield and guide the car in, half-assedly sprayed a quarter of my windshield and then went back to play on his phone in the corner! My car didn’t even get cleaned properly due to that. They are supposed to spray the hood and windshield but not at this place apparently. Have it on dash cam footage too if there was some way to post it here ...

Watt Ave quick Quack is probably the worst one Ive been in, 1 it didnt clean my vehicle all the way like the other quick quacks and 2 there was trash everywhere it wasnt very kept up, I might have been there on a busy day but not impressed with this one. Ill go to Hillsdale theyre much better
