MGM saved the day for my daughter’s Quinceañera. I had booked and signed a contract with a different limo service and 4 days before the date they called me and acted as if they didn’t know I had a signed contract and made payment. They told me they would call me back and they never did. I called all over to find a Party bus for my daughter’s Quinceañera and not only did MGM save the day they are professional and great customer service. I will be forever grateful that you were able to provide service in a short advance. Plus I got a better price and bigger party bus and it was perfect! Thanks again MGM! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked a party bus for my boyfriend’s birthday. It arrived full of glitter and trash under the seats. Everyone was complaining the driver was driving too fast. We asked if he could slow down and he yelled at my guests. The driver left an hour early! He did not ask me or anyone. He just took off when we got out. To top it off there is a mandatory gratuity. It was $90 in my case. I’m a firm believer in a tip being earned and not mandatory especially for horrible service. I’ve rented other party buses and the tip was at my discretion which I gave the driver after I evaluated his performance. Please don’t be like me and read the reviews too late! 100% would not recommend!

I ordered 2 limos for a one way trip to a wedding. One for the groom, one for the bride. The limo that picked up the bride was fine besides the hole in the seat. The one that picked up the groom had to have been sitting in the motor pool for a long time because it was disgusting. Almost as if it was a learner bus for new drivers. The floor was jacked up, the TV didn’t work and the stereo cut in and out the whole trip. We had to abandon the idea of photos for the groom arriving based solely on the condition of that bus. I’m not saying don’t use these guys but I am telling you to get a hard confirmation of what your getting. $400 bucks for a one way trip and in hindsight I should have just used Uber black or something.

Great company, essentially saved our 15 year anniversary celebration after another company screwed us over by bailing the day before. Driver was excellent. I did not give 5 stars only because the car had some issues inside and the signage on the car was a bit much. No disrespect, Im just real picky about what I want to be seen in when Im riding in a limo.

I rented the 22 passenger Black party bus for my college graduation celebration. The party bus transported my party of 16 people to a night club in the city. The entire transaction was super smooth, from making the reservation to dropping us off at the end of the night.The party bus was clean, and updated, flat screen TVs and audio system. My group and I, all college students are very happy with the service we received by MGM Limousine and look forward to booking them for all our future limousine needs.* The driver was super friendly when we asked to take the city route in order to take advantaged of our time. Not only that, but the driver was 20 minutes early. I highly recommend MGM.

Sister had a quinceria and the day of the party a way smaller limousine was brought, driver service was horrible yelled at the kids, music system failed constantly, constantly drove dangerously, came 30 minutes late and dropped off people 20 mins early, overall horrible service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I get some of the best rates around town but the service that I get is really top notch. I have never once been late or waited for the driver and they always pick me up with a smile.

If I could give negative stars I would. They made my prom a chaotic disaster. 1) we were promised a limousine but they messed up and had given us a party bus which cost us $40 more . Since we did not order this I believe we should have not been charged The extra $40. 2)The driver was half an hour late. So obviously that added more time to our limo service. But we shouldn’t have been charged for it since it was not our mistake. Their driver was late therefore it is their fault since he represents the company. They added an extra $100. 3) then after dinner we were supposed to go to prom the driver had decided to drop us back home. When we had told him he was going the wrong way he pulled over on the freeway very dangerously. And refused to take us anywhere we were stranded for 30 minutes arguing with our driver . Again we were charged for another 30 minutes even though it was the drivers fault since he was the one who stopped the bus and delayed the time . By the end of the night we were charged $200 due to his poor time management. 4) there were 12 of us all excited to go to prom. Many of us were crying thinking that we weren’t going to go to prom. The doors had closed by the time we got there but luckily a teacher that I’mClose with made an exception. We had only gotten to enjoy 2/4 hrs of the dance that all of us spent abt $400 on. And we ended the night with a huge limo bill and lectures from our parents.5)unless you want overpriced unnecessary charges and reckless driving and to die of heat stroke due toTheir cheap 19th century Jurassic Park air conditioning unit I suggest you do not use this limousine service.

Earlier in the week I wrote a review about how MGM limousine canceled on our prom group without reasoning a week before prom. I took down my review because they said If I did so that theyd still give my group a ride to prom, but we decided that it was just in our best interest to get a new bus from a different company. We had already put a deposit in and thought this would be the perfect bus for our SENIOR prom, but we were all mistaken. I am completely disappointed with the customer service and how they failed to notify us about canceling any sooner.

These guys were great! We took two full buses of 7th-12 graders from Roseville to San Francisco and back for a field trip. Our drivers were pleasant, punctual, and knowledgeable. We had a great time and made it to all of our locations in plenty of time to meet all our reservations. The kids had a blast and it was no stress for the teachers and parents too. Our drivers took great care of us, the buses were clean and well cared for, and having a bathroom on the bus for the field trip was really helpful too. I would definitely use them again.

The booking process was easy, and they followed my itinerary to the minute. Our driver was great, arrived promptly, and the limo was stocked with champagne and water. We were picked up at where we were staying in Sacramento for a bachelorette party and headed to Napa. We even extended an additional hour as we were running late from dinner to head back to Sacramento. Overall, great service, vehicle, and driver. Highly recommend.

We reserveed 12 passenger limousine from MGM limousine but have very bad experince our driver left us on Rio Vista and never come back at middle of the night, and give some other company phone number as contact We did not know untill other company inform us nothing to do with MGM, this company should be out of business do not book ever if you done already than prepare for in a tough spot .

I have taken limos to almost every occasion you can think of. This time was not right from the beginning. Instead of coming to my door and knocking when she arrived, the driver called me on my phone and said she was waiting out on the curb for us. I was in a party of four. I have always had the driver give me his arm to walk to the limo. Common courtesy. We walked out and I introduced myself as the one who rented the limo, and immediately she thrust the invoice in my face and demanded payment. No one had even gotten into the limo yet. I was humiliated. I paid, for services I had not even gotten yet. There was ice in the limo, and 2 bottles of water only. Nothing else. When we got to Sleep Train arena, she didnt know where to go. She finally found a lane and followed it, but not to the front door. She let us out, and we agreed to meet her at the same spot when the concert was over. We got outside after the concert and she was nowhere to be found. My friend called her from her cell phone and the driver explained she was on the other side of the building and we should walk over to where she was. What???? I am an elderly woman and I have a broken patella, and cannot walk anywhere far. My friend went to look for her and finally found her, while we stood in the cold, for almost 20 minutes. The driver wasnt sure of how to get back to where we were, so my friend directed her, and every step of the way the driver kept saying she couldnt go there. We got back into the limo to discover the ice was gone, the water was gone...what?? This was the worst limo experience I have ever had and that driver certainly doesnt know how to treat people. Also she never put the privacy window up. If this is what you call great service, you will not be hearing from me or my friends again. I have paid far less money for far better service from other companies.

I reserved MGM for our wedding guests to be transported from the hotel in Auburn to the wedding venue in Foresthill (Monte Verde Inn), and then back to the hotel following the wedding.Once back to the hotel, we off loaded some guests and then went to an after hours bar for more celebrating until 2:00 AM.The bus was beautiful and large enough to handle all of our guests that werent driving themselves.We contracted the bus fomr 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM.Debbie, the driver was excellent and a total professional. She kept in communication with me so I didnt stress about the pick-up off our guests and other logistics.I can highly recommend MGM (and Debbie our driver) as a great partner for an important event like a wedding.All of the guests, and the mother and father of the bride were extremely pleased with the entire experience.Thank you.Joe Manos

Good prices, but bad service. The saying you get what you pay for is VERY true. I booked them for my senior prom march 23rd 2012. The driver was very rude and impatient, the inside of the limo smelled weird and was dirty. After prom was over, our limo broke down so we were waiting at our prom for over an hour. They tried to charge extra than what we discussed, they even wanted to scan my credit card! Very rude, dont book them

THE DRIVER STATED THAT HE HAD TO PICK UP ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND THAT ANOTHER DRIVER WAS GOING TO PICK US TO TAKE US TO OUR FINAL DESTINATION . I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM IF IT WAS GOING TO BE THE SAME LIMO, HE STATED EVEN BETTER . SO WHEN THE LIMO WAS PULLING UP IT WAS A WHOLE DIFFRENT LIMO A BLACK LINCOLN TOWN CAR AND COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS A DIFFRENT COMPANY!! I WAS LIKE WOW THEY REALLY RIPPED ME OFF!! *WORST EXPERIENCE EVER* As a passenger on a Party Bus this past Saturday 2/18/17, I am beyond dissatisfied with this MGM Limousine Company and Driver services that was suppose to be provided. They wasted people time, money and overall night because of the driver and the condition of the Party Bus. She was 45 min late, both tvs did not work, one of the dancing poles was not sturdy and the music was not working properly (auxiliary outlet was damaged and the Bluetooth worked sometimes) and a few other things. This was not Okay especially riding from Sacramento to San Francisco ( up to a 2 hour ride). We were suppose to be accommodated with another bus in Downtown, Sacramento per Driver, which NEVER happened. After another 45 min of delay and denial of overall full service, the driver refuse to take responsibility of her wrong doings and being two hours behind schedule. With that being said, a group of 20+ people never made it to San Francisco which was the original plan when we all left Our pick-up location. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My driver was horrible, not only was she mean and rude but she was late everywere we went we didnt even make it to the location for pictures. She was on the phone the whole time and did not even drop us off at our destination. Made us walk for a quarter of a mile with 20 teenagers in the midlee of the day with a temperature of 98*. I dont dought the company has good drivers but man this one was the devil did not turn on the AC or Radio until I complained. At the end when she droped us off she was yelling at me threatening to call the cops on me after I complained for making us walk. Avoid being choufered by CHRISTINA or she will ruin your day like she ruined ours.

I can only say top service at MGM always. We only use this guys for all our transportation services and they never put us down. Thank you guys keep up the hard work.

UPDATE: After I posted my review, the manager contacted me and told me she would refund me the overcharge if I removed my bad review. I now plan on filing a claim with my credit card company for the overcharge since I have 10 people that can all validate the limo was late. Bottom line: find another limo company and save yourself the trouble.Our driver was almost a half hour late and the company charged us for the entire time booked. I requested a limo to seat 10, the limo was apparently made to fit 10 people that were small because we could only fit 9 and had to make arrangements for a guest since it could not fit 10. Our driver was dressed in a very dated 70s looking outfit with his shirt unbuttoned down so we could see most of his chest hair and he was Armenian and didnt speak good English and was argumentative when I asked him about the size of the limo, or when we had to correct him on his driving - he sped through our residential, slammed on the brakes, and missed his exit further delaying us The champagne was not chilled and the bar with ice they claimed the limo had was some small pockets filled with ice and some of the glasses were dirty. After we parked we got out at our destination we all went inside for a minute but someone forgot something so a few of us went out to the limo. The driver was talking to a couple that was nicely dressed and they were conversating in their language and we could see the guy was pulling out some money as we walked up, it looked like he was going to try to take this couple somewhere real quick. The limos tinting was bubbling up all over the windows, it was just the worst experience.
