Labormax sent employees to my shop on several occasions some were ok some I requested not to come back. This all took place over a 9 month period on the weekends and a few evenings. For the most part I was happy with the service, however Yesterday (a Friday) they waited until 3:00 PM to call me and let me know that they had decided to change the way they do business and if I was not willing to allow them to do an ACH draft from my account then they would not be willing to continue to supply employees for my company. Mind you I never went past 30 days on any payment terms, in fact most weeks I would have an invoice on Monday and had it paid by Friday. The worst part is they waited until the last minute on a Friday to inform me of the change. This has disrupted my companies productivity and most assuredly damaged our credibility with our customers. I recommend not using them.If you have any question please get in touch with me and I will give you some better labor companies to use that I use every day every week with the other company I run during the week.I am told this was a corporate decision and not a local one. I really dont care because their timing sucked and had consequences for my company.
