ZERO STARS - DO not use this company. They will over bill and over charge. We still cant get them to pick up dumpster. I dont know what they are expecting the dumpster to do while just sitting and taking up space in our lot. I dont think we have ever dealt with a more DISHONEST company.

Waste services is just like their company....TRASH! The WORST!

Most of these reviews were written or asked to be written by our competitors who are all National Waste Companies. Let me list them for you, Carolinas Waste, Waste Connections, Republic Services, Big Red Box, Capital Waste Services, and a few others wanting to be local companies, who are not a local Companies. We are one of 2 locally owned Waste Disposal Companies that honor honest and reliable service, the other 2 are Trash Gurl and Trident Waste and Recycling. So if u really wonna do business in Charleston, go with a real local company and do away with all the BS of the non Local guys who say they are Local.

AWFULLLL!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. They claim they charge for weekly pickups but we are lucky to have our dumpster emptied once a month. We are constantly forgotten about until I have to call and harass them about our service. And the pickups have not been on consistent days a single time since they bought out Waste Pro. And they just nearly doubled their monthly fee out of nowhere!! We were not notified whatsoever!

INCONSISTENT SERVICE! We have only been picked up once in the last 3 weeks. Called them on 2 consecutive days - each time I was told that they would be out that day - still not picked up. Not smart when you consider that this is a corporate account with multiple locations.

I have used this service and would NOT recommend it. We signed up for a 8 yard container for our ranch with weekly pick up service.EVERY SINGLE WEEK I had to call them because their driver did not show up to empty the container. Now I was getting charged for weekly service and there were more times than I can count that they didnt show up for 2 or 3 weeks. (Yet did not alter my bill for not showing up!!) I Would have to call every week and let the manager know over and over they didnt show up, AGAIN I would be promised they would send him out that day, and.... several times they didnt even show up then and I would have to call back and they would tell me oh I am sorry, I know we promised services but we cant make it out until Wed. or Thur. Well thats nice because my next pick up day would be Friday.... So we are going to skip yet another week of service and charge me for it anyways, yet again.They were NOT dependable in any form and would NOT stand by their word that they would come and pick up trash.I would NOT recommend these people. I believe they ripped us off. We are a 501c3 organization and they stole money from us and did not provide services as promised. I held up my part of the contract and had everything auto drafted even. They failed to hold up to their part of the contract which is provide services.

Excellent place and work environments

Absolutely the worst company ever, signed up for bi weekly and ended up with monthly pick up, (which we were lucky if they came monthly) when we addressed this issue with them, they said they couldnt do biweekly in our area but this was never told to us. Beings that they did not come monthly like they should have. We decided to terminate them and get another company out they were supposed to pick up the dumpster on monday but didnt not come until Tuesday after constantly calling them for pick up.We will never go back to this company

Ordered a part of that paid three months in advance they put it 100 yards away from the job site the lock is broken very unhappy

Mom and Pop outfit, Answer and return calls randomly, Well over the cost of competitors, dumpsters are ¼ way full upon delivery
