My situation was complicated, difficult to negotiate and the property the got it a wreck after a bad fire. Chris and company were amazingly patient as I dealt with IRS liens, and other obstacles getting to the closing. He didnt get fed up and give up, even when the contract had to be extended 3 times. Quick, courteous, top notch professionals.I was an a very tight bind when I contacted them. After calling many known home buyers, I thought my only way out was foreclosure.
