I love visiting the North Point store because all of the service representatives are always attentive to my needs. They are most helpful and if for any reason they are not able to extend a courtesy they explain why in a non-hostile way. Worst experience i have ever had was ran in circles for a week litterly until it was to late to do anything and then after finally getting someone on the line they tell me to contact the 1800 number the 1800 number says contact the branch the manager treats me like im the scum of the earth and i call back the 1800 number they get the district manager to call me he tells me im going to do some investigation call me back a few hrs later and pretty much said he doesnt believe what I have to say in so many words and he cant help me i told him i would send him everything thing he needed to prove ive been trying to call but only getting beping or silence long story short not that it matters because you guys get millions from others but i will not be a returning customer and i advise others that are in hard times to not use this business they do not care

The DDO Johnathon Kane did not return a call back by the end of bussiness day like he said he would after i spoke with him reguarding a problem with a manager Rhonda Washington - Advance America wal-mart shopping center on rivers ave. She did not stick with an arrangement that was made. This is not the first time it has happened. I would not refer anyone to that store. All advance america stores are different, its just store 86 use caution when going their.
