Great for all your heavy equipment parts
Never buy a piece of machinery from them. We have been having problems with a screening machine since we bought it. They refuse to come out and do ANY repair work even tho they set up a time and date to come do the service. They will cancel the day theyre suppose to come out. Also we recently had an hourly service done and the employee PRETENDED to do the service (change oil, check fluids). I watched on camera as he got out of the service truck and opened the doors to the screen. He then proceded to sit in his truck for 2 hours. Employee then contacted me saying he was done with servicing.
Worst Service Ever!! After an incident with my machine that we had leased, I had to sink another 18,000.00 into the repair of the machine.I was told It would be 14,000.00 . I paid for that, unknowingly, I am paying 16% interest . I was never told of this rate. Since I am still paying on the lease, And the fraudulent charges for the repair. They still not respond to my warranty service request, It has been over a month now, and multiple service request.. and Still No response... I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS ORGANIZATION AGAIN!!THEY LIED ABOUT THE REPAIR COST, THEY FRAUDULENTLY SET ME UP WITH A 15.9% INTEREST RATE, AND THEY HAVE NEVER RESPONDED TO MY WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HILLS MACHINERY AGAIN!! HORRIBLE SITUATION FOR THE SMALL BUSINESS MAN!! I am Filing A CREDIT CARD DISPUTE AS WELL AS I REFUSE TO MAKE ANOTHER LEASE PAYMENT TO CNH INDUSTRIAL CAPITAL!! UNTIL THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED!! WAYNE THE SERVICE MANAGER ROBBED MY COMPANY.. FOR HIS COMMISSION!!, NOW HE NEVER RETURNS MY CALL IN REGARDS TO THE WARRANTY WORK!!To continue with this nightmare, They finally sent a guy out, who did not appear to know what he was doing, He said it was the battery in which we told him up front it was the starter. It was extremely hot that day and we were under the impression the service tech did not want to fix the problem, He said it was the battery after performing a few tests.We replaced the battery, It did the same thing.. Called Hills Machinery again and they told me I had to bring the machine in because of this post and the fact I called Case corporate headquarters to complain about the sorry service. It is very difficult to try to load a machine that will not start.We finally went and purchased a new starter and replace it ourselves. The machine has worked fine ever since.They charged my credit card for the service which should have been covered under warranty since I had requested this service at least 60 days before the warranty had expired They made this charge w/o my consent. (They billed my card w/o an invoice which is fraudulent) I finally received the invoice in the mail today over 30 days since the tech came out.Since Case owns the credit card company, they denied my claim...Less than a year to go on my lease at this point. I will not be doing business with Case or Hills Machinery In the future.Im sure when I turn the machine in they are going to charge me for frivolous charges in order to get back at me. For this post.
