Fast expert cut made me feel great and gave me exactly what i asked and accommodated me with my disability will be my regular hair tech

1st time walk in owner was very polite and had someone serves me as soon as possible👍🏽. The Barbara was professional, cut well and also made sure I was satisfied with the cut before continuing with the rest of my haircut. The single negative👎that I would say is I have never been charged $40 for a basic skin tight fade with line up and beard😩

The fade I received was top notch but the barber didnt listen to me and cut my goatee off when I asked for an edge up, then get gave me a Carlton mustache that my face is to big for

1st time bringing my 2 sons to this barber, was trying a new place. We got there at 5, they close at 6. I knew we was pushing it a lil, but barber didnt say sorry I wont be able to get to yall today. Can you come back tomorrow? Nope, what he did was let my boys sit in there for an hour. Then decides he has a part to pick up hes closing 🤔. The point is trust the bad reviews, bc I read them b4 coming here, and I said they cant be that bad. WRONG. Very unprofessional. We wasted an hour, I couldve had time to take them else where. He shouldve lock the door and gave the haircuts to the ones who were already in there.

Called ahead they’d said it was $25 for a fade. Waited 3 hours in there and they charged me $40. Decent cut though.

Sat in there for over 2 hours never got service at all was told after being there for 2 hours and 20 mins they are closing I have to come back tomorrow when I first arrived there it was only one person waiting they took people who was just walking in and never service me at all there was a few others in there who didnt get serve eather

At first I was a little hesitant about cutting my hair. Dave was recommended to me as a source to get the job done. I mustard up the courage to do so....I AM SO GLAD I DID!! Dave did a phenomenal job plus hes super humble!! I was blown away and lost for words with the results from my cut. I received compliments and still are!!! His attention for detail and design is like no other Ive seen thus far. I appreciate the time he takes perfecting his craft all while joking and making you feel apart of the Trimsetterz Family. The guy I had an apt with today at 1100 never showed up nor did he call me to cancel or reschedule the apt and I thought that was unprofessional on his part!!!! And I also called the number on the door and the number he provided on the website!!!! Just left a bad taste in my mouth for him and this business and I just moved down here and I am looking for a good barber I can stick with!!! What are walk-in system isnt great at all they dont know who is next in line they dont read the book there are some barbers there that give great cuts but be sure to have a appointment

Love, love, love the shop. Dave helped transition my long natural hair to a short tapered cut. Everytime I leave the shop, Im always happy with my hair and the pricing is nice, too.

Check out Memphis when you go. Nice with the clippers. Always there, flexible with appoints, keeps me fresh, and I never have to wait. Also takes his time and make sure my lines are crisp. Actually cares about the customer

My son has had a relationship with David since he was in elementary school and hes now a junior in high school. We did take a break in between those years, however upon returning, David made him feel as if hes never left and gladly welcomed him back. Hes professional, skilled, and enjoys making his clients look and feel good!!

Stylist Jacqui Nelson is the best! I have never had a bad experience with her. She is quiet pleasant and eager to please all her clients. David is truly a Master Barber who loves engaging with customers and making sure you are satisfied.

Love my barber!Shawn is one of the best master barbers that has ever cut my hair. Shes attentive and very professional. A star has been deducted because wait times are not good at all.

Waiting over an hour and still did not receive a haircut. Service was horrible. They have a sign- in book, but not one person ever looked at it. Customer service is a zero star.

So, I waited until the last minute to get my son’s haircut and decided to try someone new. I am glad that I did! The wait wasn’t long, the pricing is average and and you couldn’t tell me my son wasn’t the best looking one in there! Dave is the best and we have found a new home ☺️

My sons and husband started going here almost a year ago. I could never find a barber to do my son’s line up sharp like how I want it. I scrolled on FB and seen a sponsored pic of a kid with a dope line up I instantly hit up the Barber in his in box and asked if he did that...well I took my sons on the next day and Dave greeted us well and took care of them. Good place to go if you have no where else to go if you need and emergency hair cut I call it. The head guy recommended a new guy that gave me a screwed up hair cut, be careful of the barber you choose ask to see there license. They have the potential to be a great place with proper management

Made an appointment & had to be serviced by another barber. Chairs in lobby are in terrible co dition, floors are not swept on a regular & the furniture & lights have not been dusted for a while. Barbers cut really good but poor customer service skills.

My nephew and I have be going to Trimsetterz Barbershop since 2014. We have always had great customer service, in an excellent atmosphere. Definitely check out Trimsetterz Barbershop its where Old School meets New School!!!!!

Terrible service. Ive tried them a few times and always ended up goin somewhere else. If your a walk in you’ll wait over 2hrs for a cut. I’ve even called and tried to book an Appointment at 9 am (there opening time) only to get there and still wait over an hr. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional

My son and I frequent this organization often and have enjoyed our experiences. However recently this have seemed dysfunctional and unorganized. As prestigious as this place is I expect a higher level of customer satisfaction. My previous two visits only had one worker with a booked schedule or a line of six waiting individuals. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the management team. Great workers yet minimal structure. Unfortunately my son and I will find another business as we will not be returning.

Great customer service, and the wait wasn’t long. I got my haircut my Corey. He did an awesome job.

Ive been 4 times and I had to wait at least an hour and a half to get seated each time, even though there was only a couple people ahead of me each time with multiple barbers working due to: barbers take an exorbitant amount of time and thats not all time spent on peoples hair. Barbers will frequently seat regulars, appointments, and friends ahead of the walk ins. Barbers will leave the store for long breaks on top of the irregularly long time they take to cut hair. The haircuts arent cheap either, which is probably the only reason they can afford to be so disorganized. I wouldnt recommend this place even if you had an immediate hair crisis.

Outstanding cuts. My husband and son barber is Memphis. He is a amazing barber great attention to detail everytime we come. I recommend this barbershop nice shop sports music nice area I shopped at Tanger as my men got their cuts that’s a plus for me !!

Dave fixed my hair! I went to a different barber to get a temp fade. He messed me up. I called dave and he made it so much better! Going weekly there!

So I waited almost two hours no one ever spoke or greeted me. Three people showed up after me. They were seen but I wasnt. I guess regulars are more important than new customers. All I wanted was a fade. I came becaue it was recommended its black owned and in the same shopping center I work in. Ill just stick to my regular barber cause this was a ridiculous experience.

Always leave looking fresh

I never like leaving any type of bad reviews but I must be honest on my experience at this place.. For starters Im from Orlando Florida and stopped in while my truck was being repaired over the weekend..I took a bus to get to the location, and when I arrived there was a sign in board but no sheet and about 12 people sitting ahead if me. I was told to sit down and someone would get to me..I sat and watched individuals come in, sit and get called before me even though I was there way before them.. The place looks like it has potential but it lacks organization..I waited for two plus hours before I was taken care of. I was the only spanish individual so I felt a little uncomfortable from the begining and probably think thats why I was overseen..The haircut was ok but Ive had better. If Im ever in South Carolina you better believe that I will stop in at Walmart and buy me a pair of hair clippers and cut my own hair before I ever go to trimsetterz, and waste my time.. It was frustrating for me to sick and wait like a peasant.. I missed my bus that day on account of the long unnecessary wait time, and had to walk over 2 miles..if your not from the area, or know the barber thats cutting your hair, go somewhere else unless you have a few hours to burn..

@koreandave I just want you to know this was the worst barbershop experience Ive ever had. I came into your establishment today at 1130 am to know one working including you. I asked how long the wait was you told me 20 min, after 45mins another barber showed up with a friend or client whos hair he began cutting. I then watched u walk out the front door as u tell me the new barber will be with me shortly. After two hours of waiting I decided to leave and never return again. Just thought u should know.

Poor Poor Service!! Called and asked if they were open and the barber told me yes and that he would serve me after his client who made an appointment bc there was no one else waiting. I went in and sat for 45 minutes as more people slowly came in. Then after he was done with his client, he told me that his next appointment came early and that he couldnt serve me until he was done. I understand that appointments are first priority, however if the client comes early for their appointment then he should have time to serve the walk-in(me). I was going to tip him well ($50) for a 5 minute taper, bc I was leaving for Mexico that morning and needed a taper badly. I wont go back. One bad apple spoiled the bunch... Just being Honest!
