Really appreciate their customer service, extremely attentive to pick-up times for reservations to ensure promptness of pick up. My vehicle has been ready out front every time I return for quick turnaround. Great value and will be a loyal customer!

My husband and I have used Park and Gos services twice, and well come back next trip, too! All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Weve never had to wait an inordinate amount of time to get checked in and into the van headed to the airport, and we receive the same good service when we return. They also offer discounts for repeat customers. You cant beat that!

On point with on time service

Its convenient for getting dropped off at the airport but almost every time I’ve used them I’ve had to wait longer than I should have to upon return from out of town.If you’re willing to wait after picking up your bags and calling them then the service may work for you. Personally I’m ready to get the heck home after I return and the extended waits are not worth the little added convenience of curb service.

Excellent service! The man was having heart troubles and the ambulance had to come and give him a shot but he still came to get me from the airport! Thats a dedicated worker and he needs a raise. I think his name was Albert..THANK YOU ALBERT!!!

Very friendly and professional staff. We were able to drop off car and get shuttled to the airport right away. Upon returning, the pickup from the airport was very timely and the car was waiting in front as promised. I will be using this company again. I am way overdue, but here goes: Park & Go was overall wonderful to me when I ended up coming in a day late because my flight was cancelled. My car was waiting for me right up front and I was received with smiles by the driver who picked me up as well as the staff out the counter- very welcoming after driving for 9 hours straight. But one employee who really was an amazing person was Antonio. He drove me to the airport very early; I was tired and a family member had just died. He was so warm and gave me a very comforting talk on my way to the airport. When I picked up my car, he left me a very heartfelt and encouraging note. I cannot even begin to say how touched I was (and still am, this was about 4 months ago) that this man left such a beautiful message for a complete stranger. If you are the owner and read this review, know that you have some employees with hearts of gold. Not to mention the after-visit phone call which was nice. I would also like to mention the lovely woman at the front desk who was warm, kind and extremely professional.

I used Park & Go for the first time this week when I took a flight from the Charleston International Airport. The staff made me feel like a VIP! The trip from their lot was quick and I made my flight in plenty of time. Upon my return it took just a simple phone call and they were there to pick me up in minutes. When I arrived back at the lot my car was parked up front and ready to go. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs to park their vehicle while they are away. I will never use any place else each time I fly out of Charleston.

I have used Park & Go on numerous occasions when I fly out of Charleston. Everytime the service has been excellent. Shuttle drops you off at the curb and on return a phone call and within minutes they pick me up at the curb. My vehicle is ready for me when I get back to the parking lot and within 5 minutes I am on my way. Excellent and courteous service and at a savings from airport parking.

Dont let the building/location dissuade you from using the location. The location is safe; vehicle was fine when we returned. The staff is friendly and service prompt. The price is much better than the airport, and I was surprised at my discount when I returned from my trip. I chose the location, and my friends were so happy with the service especially when we didnt have to worry about parking and walking to the terminal. Will definitely use them again.

Everything worked out fine! Ken, the driver, got right over and picked up me and several other people. He got us back to the lot for a fast check out. I told him I bought a Groupon Coupon a while back but it had expired before I used it. He found the coupon on my app, and gave me a credit for the price I paid for the coupon. They are honest, courteous and fast! 5 Stars!

This is a great locally owned business less than 5 minutes from the Charleston Airport. I wish they would franchise because they are incredible. I did NOT make a reservation but they took me on site at the counter. I took the option to have my car washed and detailed. Best Decision Ever! Nothing like coming home to a clean car!! If you need a place to park...stop reading this and call them. I am on their rewards program and I cannot wait to fly out of Charleston.Antidote story. Absolutely no problems...I dropped off my car and got a ride to the airport straight away. When I returned, I called and a van came out to meet me without delay (except a little drive time). It is pretty convenient and I couldnt really ask for more. (I forgot to mention the free coffee)

Ive been using Park & Go for years. They are pleasant to work with, prices are great, and they are as accommodating as they can be. It’s always nice to come home after a long trip and have the van driver greet me. A short trip later, and Im back in my own car. I travel a great deal, and they’ve never failed me!

Service was phenomenal. Its a hole in the wall location, but theres far more to it than meets the eye. Everyone was friendly and made sure I knew how everything worked my first time using the lot. The entire staff at Park & Go on Montage near the Charleston Airport are absolutely Great and always very helpful.If your flying out of CHS this is the company to leave your automobile with, they give you a quick ride to CHS and will pick you up on your return trip very quickly.When we return if the weather is either hot or cold they have your automobile running to have it either cool or warm for your trip back to where you going.We would totally recommend Park & Go !!!!John & Valerie

Since they have changed ownership I have received awful service they have raised the rates I am better off using the airport parking. I will never use there service again. I dont know how these people got 5 stars.

I was weary at first due to the area that the Park & Go is located but I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience! Drop off and pick up was a breeze! The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The lot is very secure and my car was totally safe. I will use Park & Go again and I will recommend them to everyone!

Excellent Service! I used them for the first time a few weeks ago, and plan to use them again next month. It was a super easy process--you drop off your car, they load all your bags into their van, and they drive you to the airport and drop you right at the curb! The driver was very friendly and efficient, and when we got back, we called them to confirm we were ready to be picked up, and less than 10 minutes later they loaded our bags into the van again, and drove us to their lot, where our car was already parked up front and waiting for us. They even loaded our bags into our car. Cannot say enough good things about their customer service and efficiency. Its better than using the airport parking cause you dont have to drag your bags from the parking garage, or worse yet, from long term parking. The price is very competitive, and the service is priceless!

A great alternative to airport parking. Our car is always ready for us and they are quick to get to. Aaron picked us up on our last trip out of town and made sure he got us to our car as quickly as he could and made sure we didnt leave thirsty.

Convenient location, driver was professional and courteous, and drop off/pick up wait times were minimal. Only issue with this company is their policy on not prorating their daily rate (even though they verbally said at drop off that they do prorate). They do allow a 2 hour window before they charge the full day, but if you are a few minutes beyond that, you will be charged another day. Also, the time ends when you arrive at the lot, not when you call for pick-up. So any delay In picking you up could cost you an extra day.My scenario: dropped off car around 5:15 pm; called for pick up at 7:00 pm and arrived at lot around 7:30. So even though time of call was within the 2-hour window, since I arrived at the lot 15 minutes past the window, I was charged for the entire day. The person working the front desk did not honor the verbal commitment about prorating that I received at drop off. Policy changes needed.

Reliable, polite, fast and reasonably priced. I have used Park & Go since I moved here and have always had a great experience. Once flight arrived at 11:45 PM and they came to get me in a few minutes with cold water and a smile.

Used Park & Go in Sept. to go to Greece for 12 days. Quick drop off at terminal, when we returned we called for our trip back to Park & Go and driver said he would be right there. Less than 10 minutes later we were picked up and he loaded our luggage. When we got back to Park & Go our car was up front ready to go. The driver loaded the luggage for us. Now that is SERVICE. Total cost with coupon, $63.00, GREAT!!!!

I will not use them again! They parked my car where it was damaged by a customer backing his minivan out of the BACK of the lot by himself at around 2 AM!!! They were specifically instructed NOT to put my Hellcat where it could be damaged. Its only 2 bucks a day more to use the new remote parking lot at the airport. Regular shuttle to front door. NO waiting 30 minutes or more for the ONE employee to pick you up.

Had an expired Park & Go coupon, forgot all about it. Contacted the office and asked if they would honor it and they quickly said YES.And glad they did... as I would never park at the airport again.Why drive around the airport parking lot looking for a space ?Why walk to your car after you arrive ?Simply use Park & Go and total convenience as well as $1. less a day to park.Coffee, water in the office for its customers.Go for it and try it........ you will be convinced as I am.

I would absolutely recommend Park & Go to anyone whos looking for hassle-free and convenient parking ! The drivers (and the owners) are super nice and friendly, and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I have been using Park & Go for a year now, and wouldnt go anywhere else. They even accommodated me on a last minute (literally the day of) reservation over Thanksgiving - busy time for them. As a VERY picky person when it comes to my car, this is the best place.

Went out of town, I liked that we got dropped off at the American Airlines ticket area and not have to lug our luggage through the airport parking lot.Arrived from the trip called and picked up promptly and the car was parked in front waiting waiting for us. Customer service at its BEST! I started parking here last year and Im just getting around to writing a review (a little reluctantly, because I dont want the secret to get out). They seem to get better every time. Ive been here 5 times now and they treat me like I was a member of their family. Last time Donnie came out, took my bags and loaded them in the van and had me at the airport check-in in about 7 minutes. I couldnt have found a place in the airport garage and lugged my stuff in less time. And it was 1/2 the cost.The best part was that my return flight was delayed because of the weather and my 9PM return didnt arrive until after 2AM. I called for a pick-up and Ken told me he was already waiting right outside baggage claim. Hed been tracking the flight online since I was expected back and knew it had landed. I wouldnt get that kind of personal attention from my kids! They always seem genuinely glad to see you and are ready with a cold bottled water and a smile. Even gave me a little flashlight keychain on my keys. I recommend making a reservation online because they seem to be getting busier these days. You dont have to pay anything to make it, you just pay when you get back. Next time Im getting my car detailed. Ill never park at the airport again!!

There simply is no comparison. I have used Park and Go for many years now. The owner is the same, the personnel turnover is extremely low, the service has been outstanding from day one. First, I would use them to save money on parking. Second, but much more valuable, I get dropped off at the front door and picked up at baggage. No more lugging all my bags from airport parking to and from my car. DO NOT park at the airport. USE this wonderful option!

Was supposed to be picked up at 7:30pm. Called at 7:05pm and informed them that I had arrived and where did I need to be for pick up. Man that answered the phone was impolite and rushed as if I should automatically know how their pick up process worked.Never recieved a phone call from anyone advising they would be late. At 745pm I caught a ride to the Park and Go in which I waited outside for another 10 minutes because noone was in the office (another customer was waiting also)When I asked for a manager the guy became irrate wanting to know why I wanted to speak to a supervisor.I asked did he think that not calling / notifying that he was gonna be late wouldve been professional. He throws my keys and debit card on the table .When I asked him could he be more professional and did he think how he handled this issue/spoke to me was appropriate, he threatened to call the police.FIRST AND LAST time using this business .

I cant fathom how people gave this place five stars. My wife and I went out of town and parked our car there for six days. On the day we left, we caught an uber to our destination and had to double back because we left something Ithe car. It took them merely fifteen minutes to find my keys and I had to pay extra money for my uber. Additionally, we came back on a Saturday to multiple scratches on my car and management was not available to assist. Management was then called on her phone and argued with both her staff members and my wife as to why she was not present to resolve the issue and told us to leave and call back on the next business day. I have since called back at least twice a week and management still states that she hasnt had time to look over all the footage of the nights when my car was there and continuously tells me that shed get back to me in the afternoon and its been almost a month and I still havent heard back. Youre better off paying to park at the airport or wherever youll be leaving from.

I used this company back in April. It was my first time using a park and ride. I thought they did a great job. I will use them in the future :)I took off one star, however for the service price they offered. I wanted my headlights restored and on the website it said 25 bucks, but then i get a call saying it was 55. They did do a good job on them but i think they need to update thier prices on their website.Also they need another person working there. you have to call them when you have arrived at the airport to pick you up and sometimes the one person working there is out dropping off other people :(

This is the second time weve used Park & Go for CHS parking, and weve been so pleased with their service! Even when I accidentally showed up the second time without a reservation (I had unknowingly booked with another place down the street because I got the names mixed up), they were very welcoming and accommodated us right away with kindness and flexibility. We really appreciate that this business not only offers free transportation to the airport, but theyre not on a fixed schedule which means they will come pick you up at the airport very soon after you call them upon getting your baggage. You dont have to wait around on the way there or the way back. Free bottled water in the office is just the cherry on top. We plan on continuing to use them whenever we fly out of CHS.
