Unfortunately, I’m was ripped off here too. I wanted to believe they (John) was honest and it saddened me I have to write this review… But I like getting taken advantage of even less than having to write this.I had a ring ‘fixed’ and was charged a substantial amount, which I didn’t mind paying if it did, in fact, get fixed. But less than a month and a half later, it broke in the same place. John told me it was in a different place and wanted to charge me again. I got two estimates so far and both told me it wasn’t fixed properly.Too bad this place didn’t just do the right thing and fix my ring. Or if seeing they didn’t, make it right. Sad.

My wife took her wedding band to a big box jeweler for a simple repair. Instead, they completely destroyed it. It was so bad that it likely could not be restored. Biris jewelers saved the day. Great jewelry store with a local flavor. Chatted with the owners about their dogs and showed pictures of my dogs. Went into their personal inventory to get the links that I needed to refit my Rolex (recent gift from my dad who wanted me to have it while he was still with us). I initially took the watch to a Kay location, and they couldn’t work on it since it wasn’t purchased there. They recommended that I try Jared, to which I thought about momentarily and said “no thanks” to myself. Went online looking for a local jeweler that’s been in the community for a while. Found Biris, and they didn’t disappoint. Give them a try!

This is the third time weve gone to this store and I just now realized theyve been ripping me off. Good thing I took my fiancè with me this time, they just tried to short me almost $200. I called the place I go to regularly and even he said it was worth more than the chump $175 they tried to give us for what we had to offer. So instead Im gonna go back to my normal guy and get my moneys worth. Thanks for wasting my time and trying to make me look stupid 🤬😡

My experience with Biris Jewlers was excellent. I originally went in with a broken engagement ring, not sure what I wanted to do with it. John and Judy Biris worked with me to come up with several options that I would be happy with. I ultimately decided upon a new setting that they picked out, and boy am I glad I did. It’s just lovely.Upon walking in, I noticed there was a warm and welcoming environment. It was further confirmed by the friendliness of John and Judy. They are able to customize anything you would like— I just had a bracelet made with my Mother’s engagement ring from when she was 21. A pawn shop offered me pennies on the dollar for an old ring, these folks helped me realize that by showing me the GIA diamond report and offered me fair value. I would trust these people with future jewelry purchases!!!

Don’t bother to try and sell your diamond rings here, they were a joke. Told me it was a good diamond but they wouldn’t buy it! Don’t waste your time and effort. Biris is worse than a pawn shop. At least a pawn will buy your diamond !!!

We went in after hours and they were still open. Food was delicious. I ordered the vodka pasta it was delicious and cooked perfectly. Staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely visit again.
