Rob & Dave patiently take care of my 2006 4Runner as if it was one of their own children. My car is on its last legs as its 16+ years old, and unfortunately I have had to visit here about once or twice a month this Summer, but they keep her running with expert repairs and attention to the details and quirks of an old, rusting car that are required to keep it on the road without sinking any more money into it than necessary.

City Line Imports, done my car for many years, theyre always do a great job, very professional and most importantly, Robert and David are very honest people. They take a picture of the problem that needs to be fit, to show you, that is what you really need. I fully recommended to everyone. My car is a BMW Z3 1997 and is working well, because I maintain my car. I will make a appointment before the end of July. (7/16/21) I highly recommended to family and friends.

I have been to this place twice - once for water pump replacement and the other for a check engine light fix. Both experiences were great. Robert and his crew know their stuff and also explain their work really well.

Worst work ever: a while back I was referred to this place by a friend only because I need it piping done from the catalytic back and I was told he was the best. They put the car on a lift, and while the car is on the air they make the bends on the pipe. As some people know on civics the exhaust goes over the right rear lower control arm. After the car was brought down from the lift the pipe was maybe 1/8 of an inch if not less from the control arm, within a week the exhaust began touching the control arm. Brought it back to the guy to fix his mistake and his response was Im not doing new piping, Ill just raise it more with extra hangers. Never again!

Not only did they quickly diagnose the problem, they let me know of a simple repair they can do to fix the intense vibrations my car has had for years now. I picked it up after hours and Rob stayed late to show me exactly what work they did. Could not recommend Cityline Imports more! My 2008 Ford Focus hasn’t driven this smoothly in years.

I was recommended to City Line Imports by another mechanic that didn’t deal with Audi (Foreign cars)🚘. I called the shop made an appointment met up with David And Robert. After speaking with David we discussed what my priorities were and kept them within my budget💰. What I really liked about David, is that he goes over the worst case 🤦🏻‍♀️scenario and we planned with that amount💰. Then after checking my Audi he called me to inform me that some parts were not needed and my budget was less than planned👍. Once I picked up my vehicle, David presented me with the damaged pieces that were replaced. I got the knowledge of what was done. The staff at City Line Imports are very nice and professional. I have to say that both Rob and Dave are true professionals .They worked on my car as promised and as usual things didnt go as planned . That being said I received a phone call with the progress of the repairs and the car was ready as promised the next morning . What I didnt know was that they had come in at 6am just to finish up so I wouldnt miss a day of work. For that I will always be grateful and they will always have my business, because they dont treat you like business they treat you like family...…...

Took my vehicle in with an A/C problem which was very difficult to detect and diagnose - they did not give up until they found the issue and repaired it. Excellent service as is usual with David and crew!

2004 C320 electrical issues and dashboard malfunctions. I go back to Cityline for the professional and trusted service from start to finish. They are always thorough in explanation of how my malfunctions come about and the most efficient means of fixing them. They are organized and that removes a ton of stress from the process.

They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem after I showed up with coolant leaking from my engine, as well as communicate with me consistently during the repair to make me comfortable.

Rob is a great mechanic and overall nice guy. I Had a misfire and cel light on my 2005 Liquid yellow mini cooper S. Also had a broken supercharger tensioner that needed replacing. These guys know their European cars! Fixed in a few days.. back to new and pulling hard. This shop is my go to for edm vehicles. Thanks guys. Will send referrals and continue being a patron.
