Best car wash on Long Island hands down !!! They clean more so well they I can see my reflection in it when they are finished with it!!! I always get the most expensive one because I love all the services it comes with!!!

Horrible THE LADY INSIDE with dark blonde hair doesn’t like black people!!!! I went to go pay for air freshener for my car and she decides to tell my i cant spray and snaches a box from me very rude and disrespectful they also did not clean my car well and left white paint on my car. She also rang me up for 3 air fresheners when i only bought 2 please check your receipt i also paid for tire shine as well and they didnt use it

Not sure if this car wash is under new ownership or not, but Ive been going to this place for years and not one issue until today. I asked for and got the receipt for their #2 wash which is $29.99. As I watched the car go through the triple wax and simonize lights did not come on or did the product come out. I told the women at the counter that the wax and simonize did not get applied to my car to which she replied thats not included in the #2 wash only the mac Daddy. She went on to tell me that the undercarriage wash did come on but I wouldnt be able to see that. She insisted this was the case as she looked for something at the desk that would show me whats included in the #2 but surprisingly couldnt find it. It wasnt until I went outside and pointed out to her what is exactly included in the #2 wash. I paid only for what I got #19,99 which was fine, however after she tried to get over on me in the 1st place, she came outside and told the guy no tire shine for my car. Now I know I paid for the lessor car wash, but good business would have said to leave things alone since she was wrong!! Bad business!!

I come here early and do such a poor job even with the exterior vip washes, I always got to wipe down areas they blatantly missed myself with my microfiber towel. Bunch of watermarks and spots still on it afterwards. VIP & the works wash costs over $30, ridiculous considering the poor job & service they do for the most basic wash. Even after leaving something in their tip jar, the guy/gal who wipes down your car will just glare at you afterwards regardless.

I’m a monthly car holder and never have I ever ran into a prejudice woman like the cashier. I was explaining to her that I ask the gentleman in the front not to use the brush on my car because it brand new, I was explaining that he problem didn’t understand what I was saying, so I was bringing it to her attention. This woman told me we gonna use the brush on your car and if you don’t like it don’t come here anymore, I was shock by her respond, I walk out walk back in and asked to speak to her boss she started yelling telling me to leave the premises while my car was being serviced. She locked the door like someone wanted to talk to her I wanted to talk to her boss. I will cancel my monthly service along with my family members. I will not go back there as long as that woman working there it’s said. But overall my car and the worker was very good and explained to me she’s a nasty person…

I usually love going to some guys but lately they haven’t been that good!😔 I got their $45 carwash option and there was still dog hair in my backseat cup holders…

This is by far the worst car wash I have been to.Their brush to clean the top of your vehicle is not working. They only got 3 people drying and cleaning the car. By the time they get to your car it’s all dry and spotty already with water marks. The entire front, too and rear is not cleaned and dirty. They go over with the rag and leave streaks of dirt. When you complain to the guys cleaning they just ignore you. The older lady working inside can’t issue refunds for poor service and broken machinery or call her manager to do that. She tells you to come back in the morning. After spending $45 on a car wash that would cost me $15 at any other place for the same type of service. Stay away!

The wash is good if ur only lookin for a cheap wipe down but don’t come here if you are in a rush. The unorganized line and long long wait will make you frustrated. Not good for a quick wash

For the exterior only option stay in the car and go through.I am serious. ADA should be noted here so people can stay in the car while staff help with payment. They honestly need to install a Pay station and get rid of the Go inside and pay scheme. I hope they invest in a pay station and make things easier for customers. The person inside should be used for stuff at the outside of the car wash.

What a waste of $$ $33 for a wash didn’t clean the interior, didn’t reattach my antenna, couldn’t even wipe their marker off the windshield. Don’t waste your money here there are others cheaper that do a better job

Unprofessional and poor service. I brought my brand new BMW there about a month ago and left with a massive amount of scratch and swirl marks on the exterior and even on the interior dash. I brought it back with my receipt a few days later to ask about detailing the marks out and they said no one can help me and i need to speak with a manager. I have been calling back for the manager for the past month and leaving messages and he has never been there. No one responds to the messages, no one has contacted me for help, no one has been able to put me in contact with the management. This is utterly ridiculous and very poor service. I was bringing my old camry here for years. I will never go again. Stay away at all costs.

Sorry to say the place seems like its going downhill. Had Grease on the outside of my door and after the car wash and wiping down, it was still there. I saw it and pointed it out to one of the workers who promptly removed it, but for $35 you would think you wouldnt have to mention it. Was first online and waited a while for service.

This Car Wash went Downhill fast within the past 2 years and after today, NO MORE!!! I paid for the #2 (Feelin’ Saucy) wash and didn’t even polish my tires and didn’t even vacuum the inside of my car. Informed the cashier about it and got a very rude response. They also left a mark on the side of the car also, which wasn’t there before the wash was done.

I wouldnt recommend going here this is not a good car wash I went here spent $60 and ended up having to wash the car myself I told them that they missed alot of places on the car and all of sudden they didnt speak english

Ive always found them to be very thorough, inside and out. A bit pricey, perhaps, but the ultimate wash cleans not just the obvious parts, but every little nook and cranny.

They do such a thorough job weather it’s vacuuming the interior or three hand dry they do not miss a spot. And the prices... UNHEARD OF such a good value for your money

Just showed up to Some Guys Car Wash at 5:20pm Monday Sept 13th 2021 to get a car wash. 40 minutes before they close. And they had all the entrances blocked and werent answering the phone.

I have Autocare network which gives me a wash once a month. I redeemed my wash here only to find out at the cashier their “system was down”...and for about a month the cashier says. I call BS. I wouldn’t have minded so much if she wasn’t rude, OR if the wash was any good! Will never be back

Best car wash for the amount of time the attendants take to clean the inside and outside and how good the car looks when its done. They do get crowded but it moves fast. They have a rewards program, every 10th wash is free i believe. Worth the spend!

After new owners took over this car wash went south, like others Sadie before in the comments, they only care about making money and not taking care of the customer, I mean if you charge $44.00 for a car wash you should also provide what’s worth for those $44 dollars, #1 starting with the cashier actitud, to provide best customer service you need to provide the customer attention and make them feel that you care so they can comeback to your business!#2 if someone is paying top money for the service don’t you think they deserve to get the car back neat at least the inside clean where you can tell there is dirt, I don’t think the issue is the people that cleans the cars the issue starts from management and probably affects the workers as well, I had seen many of this workers here since the first owner, I’ll probably will never comeback and get my car wash done somewhere else .

They do a good job but they increased the prices and they are outrageous. I would like to support local businesses but they are out of control. I wont be useing them anymore and judging by the empty lot they had on a sunny day, I am not the only one that feels this way.

These guys are the worst, they always pick on the taxi cars n don’t clean them good, they don’t use brush to clean it well n it messes up the paint on the car, Iv told them a lot n still keeps happening didn’t want to leave a bad review but they deserve it, avoid if u can people, it’s not a place u want to go to. Being a return customer, I signed up a week and half ago to keep my car clean as I have kids and with the pandemic going its very important to keep the car clean at all times.In the past theyve won awards for being Long Islands BEST Car Wash.

I brought my pickup truck here. They claimed they could not wash it because of the stuff in the bed even though Ive gotten it washed at 3 other car washes, clearly they are inferior. I told them thats okay and I asked to just pay for an interior wash. They said no they dont do that. What kind of car wash doesnt do an interior wash? Wasted 30 mins of my time to do nothing and were rude in the process. Never going back.

Paid for the Average Joe wash and the workers did a horrible job. They barely vacuumed the interior, theres still dust on the dashboard and the wash would have been done better by a 10 year old. Horrible place do not go here give your money to a car wash who care about their customers.

Car was rushed and not wiped out at all or vacuumed called 11 times with no answer. So I went back to have them complete the 33 dollar car wash but after leaving a second time im still very unpleased with the poor job done. never going back and don’t recommend for anyone else

I paid $30 bucks for a car wash and it was the worst car wash I have ever received. Half of my car was still dirty when I got home and it didn’t even look like they vacuumed the inside of my car. Worst place ever, literally waited outside for like 30 minutes for someoneone to dry my car, and finish cleaning it in the inside. Paid $48 dollars and I stayed there for an hour untill someone decided to finish cleaning my car. Unbelievable

Worst customer service I have ever encountered! I had a coupon which had no expiration date for a free car wash. They man told me that he bought this store from someone else and that he wouldnt honor the coupon. I told him it has your business name on it with no expiration date. He offered nothing. Great business ethics. Not to mention it was not worth the money for the cleaning job that was done. Never going back there again

Horrible experience today. The overhead brush isnt working, so my hood and roof werent cleaned. The interior windows are now dirtier than they have ever been. Streaks all over. Exterior is all soap spots everywhere. Rims are still dirty. The dashboard conditioning was done in a rush and theres shiny spots and dirty spots. Will never go back.

This car wash was a top-notch car wash and I believed the owner sold it about a year ago since then I’ve heard nothing but bad things. Despite the bad reviews I tried it out and they did not take the antenna off of my jeep and snapped it off of the side of my truck. The wash has been notified of this, if anything is done to correct it i will update this review.

I schedule my car for detail wash. It takes me a lot of planing what and how to drop a car. When I got there I was told they cant do it because they dont have enough drivers.TEREIBLE!

Attention to detail. No other car wash gets my car as clean as some guys. They really care about there business. Last week I met the owners dad. Barry, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy and that my car got the hot wax. Great job and probably the nicest car wash on Long Island.

Updated- new ownership at the deer park location you guys need to turn on the heat always cold since new ownership. I come to this car wash maybe every 3 days I just got there monthly pass which I love cause I can go anytime I want. They do an awesome job most of the times. Vacuuming needs to improve thy do leave the dirt under the mats sometimes but i usually keep my car clean from the inside so it isnt that bad. Thanks Mr. Some Guy. HORRIBLE! I never write reviews, but felt like I needed to save everyone the time and money! Went there once a few weeks ago, interior of car looked like it was never touched. Thought workers were having a bad day, so went again this weekend to give another try. Same thing! There were leaves and dust left all over the inside, dashboard wasn’t even touched, seems like they’re just rushing. So much for a $30 car wash that looks like I could’ve did a better job. If I’m paying that much plus tipping, I’m at least expecting the car to be SOMEWHAT clean. Never going back! Definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time or money here.

Been going there only when they are not busy. If there are more than two cars I keep going. I have mentioned to the owner that spending 45 minutes or more to have a car washed is excessively long.They do a so, so job cleaning, but my time is too valuable to spend watching my car crawl along. Honestly the worst car wash ever....Two days ago I brought my car here and purchased the Mac Daddy Wash and upon my car being pulled out Inwas very unsatisfied as my car sat in the sun with water and soap still on it for a good 10-15 minutes without a single person going to start finishing my car as other customers whom were behind me in line were being taken care of and leaving. Finally when my car was started being worked on I made sure to ask that they roll all my windows down and please make sure to clean the excess soap and water from underneath which was never done just like the insides of my front and back windows were never touched at all. The gentleman who was also cleaning my windows had dropped the rag on the floor and proceeded to pick it back up and start cleaning my windows again none the less when I have tinted windows. So with me not being satisfied at all I went in and spoke with the cashier Gina who told me she has nothing to do with the outside and to try back tomorrow so I did and spoke with another cashier who immediately got my car into be re cleaned but once again when my car was pulled up front after it sat for 10 minutes not being touched and same incident with my windows being cleaned.

Horrible customer service. Not all brushes are working. Have not been working for months now. The brush that cleans hood, windshield and roof has been not working for a while. Been trying to use a gift card to get detailing done and they have given me a hard time twice to schedule it,

Paid 35 for a car wash and had to go next door and buy admoral wipes to actually wipe down the inside of my car. And need to go re vacuum my car. Very unsatisfied!

Not recommended.I just washed my car here. It is more dirty inside than before. The cleaning people step inside the car with wet shoes and is filled with mud on the mats. They dont clean in between the door hinges. When I asked the guy who was cleaning, he said this is all we can do. Very bad customer service. Not worth paying $20.

At their $30 price point, I have never been happier with a car wash. My car was cleaned to a slick shine and in a fairly quick manner. There is usually a line when its a cloudless day, but youll get a great wash for your money. Counter help is very pleasant to work with. Would head back again in a heartbeat.

I have to tell you guys this is the best place on the island. I’ve been trying a lot of different places but this place is different. My car was very clean in and out I also forgot to close my window all the way and they did it for me. They double check everything before sending it through the machines. The service was on point all the amigos who’s cleaning the cars to the management. They even offered a vip service where you pay this much money for a month and you get to wash your car anytime and any day of the month. So worth it your pretty dumb if you don’t take the deal. I’ve seen a lot negative comments below but that’s nothing compared to any other car washes on the island. Spread the word.

Absolutley a great car wash!! I mean seriously. They really go out of the way to clean the car. I read some of these silly reviews on-line and laugh...I wonder if they have actually been there.... The place is amazing, so much fun.... The Owner and his wife are always there... No question that makes the difference. I have been going here since I moved to the area 2 years ago and I am always happy.

This place is terrible went today to get Jeep washed paid 65 dollars for a still dirty exterior and non vacuum interior I am a local in north Babylon ant last 3 times have been same 3 strikes never will I go again !!!!!!

Been coming here for years, always been great but they deff jacked up the prices. $30 for a basic csr wash isnt worth it.

Total scumbags at this place. Not only was this the WORST detail possible, the detailer stole something valuable out of my car. My fault for forgetting it was in there, but manager could not have cared less, and never even returned my call. Requested a call from the owner and unsurprisingly never heard from them.

Stole my official FDNY placard from my window. Went back in for it, and of course no help. I will continue to write one start reviews everywhere possible daily until it is recovered. Your cashier has my information. And one of your questionable employees has my property.

The only place I will go for a car wash! Mike and his crew are the best! They have a crew that has been there together for a long time. They are always careful and efficient with my car. This is no fly by night operation!

What happened to you guys? I had to revacuum the carpet. When I tried to explain to one of your workers that the carpet wasnt vacuumed, he said he didnt understand English, so, I said it Spanish. The girl at the desk seemed uninterested and offered no help.

One of the guys almost ran my husbands car into the wall last week we paid 99.00 for a monthly went back today to talk to the manager/owner Mike trying to explain what happened last week and he was pretty nasty when we request that one guy not Drive our car ..unfortunate we were given a refund...Its sad that he didnt think to apologize ..and try to make a customer happy..So beware of the person driving your car out of the carwash...

I am a freak about keeping my car clean. I keep a little brush in my glove compartment to brush away dust and crumbs in the hard to reach places on my console. This car wash has eliminated the need for me to reach for that brush. They really do a fantastic job cleaning my car - inside and out. I feel like the car drives better when i leave there. I dont live close to the place but go out of my way to wash my car there. Totally worth it!

I have a brand new car that I would want to keep nice and clean. So I decided to opt in to taking it to this car wash. I drove in and saw the last package that gets you everything plus some other stuff and I chose it. I usually keep my interior clean but the rubber mats I have were all dusty due to the salt from the snow days. I noticed they werent fully clean, they were spotty. It was included in the package and for nothing. Then I was told my car was clean and ready to go. I decided to inspect it and I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED! I saw my car had so many salt spots on the bottom trims and on some spots on the doors. The rear door near the bottom had streaks from dirt/clean. The tires were half cleaned and soaked in tire shine. I open the door to see my interior and I just couldnt even deal. It was soaked in whatever shine liquid they use and I was shocked to see the guy use the same cloth from the outside to clean the inside WTH. my dad decided to speak up and say that my car wasnt clean and the guys excuse was the machines arent working. I decided to just get in my car and leave. I ended up cleaning my car after. I spent $37 to get someone to start the cleaning and half ass it. Smh! Dont recommend them.

Worst car wash service a guy of Asian decent is very very rude asked a question about rain guarantee and made me pay for the wash when it was only 24 hours of them opening and told me to shut the hell up and get out you have to pay and I don’t care none the less this is the second bad experience they lost the key to one of my family members cars for a drop off service will never ever come to this Car wash ever again 0 customer service skills best part about it is when the workers come out the tunnel and floor it over the bump and breaks your skid plate and says it’s not his problem gotta love new management and the horrible workers that don’t care about your car
