My mother, Helen hired 2 Men and a Truck. This moving company is the best out there. Our experience was top notch and we will definitely use them again. We loved how they took their time and packed our stuff with a delicate hand, while being cautious of the time so we didnt have to pay extra from what was quoted. Completely fabulous... I cant say enough about them.

These guys are awesome.....I have used this location twice and both times, they were amazing. First they moved my daughter into her off-campus apartment from Aurora to Chicago...then me from Aurora to Naperville....both times, were smooth and the prices were reasonable. The movers were professional and worked hard to get us moved as quickly as they could, yet still being careful with our valuables. I have one more move to go when I purchase my new home next year and I will definitely be using these guys...I highly recommend!!

Ive used Two Men and a Truck many times before but different locations. This location by far was the worst. One of the two men was on a personal call most of the move. They literally stopped working for over 30 minutes. When I asked why one guy said there was an emergency with his mom.They had an issue bringing in the sofa and told me they wouldnt be able to get it in. I told them to remove the foot on the bottom of the sofa and try comjng through the patio door since it was large. They didnt seem to want to think or come up with ideas to make things work better. They worked really slow and seemed to prolong the move with their lazy behavior.It was a horrible experience. Do not use this location.

Moving is so stressful and Two men and a Truck take that stress off your hands! This is the second time Ive used them to move and both times have been wonderful experiences.. attention to detail and the personal attention is great too. The GM, Rikki personally came because I had a beast of a dining table that the movers needed additional help with moving. Moving to a new state, big change in our lives. Ive heard of horror stories, about movers, none of those stories apply to this team. The best thing about our move was this team.The drive to Florida stressful, night we arrived keys didnt work, more stress. The next morning the team called right when they said they would, moved us in, working in the rain, no complaints. I would recommend this 2-Men-and-a-truck team and office 100% best experience.

Ive used this Two Men and a Truck a couple of times. Once to move into our house, and again to move a piano into our house. I was amazed by how well they handled the piano - they took great care and didnt stress the instrument. Overall, the crew was great - they worked fast but didnt sacrifice quality or service in any way. Whether youre moving a lot or just specialty items, I fully recommend giving them a call.

The office staff and movers, Eric and Joe were so personable, kind, efficient and helpful. I do not give good reviews unless I feel the work was exceptional. The office staff treated me like family. I was very anxious about my move and I felt at ease after my intake conversation. Two Men and a Truck is truly vested in customer satisfaction and care. An example was my king size bed fitting up a narrow, curved stairwell. Joe and Eric said that it would be a tight squeeze. They let me know that there was risk involved in trying to get it to fit but I agreed to the risk. Care was taken and there was no damage to property. I appreciate the honesty and the effort of Eric and Joe. I will only use Two Men and a Truck for future moves. They are truly excellent.

My moving team (from the North Aurora office) was fabulous! I was still packing when they arrived, and they loaded the truck in a way that made it easy to add the boxes I was filling. When we got to the new place, they verified with me where to put anything that wasnt labeled (which was about half the stuff, sadly) and made it SO much easier for me to find things so I could unpack. I would definitely use this service again!

I contacted Two Men and a Truck to move from Batavia to Naperville, IL. They were so responsive and polite, and made the process as painless as possible. Not only that, they worked with me when my move-in date changed unexpectedly 3 days before the original move-in date (a definite worst-case scenario) and still managed to set up my move with literally hours to spare! Not only that, the price ended up being below the quoted price - an added benefit! I could go on and on about how awesome the experience was and I highly recommend them for moving services.

The two gentlemen, Mr. Budde (Jeff) and Mr. Hodges (did not catch his first name), did an excellent job that exceeded my expectation. They were super careful, courteous and capable. They arrived punctually and got the job done within the estimated time window, despite of various difficulties we ran into due to the sizes and weights of the items. Id highly recommend the North Aurora team, especially the two gentlemen that helped me, for your next move.

The entire team in the office was responsive and professional from the time I put in the estimate to when the truck pulled away from our new place. I really appreciated the itemized estimate I got ahead of time and they worked with us when our date had to change.We ended up moving on the hottest day of the summer and the four movers that were sent were fast and efficient. They worked hard and were careful with our processions. They were aware of all the box labels so everything got to its proper location! We literally on had only one glass break (poorly packed, so thats on us) and they were very upfront about it. I really liked how they handled everything. They were worth every penny we paid. I loved the quality and service of my movers, Zach H, Marcos D, and Daniel S. They all did a great job and I had some bulky heavy and some delicate furniture. It took about 5 hours and it was worth it. I dont think any of my friends could have moved or removed some of my items from the home without significant damage. My movers knew how to adjust, tilt, and maneuver to get things out the best way possible without damaging the walls! When I move again I wouldnt hesitate to call Two Men and a Truck out of Fort Wayne, Indiana!

Have hired alot of moving crews over the years. 90% of the time has been a 5 star experience, including one other move with Two Men. Unfortunately, this time, some of my designated crew had mastered the art of working the clock to run up my cost, about 2k+ over the estimate. Between extra smoke break disappearances, not bringing their own tools and lack of communication and bringing boxes/tape up to 4th crew member in our (3rd floor) upstairs condo, there was alot of down time, much more than Ive ever experienced with other moving crews. If I hadnt provided my tools, brought boxes up/down elevator, helped move some boxes ... would have cost an extra hour+, easy. Whats worse is that a Two Men manager in his own car checked in 2x, including with me at end of move for which Id advised was not a good experience, hoping they may split the difference of cost over fair estimate overage. I followed up once with office and never heard back. I added one star back to this review (from 2 to 3) as all other aspects of the moving process: reservation, planning, professional home office people ... and fact that nothing was broken during our move are kudo aspects of our working with Two Men. We are moving end of this year from Naperville, IL to Ft Myers, FL - two major Two Men hubs - but unfortunately for both of us, I cant afford similar experience and lots of other professional mover options.My RESPONSE TO TM QUICK GOOGLE SMOOTHOVER RESPONSE. Who exactly offered to have GM reach out? I spoke with the Supervisor, following the crew for some reason, at our home at end of move. If he indeed took my voiced concerns back to a local GM, Managing Director, or President (??) ... NO ONE got back to me. So now the 3 star just went to 2, BUYER BEWARE!

We are getting our floors refinished and we needed to move all of our furniture into the garage/pod. It was very easy to set up and the guys were on time, courteous and very flexible. I had some time left on my contract so I asked them to go to another location and pick up a piece of furniture and they gladly did it. No hidden fees (I paid exactly what was represented on the phone), no hard sell on insurance...they were great!

I have used two men and a truck before to move furniture from one location to another and was very impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. When it came time for my daughter and her husband to move out, I contracted with two men and a truck for the move from Naperville to Plainfield. In just over four hours they had everything loaded, moved and unloaded. The price was reasonable and I didnt have to lift anything. This was money well spent.

Two Men and a Truck moved my parents on Thursday, November 19 this year. I took the day off to mostly help my mom, shed had a surgery a few weeks before, and is in recovery.The crew arrived right on time, and got everything packed up and moved to their new place ahead of schedule.What made the days moving experience truly extraordinary was this: while the crew was working, and my dad was helping them, I took my mom over to the new place, she wanted to lay down, but with no furniture yet, she was like its ok, I can just crash here on the floor. So she was, just laying on the floor.When the crew arrived, they started right away, and when they saw mom on the floor, they kicked it up into high gear and got the bed out for her, assembled the frame and set up the bed. When my dad said can you guys find... a specific bag that had the sheets in it, so he could quickly make the bed for her, one guy was like all the bags are way back in the attic. dad said oh, thats ok... and seriously, a minute later, as were getting mom up to get her into the bed, the guy comes back with the bag my dad had asked for. Thats above and beyond.All in all, they quoted mom and dad five hours but were done in less than that. A great experience, and I know that next time I move (though I hope this is a ways off...) this is the company Ill be calling.

Phenomenal job from the Office to the movers and came in at $300 under phone quote!

I was pretty hesitant using Two Men and a Truck because I know them from when I was in Indiana, meaning this is a company that spans more than one state. Normally my experience is, being a large company doesnt make you good, it means enough money was funneled into marketing to get the business of people who would rather not search.However I was very please that this was not the case with Two men and a truck! They where on the lower end of quotes we received and was the easiest to work with in getting that quote. We have never used moving services before but because of timing we needed to this time. I made sure to tear down furniture before they arrived but they quickly loaded up and got us moved. No damage to any furniture, no managing where things went they remembered what rooms items came from and put them there. They ended up coming way under the quote, and although they where clearly going to get done sooner than the time allotted that did not slow them down at all.When my wife got home she asked how it went and I told her well be hiring them again in 15 months when we buy a house.

The moving team and manager were excellent. They deserve 5 stars across the board.I was however extremely frustrated amd disappointed with the quote process. The estimator was shown everything that needed to be moved. Several large items were left off of the quote and we had to figure out how to move them ourselves last minute. We were also under quoted by approximately 1500.00 which was a shock. Again, the manager and moving team was awesome and worked with us which I am grateful for.

We hired Two Men and a Truck to move our daughter and her family across town and with a stop at a storage unit in between. We were called and updated by the office as to the arrival of the truck. We actually got three men and a truck. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. Nick, Nico, and Brian were great. They moved things to the second floor and to the basement with ease. We used Two Men and a Truck ourselves when we moved, though we only got the two men who moved our belongings into a Pod. We were extremely pleased with their work then and that’s why we hired them for this move, and we were not disappointed! Definitely would hire them again and highly recommend them

As a moving company “who truly cares” should not be exposing their own employees and customers. As we all know germs pass on very quickly. In this time of crisis TWO MEN AND A TRUCK should not be moving items. As far as I know both AURORA and CRYSTAL LAKE location ARE NOT taking care of their employees. Owners are lacking on their job we understand you are trying to make money but sending your employees drivers and movers to job sites unprepared without gloves and face masks, moving old people is UNACCEPTABLE!

Two Men and a Truck is the company that helped me do a local move to my apartment in 2009. I remember them doing a great job then, so I hired them to move me this past Friday 3/20/20. The movers Nate and Ty were VERY prompt, friendly, fast (but very cautious) with moving the heavy furniture, and overall did a great job. I was amazed by how fast the moving process went. I dont plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I were, I would definitely use this company once again! :)

I had my items moved into storage after a fire. They got me set up within a day to move. The 2 men were so efficient. I found a place soon after and again was able to move my things out of storage very quickly into my new place. This time with 2 different men and they were just as great as the first crew. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

We had a really good experience from booking to loading and unloading. The people in their office were really proactive about communicating with us in advance, and the person who came out to give us the quote was helpful (and ended up being almost exactly right in terms of his estimate). The movers were amazing...we had two trucks with four total guys. They were clearly good at what they do, super nice to our kids and dogs, and got things done quickly despite some challenging items. A perfect experience overall.

My first experience with Two Men & a Truck was great, so I used them again for my second move. My second experience was the complete opposite of the first. The guys who showed up were friendly, but that is where my positive experience ends. When I called the office to find out about how the move was priced because the estimate was significantly more than my move from a much larger space, they advised is was based on time not items and I clearly stated that the size of my current place and amount of items. When they guys showed up, they said they had a truck too small to load everything as though it was my problem and they had never heard of the idea of making more than 1 trip if necessary. After the truck was loaded and we arrived at the new place, they did not pay any attention to the boxes that I had labeled Fragile and they were placed upside down, on their sides, etc. After putting my bed back together, one of the movers advised that it had been done wrong. They went out to the truck and I assumed they were coming back to fix it, but they left! So I had the pleasure of putting it back together and loading a king sized mattress onto the frame by myself. On top of that, I still had to finish moving almost all of 2 bedroom apartment on my own. Definitely not worth the over $600 moving fee and I will not be using them for my next move.

Everything was done very professionally and we are extremely pleased with the people, the operation, the cost and the actual move. Everything went extremely well. They did a great job. The truck was clean, my items (big wooden desk and dresser especially) were secured well, and everything was put in place at the destination carefully. I will definitely be using this company again!

Hiring this company was the best, most efficient part of my move. My team, Hamilton, Woods, and Loza really made this a seemless, worryfree time for me. They were friendly, professional and informative. Any question I had, they answered and any concern I asked about, they address and made sure I understood. They called when they were on their way in the morning which I appreciated. There was no damage at either location from the move which was great. And the truck did not leave any oil or debris in my driveway. I cannot express how happy and satisfied I am with my team and 2 men and a truck. Thank you so much!

Polite, professional crew arrived on-time and efficiently packed and loaded the truck in less time than anticipated. They treated my Fathers belongings with respect and care. This was my first time using movers and the experience was wonderful. I scheduled last minute, but they were able to fit me in for a Saturday morning move. The movers were quick and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend this company. And I will definitely use them again, although I hope I don’t have to move again for a while!
