Ordered assist steps for my truck with the understanding they would install....i ended up installing myself. Its hard supporting local businesses when they cant even do what they promise. My job wasnt important enough .

Great customer support and quality work. They had some issues with their equipment, but stayed well after closing to ensure my truck was finished so I could stay on schedule for an out of town trip. Hard to find costumer appreciation that good today. The bed looks better than I expected. Worth the trip to North Augusta to visit these guys.

Made an appointment, showed up at the designated time to get wheels (tires already mounted and balanced) bolted to my truck, and an alignment. Receptionist told me itd be about 1 hour for the work, so I decide to stay.2.5 hours later, I have to go ask one of the FOUR people at reception playing on their phone where my truck is. Someone goes to the back and its magically waiting to be driven to the front -- meaning its been sitting in the shop while Im waiting in the lobby, while 4 people play on their phones in reception.The wheels look good on the truck, but they have no respect for anyones time. When I walked out visably upset that Ive wasted my entire morning sitting in their waiting room, the receptionist who quoted me the hour timeframe for the work followed me outside to ask why I was upset. I told him how long I had waited, and his response was I said an hour to an hour and a half which still doesnt address the fact that it took 2.5 hours for an alignment and to bolt some wheels on.Will not go back -- will never recommend this place to anyone I know

Friendly staff. I just did not have a good experience. Scheduled spray liner, level, bed cover, and wheel well liners. Picked it up and later that day and the wheel well liners were the only thing installed. They could not find the wheel lock key in the glove box and the cover wasn’t in yet. My fault, I should have removed them before I went. Re-scheduled to have the rest of the work done and I even removed the wheel locks. Picked up and the bed was sprayed. Nothing else. We scheduled in advance for everything to be done and the cover was suppose to be there and it wasn’t. Its just frustrating because I have to make plans each time to drop it off to have work done on it since it is my daily driver. Canceled the cover and level that I had planned. The work that was done was good and if you have to have line-x they are your only option in the area. Just plan for multiple trips and make sure to iron every detail out before you go. Trying ROC And Design in Aiken out for level and cover.

Had an appt to to get a liner and cover put on the new truck at 8 am. I was the 2nd truck in line right at 8am. I was told it would be ready between 3 and 4 pm. I left for the day and came back at 4:20 and it was still in the bay. Paid for the services and the receptionist went to tell them I am here to pick it up. 30 minutes later I was told it wasn’t even close to being ready. All they did the entire day was prep the bed for the liner. Liner wasn’t even complete. If it wasn’t for their day long prep that would’ve been cancelled too. Sales manager said they had 8 trucks and one guy call out. Here’s the kicker he said there were 3 still left to do and we were not bumped. Think about that. I was 2nd in of 8 trucks which means they completed 4 for the day. With the one ahead of me I was bumped to do 3 others. Not a single call for courtesy. Here I am still waiting to get just the bed liner complete after they closed. Never coming here or will recommend this to any truck owner I know. Cancelled the cover too. Someone else will get my money. Beyond furious.

Called and got a quote for a hitch,,then Called back to set up the installation 2 months later, the price changed, up over 200 bucks,, Called trucks and more, got it for a lots less,,wont be calling this place again, coved price gouging,,,

Got a spray liner with UV protection (Line-x Premium) for my brand new Ram 1500. Good quality for the liner itself. It also has good masking lines. Two bolts were not tightened all the way on tailgate plate, my first thought is they were crossthreadded or line-x got in the bolt holes, I have not checked yet. Also, the truck exterior is covered in sanding dust. Just expect some pride in the work and the truck retuned as it was, just with a new bed liner. Maybe try out T&M next time. Id say Im satisfied with the liner though.

A month ago I had NA Customs replace my stock headlights in my F-150 with LED bulbs, and new LED fog lights. Now driving home from Plant Vogtle at 3am I am seen and i can see further down the dark Burke county highways. The lighting team at NA Customs made great recommendations and even priced everything into my budget. Great products and even better customer service.Today I had an issue with one light, they took my truck right in and took care of the problem without any …. oh we are busy please come back.Dont waste your time going to other Truck Specialist.STAY LOCAL AND SPEND LOCAL

Great staff, easy to find, lots of products offered at fair prices. We had some truck windows tinted and they did a fantastic job, plus offer lifetime warranty on the 3M tint. I would recommend them to anyone.

The place is the only one you need to visit for anything trucks. Geddings was awesome to work with, he went above and beyond to get me the look I was going for on my truck. We ran in to problem after problem because of the wheels and tires I brought to the shop, but he made it all work. The final result was even better than I was hoping for, I will be back for my future mods.

Yes they were very courteous people . Pretty much have to be when thats all you have to go on .Had tint installed on my windshield. It was like whoever installed it didnt even look at my car at all to see where the tint should come to. So I took my car back that afternoon and I was told they could not do what I wanted done. Which was put the strip wider. Also, instead of quickly correcting the problem. I would have to wait 2 more days!! Not going back Ill just cut my losses!

Had a bed liner etc put in on my dads truck and we used Bryson Clark for all the work we decided on. He was outstanding, professional and very helpful. Will definitely continue to make the drive over the river for excellent customer service and quality work like this.

I originally purchased a truck bed cap from ARE for my new 2016 chevy 2500 and had it delivered to this installer. The place seemed legit, and customer service was more than adequate. My main complaint was when I PCSd to Colorado, I had a check engine light come on for my ABS sensor in back right tire. I had the dealer replace (ouch), and they discovered hackery under the main wiring harness under tail gate. Vast wires exposed to salt and etc, leading to some corrosion in the harness. I had the dealer patch the job and rewire to rear plug (double ouch). Needless to say, the store was contacted and pretty much dismissed my concerns. No warranty on install, per ARE. All in all, please double check their work, and dont leave the area until its fixed right.

Friendly staff without a doubt. I spent quite a bit of money with these guys and had to wait a lot longer than I should have to get my truck back. Multiple orders of receiving damaged side steps which wasn’t their fault...but they had my truck for a long time and after receiving it, there were numerous things that were done wrong and it was simply because they didn’t listen. Upon returning home I found a sizable scratch on my truck that wasn’t there prior, along with lights that were not wired in the way I requested. I later had my truck ceramicoated by another company and they corrected the scratch and I re-wired the lights the way I asked them to originally so not much harm caused. I’ve since found non-matching hardware used along with touch up paint used on powder coated parts, it just kinda gives me a sour taste for the business especially knowing what I spent and having had told them my plans to do more work with them. I just feel that given the length of time they kept my truck, it should’ve been flawless.Not an angry review at all, these guys are as friendly as they come...I just feel like they may have a tech that doesn’t listen or perhaps doesn’t have a lot of pride in his workmanship.

Revising. Had an issue with a dealer truck that had been done here last year but decided to go in person and have some work done.Completely different impression of them after doing so. They did everything they said they would, answered all questions, get everything the way it should be and there wasnt any BS. The staff was nice, attentive and professional. I would recommend them for sure.

I had a trailer brake controller installed on my truck. They ordered the wiring harness for my truck and it took 2 days for the part to arrive. It only took them 30minutes to install! They did a excellent job!

We have ordered a couple if services through this business and were completely satisfied. We had Line-X put on a 2003 Dodge Ram and orders a toolbox. They did a great job on the bed liner and even installed the toolbox. Will definitely be back for future business!

Had them do a Line-X bedliner on my truck. Good job on the liner itself, but it seems that the proper precautionary masking wasnt done to my truck. Upon receiving the truck I found some pretty heavy overspray on the corner of my cab. I was able to remove most of it, but there should be none according to the pride that Line-X takes in their work as a company. There was also one spot where a little too much liner was sprayed on the bed and it bubbled up. Being that this is the only Line-X dealer in the area, I will use them again. I just wish they wouldve done a little better job at masking off my truck. I dropped off my truck after hours and was initially told that it would be ready for pickup the next day. At the end of the business day the next day, I called only to find out that it hadnt been done for whatever reason. However, they offered to stay after hours to work to get my truck done on time, which I find outstanding. Overall, Id still recommend them. Great customer service.

No complaints over these guys. Pretty upfront. Havent had any work done by them yet or bought anything but talking with them and pricing seems great.

I asked for a 15% tint and they insisted on a 20%. Paid $250 for a 15% tint all around which came out looking like a 30% tint with some air bubbles. It just wasn’t worth it and I don’t think they do refunds for a bad job.

I would be providing the body lift kit lift for them, and they said $900 for labor and 10hrs worth of install. I know for a fact it doesnt take 10 hrs. to install a body lift kit much less $900 for labor. Itll take at most 5-6 hrs. for a body lift kit install if its your first time installing one.

Took Care of my need in an inexpensive and timely manner. I checked around and a similar business on Bobby Jones in Augusta was over $200 more for the same service.

Ive been to North Augusta Customs for multiple products and each time they do an outstanding job with both installation and customer service. When I first had window tint installed, I noticed lint between the film and the glass; when I told them about it, they told me to bring it back and they would take care of it, and they did! Additionally, I went for a LineX bedliner (premium). After a few months, I noticed they bedliner might not have been premium. I brought this up to them and they took a look and agreed. Once again, they took care of it in a professional and timely manner. This is why whenever I hear someone ask about where to go, I immediately suggest North Augusta Customs.

I would not recommend anyone to this shop. I had my stero equipment installed not knowing that it was not compatible with my devices. No one can help with fixing the problem, but can charge me regular price to install it the way it should have been from the beginning. Do your research before you let them do any work for you.( Im back for an update on this review. The reason for my original review was poor mangement. This company is now ran by an awesome custom crew. If you have any problems these guys will take care of you. This new crew has fixed my stero system with no extra cost. Thanks guys!!!)

Very misleading website. Claims If you can imagine it, we can build it and claims to have a full collision repair center. Yet when I called, I was told that they dont do any exterior work on cars at all and they would be unable to install a spoiler on my car...I have no idea what they even do there.

Despite them not spraying rhino liner for years, they stood by their lifetime warranty that they provide for their products, patched the chips right up and sprayed the talegate. Even working around my school schedule to make sure that the got it done.
