My kids are loving it. I am so glad they get to learn something meaningful and be active.

I took a class several years ago to strengthen my body. I enjoyed the class with other women.The facility and staff, Frank and Christa are great people to being committed in getting you where you want to be. They are very professional but also genuinely concerned about your feelings regarding you and your health. They are great people to train with.I also observed how well they work with children of all ages. If you watched them work with the children, you would think that the children were theirs. They are very dedicated in teaching each student the techniques of Marital Arts and teaching them to be responsible with their training.It is such an excellent program for young people.

Ive visited several local schools in the past, all they want to see is how much you money they can scam out of you. Work hard and earn what you get, dont pay for it!

Great place, family oriented/focused with knowledgeable staff. My son gets real karate instruction, I’m doing cardio kickboxing and losing weight at a great rate.I didn’t feel like I was financing a car when I signed up after the trial, very reasonable rates. Highly recommend

I had a great experience with my children and myself at this establishment. Great staff and classes. This is a great place that you can learn by taking the steps provided by the professionals. I really like that you have to actually work your way up on your belts they aren’t just handed out and it teaches children to work for what they want. This place will become your home.

My 9 year old daughter loves going. Everyone was very nice and took time to explain everything to her. Hopefully she can go back when things arent so busy at home.

We loved the times we were able to participate in programs with NAMA!! Everyone there was friendly and professional. We are looking forward to when our schedules are more flexible and our whole family is able to sign back up for programs there.

Our 5 year old has been taking Karate for over a year here and it has helped change his attitude/attention a lot. I started cardio kickboxing a couple months ago and love it! I am not in shape (yet) and have never felt like I dont belong in the class. In both types of classes individuals are encouraged to learn but at their own pace and with support! Thank you NAMA!

Me and my family love NAMA! Mr. Frank, Krista and Kristen (I hope I spelled the names right) are great with the kids and we feel they learn more than just karate there. We wish we didn’t have to leave and look forward to coming back.

I cant imagine anyone better at teaching martial arts or more patient with his students. He gives them 100% of his attention. He is great with parents too, and is always able to sort out scheduling conflicts and other sorts of arrangements.Plus, hes a lot more. Hes a local man and a model citizen, serving the community with a keen interest in instilling Truth, Loyalty, Courage, Hard Work, and Self Sufficiency in all of his students, be they youth students, or adults. I cant say enough good about Sensei Beall without sounding like an advertisement. But trust me, he was wonderful with my son growing up, and Im a big fan of him and his method.

A great value, experience and learning environment. My kids take karate, BJJ, and kick boxing and I take cardio and full contact kick boxing there. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. It is a very positive, family friendly school. It is also a fantastic value for all of the classes and extra activities that are offered.

This is a great place. I really enjoy the way Sensei Beall and the other instructors teach. They have a lot of students, but still find ways to make time for each of us. Wish they would expand so we could have even more classes.

We love NAMA because our child actually learns martial arts here. They are not just passed along every 3 months and moved up without actually knowing the skills. Frank Beall and his staff are like family with everyone that walks in the door and they genuinely care about all of their students. He not only teaches the kids martial arts, he teaches them life lessons as well. He is also priced a lot less than others in town so dont think that more is always better. You may not advance as fast here, but you advance only when you are ready. So if you want quality over quantity then NAMA is your place!!!!!!!

My son has been a student of Sensei Frank Beall for a little over a year now. I signed him up hoping he would get guidance on how to deal with his anger and to boost his confidence. With understanding, structure, and patience, my son has received so much more. Sensei talks to his students, not down to them, and for that they respect him greatly. He takes as much time as needed for each student to learn the techniques he is teaching and is very encouraging and positive in his critiquing. He also encourages the advancement of all his students. My two children have participated in various activities at North Augusta Martial Arts for over 8 years. They have taken karate and jiu jitsu. Frank Beall is always professional and helpful to all students. Belts arent passed out like candy. The students have to work for each new level and show dedication. The dojo feels more like a family than a business. We have taken several breaks throughout the years due to other extracurricular activities. Every time we come back, we are welcomed and made to feel like we belong with this family. I have also participated in Self-Defense, Kickboxing and Yoga classes and thoroughly enjoyed the instructors.As long as my children are interested in the martial arts, we will stick with NAMA.

I loved training at NAMA I first started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu there when I was twelve and left when I graduated high school and went to college. Sensei Frank Beall NEVER EVER EVER promotes anyone until they deserve it and thats what I loved about it that everything you get there is deserved and your skills will show it. And NAMA always gives opportunities and doors to learn new things and different styles. Its also a great way to get in shape when I was there training everyday it motivated you to get in better shape because if you want to be a great martial artist you have to have a strong mind and body and thats what NAMA encourages. And I also believe it makes you a better person on and off the mats that place has changed me for the better and you will make friends and eventually a family from just being there.

We have been going to North Augusta Martial Arts for almost 10 years. It is the best dojo around!! They make us feel like family. My husband loves the kickboxing class. My son and daughter love karate and jiu jitsu and I loved the self defense class. Sensei Frank and his staff are amazing and we enjoy coming to the dojo.
