1st off I paid for my mailbox key back in February its soon to April..still no key..25.00 I paid which in GA I never ever ever had to pay for my mailbox key..but as an adult I need my mail so I followed the SC pattern to get my key and still nothing...and they have the l ok longest lines like I am waiting on welfare or something see u in the morning NA post office where is my key take my money but still no product beyond angry and plus the mailman come daily why havent he changed the locks ughhhhh.

Unfortunately I have had to call this location multiple times over the past several months due to packages not being delivered only to be met by rude and combative staff who sound like they dont know the core functions of their job.The postmaster and staff that I spoke with are very unprofessional and will twist what you are trying to explain to them into you calling them liars and talk down to you. You will get two different answers to your questions from the staff so you never know what is actually the correct solution to your issue.Our leasing office stopped accepting packages due to COVID. Now whenever a package is on the way you have to sit glued to your window waiting for the carrier (anywhere between 11a-5p) and run out to your boxes to catch them. SO IMPRACTACLE. The biggest issue however is that they will leave notices in your mailbox stating delivery attempted - no secure location available. NO attempts to bring the package to your door and trust me the location is VERY secure and items can be left. When speaking with the postmaster - if I missed the package I have to go pick it up from them. I told her that I would just go onto the usps redelivery site and set it up that way since on there they ACTUALLY GIVE YOU options to have packages left at your front door, back door, porch, etc. After telling her this she informed me that their office does NOT adhere to any of the global policies and that setting it up for redelivery would not do anything cause they werent going to attempt to it. This has resulted in packages taking unnecessary extra days to be delivered when they could just simply be left at our front door on the first attempt. I was baffled when she told me this....The staff at this location could use some more training in professionalism and how to actually talk to people. As another review said they will literally say OK BYE NOW and hang up on you. For lack of a better word... GHETTO. Take some pride in your job and stop treating it like a paycheck.

Mail was not delivered 3 days in a row. I know because we have mail waiting in the box to go out and its still sitting there.... tried to say my driveway was blocked and couldnt deliver mail yet nothing is in the way. On top of that, we never know when the mail will be delivered on any given day. Might be 3pm, might be 9 pm, apparently might be NEVER some days!

The WORST USPS Ive ever dealt with (lived in 3 different states, MANY MANY more counties) and I cant even begin to explain the issues this USPS (N.A Georgia ave) has, its been 2 years since moving here and I am DEPENDENT on my mail being delivered (some of us still work with papers not emails) and Ive missed important dates and appointments because of them. & there unprofessionalism towards there job is something youd have to see for yourself to believe its that bad. Theyre WORSE in person, my mail carrier is atleast nice but the people inside are horrible all the way to management (I dont know his name but he ONLY has a job Im sure because he shows up type thing) if anyone has any pointers on how to do more than write a review it would be greatly appreciated. This has got to stop and they cant blame C19 because Ive dealt with this since 2018.

Held our business mail for two weeks with no notification. When I called, told no problem with your box, fees are paid, the first week. The 2nd week, I call again, same postal employee, I don’t know why, let me get the head clerk. 10 minute hold time, tells me I didn’t pay fees on time. I dispute that, she says let me go get your check. Another 10 minute hold, she comes back, you did pay on time. Then why are you holding my business mail? I don’t know, sorry. Ok, will you please put my business mail in my box so I can pick it up tonight after we close? Surely, I now have bills that are late, and will require late fees. “I will”.Did she? NOPE! SMDH

You get what you get when you get it ! Getting neighbors mail when they decide to deliver the mail. Missing non holiday weekdays, sometimes three days ! Very poor management of a service that people depend on. Hire people who want to work, do the job and can read.Have some PRIDE in your work. If your going to use covid as an excuse then just shut down or take appropriate measures. Like I said, people depend on this service for everyday life, however DISRUPTED it may be at this point.

Horrible horrible... they are constantly telling me ill get my package tomorrow there are 5 people on your route. Same lies over and over. Its not hard to find a package thats been on so called hold for 3 weeks. I never put the package on hold but one of the carriers decided they didnt want to deliver the package and put it on hold. Even when I go up there they cant find it.

Really fast and friendly service. Smiles on every employee’s face. We were just there to purchase stamps. Other people had parcels and one h woman had a box with over 1000 letters in it. The postal workers took it all in stride and served our needs quickly.I heartily recommend this post office.

Terrible service. Mail gets lost (returns and deliveries) Do not understand why all the delays.Parking lot and bldg way to small for an area this large. Wake up USPS!!!!!!!!!! Our monies are tied up waiting for returns and deliveries.

Location is a bit tricky to get into/out of due to being right off busy Georgia Ave. The parking lot also feels a bit claustrophobic.I have been in a few times and never had an issue with the staff. They have always served me efficiently and correctly. They have also been knowledgeable and answered any questions I have had.Location could use a bit of a remodel. The inside is quite cramped and has a very old decor. Doors dont seem to shut all the way.

The North Augusta Post Master Ms. Coleman is very unprofessional. She was very uncomfortable to talk with and made me feel like she was disgusted by my presents in the lobby. She stated that my issues was not her problem and suggested I call a 1800 number for my issue. I am disappointed with how the North Augusta Post Office is being ran now under new management. Has no care for customer concerns. I’ve also had to deal with a new face that is a superior and she seems to not know what clue she is doing with a dumb-faced look on her face and just states she doesn’t know and made me wait then forgot about me in the lobby. She looked to be under the influence, as though she was high on marijuana.

At this point I feel like my neighbors have delivered more mail to my house than the USPS drivers. Additionally anytime I receive a package my security camera shows the driver walks through my flower bed and yard every time. I have an extremely short driveway and sidewalk. Theres literally no reason for this.The staff at the office are always quick and helpful but unfortunately the 1 star is for the drivers.

I dont understand all the negative comments. The postal crew at the office is always fast, courteous and knows everything there is to know about mail. Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes from walking in to walking out. Ignore those 1 star reviews, Ive been doing business with this branch for 13 years, and theyve never been anything other than very helpful.The mail carriers for this ZIP code are AMAZING. They are like how mailmen used to be viewed decades ago. My carrier is as regular and on time with my deliveries by a 15 minute margin. Shes sweet, carries really heavy items to my door and makes every effort to make sure my parcels and doesnt just dump and run. And shes one of the nicest, most polite people Ive ever met. Not just ever met from the USPS. She takes customer service EXTREMELY seriously.

It is strange and perplexing why public like to bash civil service industry but dont! It is not easy to constantly be yelled at. Big thank you to Ms. WillyRuth Washington, she is kind and courteous!I had a stack of thank you notes/vendor appreciation cards that needed metered postage. Ms. Washington went above and beyond to hand post each envelope, which she did not have to. She easily could have, which is SOP, sell me some stamp and DIY it...I explained my situation but I did not want to be that fellow holding up others in line, however Ms. Washington was super cool, fast and efficient, and very astute at her position. A true professional!Thank you!

I arrived at the post office for a 9am appointment at 9:06am. The clerk stated that since I was late I would have to wait until 9:15am which I was fine with even though I was the only person there at the time. Another clerk asked what I was in for. She was also confused why I had to wait and the original clerk said he should have been on time. A 3rd employee came to the counter to help me and then said I didnt have an appointment even though I had called up there days in advance to set my appointment. They told me to go to the Augusta post office. This was very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Excellent customer service! I mailed calligraphy addressed, wax sealed invitations and asked to have them hand cancelled (rather than put them through the postal machine) and Calvin, the supervisor, and staff were very accommodating! Thank you!

Passport Applicants: You get in line. They will ask you to fill out form DS-11. You get back in line. Then they ask if you have an appointment. Then they say you have to go online to make an appointment. You can not make one here. (I wish I was making this up) Save yourself time...Go to Eighth St. in Augusta. No appt. necessary. We now live in an America that requires appt.s at a post office. God save America!

What reason could you possibly have for being closed at 12pm on a Wednesday? I understand closing at 12pm on a Saturday and being closed Sundays, but 12pm on Wednesdays? That is ridiculous especially considering you are only open till 5pm on weekdays. As a person that works until 5pm during the week it gives me no time whatsoever to get anything done during the week. Im highly disappointed in this post office.

Attempted to renew my passport 6 weeks before my trip. Guy at the desk told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks. 5 and a half weeks later no passport.... When I tried to track it they told me it takes 6 to 8 weeks and has for a long time. This guy needs to be fired! I just lost a couple thousand because of him.... Not to mention he was very rude and impatient when speaking with me at the desk.

Amazon packages never arriving? Overdue bills because theyre in someone elses mailbox? Poor attitudes towards Active Duty military personnel? Look no further, youre dealing with the NORTH AUGUSTA POST OFFICE!!!I have hit my last straw with this post office. I have reported them to Fort Gordon due to their poor mishandling of my mail. My wife asked about yet ANOTHER Amazon package that never showed up today and the solution: file a police report.Do yourself a favor and try to get to your mail sent from somewhere else. I do not and will not trust this post office anymore as long as I live in North Augusta, SC on orders.

Worst post office! Drove 40 mins to an appointment that was scheduled at 11:15 and arrived on time. The man doing the passports is rude, inpatient and really should not be working for the public. Two passports to get done all the papers and pictures in hand. I accidentally used blue instead of black ink. By this time it’s 11:20. I asked if I could fix it, wouldnt take 2 mins to do. He rudely said “No” loudly and continued to say we need to reschedule. We also were the next appointment at 11:30. He would not give me a chance to rewrite it. Rescheduled us for another Saturday and walked off without writing it down. What a way to treat people.
