The service is ALWAYS amazing! The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I never worry if my packages are going to get lost or not make it to the destination on time because the proper expectations are set. I would recommend this store to anyone who ask! Great job everyone !

I like coming to this location! The service is prompt and theres never really a line. The customer service is great and each time we go here we are treated with kindness and respect. Pro tip, use the parking lot and the back entrance instead of trying to street park on the front side. It makes it so much easier to get in and out.

This location always has the best service. There is the cutest little red haired girl that helped me get my package sent out quickly. Highly recommend

This lady is not professional I came up here multiple times to get my paper notarized and she wasn’t there not once so I just had to find another store I wouldn’t give her 1 star

I wish I could give this place no stars. I made an appointment to get something notarized at 10:30. When I got there, I was told that the notary wasn’t there. That she would be coming in at 11 o’clock. I was then told that if she did not show up at 10:40, one of the employees would call her. They did not. I waited for 20 minutes and the notary did not show up. I asked the employee what’s going on because I made an appointment and she said that she must not have known about the appointment. No apologies. Nothing. I just walked out. What a waste of my time so incredibly discourteous.

Good location and friendly enough but they dont stock fillable UPS air-bills and refused to use our UPS account number because we initially opened our shipping account at the Aiken store. Hard to do business when they are missing the key tools.

I ordered a package about 2 weeks ago and it was delivered to UPS’s postal office. It has been there for 3 days and I still haven’t gotten the package or a message it was out for delivery. If this were fedex, it would have been here a long time ago.

I’ve been here twice and despite being assisted by someone different each time, my experiences were nearly identical in friendliness, professionalism, proficiency, eagerness to assist with various aspects of my shipping needs, and willingness to explain all of the details, unprompted.
